“You are NOT going anywhere before you talk this through with me!” Jonghyun shouts when stomping inside her room, walking up to Hannah who keeps backing away from him.

“Jonghyun!” Maria grabs his arm from behind, making him stop.

“I’m gonna talk to her, Maria,” Jonghyun growls over his shoulder, taking away her arm and turns back to Hannah, but he gets quiet and doesn’t do anything, waiting. Maria is waiting too, both of them suddenly focusing on Hannah and Emelia comes up to the door, ready to break in if needed, and Hannah realises she is the one who says ‘yes’ or ‘no’. She can’t stop looking at him, see how he must have come straight from his schedule, his eyes are big and his breathing is uneven, he seems angry, annoyed, completely frustrated for what happened yesterday.

“Give us five minutes,” Hannah whispers, not even looking at the ladies because of those piercing eyes holding hers.

“We’ll be downstairs,” Maria hesitates. “Five minutes, then we have a flight to catch.”

“Watch it, Jonghyun,” Emelia warns, having Maria pulls her along out the room and they close the door after them.

“You told them I proposed to you?” Jonghyun starts off as soon as the door closes, not for a second thinking the ladies will be waiting downstairs when they can stand right outside and hear if it gets overhand. “Is that what all of this is about?”

Hannah shakes her head, taking another step away from him, hugging on to her own arms. “They misunderstood me.”

“Then what’s this about? What happened last night? Why are you giving me the cold shoulder?” Jonghyun sighs, taking a hand through his hair and looking confused, still angry. “Why do you keep pushing me away whenever things get good between us?”

“Because we’re completely different, Jonghyun,” Hannah sighs, keeping a distance when walking around him to go sit on the bed. She thinks she is going to start shaking again; therefore she had to sit down to be able to say what has to be said, putting up a leg on the bed to have her body face him. “I’m not ready to be where you want to be, we both know that we are just dragging out on it…”

“We are not breaking up,” Jonghyun shakes his head, seeing how Hannah closes her eyes and he hurries up to sit in front of her. “Hannah-”

“No matter what you are going to say, we are breaking up,” Hannah tells him, staring at the hand that tries to hold hers but she won’t let him. “I can’t- This isn’t good, for none of us. I know that whatever is said between us, it has been said before. We should have done this a long time ago; we shouldn’t have gotten this deep-”

“Hannah…”

She sighs and looks up at him, thinking she need to look him in the eyes but when seeing that he is starting to cry she looks back down again. This is horrible. “I need to say this, please don’t interrupt me. I can’t be together with you for many reasons, Jonghyun. You need a woman who can take care of you, a woman your mother loves, a woman you can trust – that is not me. We can’t make this work, no matter how much we want, and I don’t want it to go further than this because it would only hurt us even more. I’m sorry, I-”

She starts crying when he leans in to kiss her, his cheeks wet from tears and his lips dry. Hannah wraps her arms around him and deepening the kiss while crying, sobbing when putting her fingers on his face, touching him for the last time. Slowly she softens the kiss, resting her forehead against his.

“Don’t do this,” Jonghyun whispers to her, taking his hand through her hair, holding on to her head. “Please don’t.”

“I don’t want to be together with you,” Hannah pulls together to lie, kissing him again with more tears, feeling how he is the one shaking now. It hurts to say because she wants to be with him, she just knows that if she looks at the full picture, of their future, they can’t be together. “You got to go,” she whispers against his lips, not wanting to let go. Her fingers touches his lips when she stops kissing him, calming her breathing to gather her thoughts and she is just about to move her fingers to kiss him again when she pulls together and stands up on her feet. Jonghyun gives out a sound at the sudden distance, putting a hand up rub his eyes, removing the tears.

“You’re right,” he sighs, biting his lip and closes his eyes because her lips were right there, just a second ago. “You’re right, Hannah… What were we thinking?”

He gets up on his feet, without a look on her he walks out the room.

Maria is fast to peek inside as soon as he is by the stairs, Emelia follows him out. “Are you okay baby?”

Hannah shakes her head, not even trying to nod, and with the movement she starts crying again, hearing Jonghyun ask ‘what were we thinking?’ in her head and Maria hurries inside to hug her, comforting the youngest.

This is it then. It’s over, isn’t it? Hannah doesn’t know what to think, all she feel is a whole shot through her chest open wide.

“Ladies!” Julia calls from downstairs. “We got to leave!”

Maria sighs in Hannah’s ear, hugging on to her friend tightly. “Okay?” she asks the youngest, not stopping to hug her.

“Mm”, Hannah mumbles, “I just… I’ll come down in a minute.”

Maria gives out another sigh when loosening the grip around the youngest, staring at her face and friendly puts her hands on Hannah’s face to wipe the tears. “We’ll go to Japan,” Maria calmly tells her, “And we will have fun doing our job there, just the five of us, and when we come back… We’ll have fun with Kyung Ho. Don’t think about today or yesterday, okay? You got us here with you.”

Hannah just nods, waiting until Maria has left the room until she breathes out and sits down on her bed. She controls her breathing when picking up a pen and writing pad from the bedside table. With a deep breath and tears she writes down for herself to remember; do not text or call him, adding that they are not together anymore. She puts the note in her pocket and writes a copy of it to keep on the bedside table. She can hear the talking downstairs, wanting to just lie down in bed and cry her heart out but instead grabs her things and head out of the room, knowing they can’t miss this flight if they want to work in the morning. She feel so sick leaving her room, as if the moment she steps out of it her soul is pulled out of her.

Standing in the hall are the members, also Manager Lee, all of them gets quiet when hearing the stairs and they look at Hannah when she comes inside.

“Let’s get going,” Emelia says, pushing their manager towards the door to not have him ask if she is okay or say that he heard what happened. “Manager Kim is waiting downstairs, we got to hurry.”

Hannah puts on her shoes, looking down when putting on a jacket. When she came home earlier she washed up and changed clothes into leggings and a long sweater to travel comfortably. She pretends to not care that they are looking at her, putting on sunglasses and a hat before walking out.

“We’re doing this again then,” Julia mutters, “breaking up for a few hours before missing each other too much and they get back together?”

“I think its real this time,” Maria says and grabs her back, stopping by the door to look at Carolina and Julia coming after her. “Don’t bring it up with her for a few days unless she does, is that understood?”

Both of them nods and they head out too, ready to go film the video for their second song in the new Japanese single, and also to perform their new song for the first time.

The days pass by, Hannah pulls off the trip to Japan (their second Japanese song is a ballad, it’s great she didn’t have to smile for that filming, while for their first live of [Let’s Go!] goes surprisingly easy) and head straight back to Korea to film Good Sister. Kyung Ho doesn’t know she has broken up with Jonghyun, but when filming he never asks about Jonghyun either, making it easier for Hannah to smile and do well on screen. When the first episode aired this past Sunday, Hannah didn’t dare to look but she still did that as her members did, and it was a good episode, above it all.

They film for 48 hours, like usual, ending it on Wednesday and the ladies head back to the practice-room to continue their practicing for a few days, spending Friday in Japan promoting their up-coming single and head back. The whole week Hannah can’t stop thinking about him, the whole week she has to look on that note to stop herself from texting him and she asks Maria and Manager Lee every day about SHINee’s schedule in hope he won’t come to the agency, saying she don’t want to see him while she is aching on the inside.

It’s now Monday, February 24, the ladies have finished practice and come home. Hannah is in the shower, feeling just as empty like she has felt for the whole past week. The more she thinks ‘don’t think about him’, the more she thinks about him. Of his smile, his lips, his neck kisses; his voice, his whispers, his singing, the voice she listens to at night when no one else is around, imagining the voice she hears on the radio is of the person standing right next to her, talking to her… She misses his touch, his hands holding on to her body, pressing her against him, his arms around hers, the scent she can feel each time he is near her, the feelings in her body each time he looks at her.

She got another letter yesterday. For four weeks she has gotten them. One the first week, a simple threat she didn’t care about. Two the second week, three the third week – each week it got worse. Threatening Hannah, she can deal with that because it is about herself, but the third week this “fan” started to threaten the ladies. It wasn’t anything serious because in the letters, this person seems to be in love with 5 Pieces, so Hannah don’t take it seriously at all that this person will hurt the ladies; it’s not a big deal. But the letter yesterday is crossing the line; threatening her family, knowing the addresses to her family in Sweden and threatening them. That’s crossing the line, far from crossing the line. And for what, for Hannah to break up with Jonghyun – really idiotic fans there are. The world thinks they are together; none of them want to step forward and say anything about it and Hannah honestly just want it all to wash away and forget about the media and Jonghyun and fans giving threats, she can’t handle more articles about their relationship, if they are together or not, speculations.

She gets out of the bathroom with a towel around her, seeing Emelia stand by the door and looking at the room.

“This is a mess,” Emelia tells her, stepping inside the room to pick up some clothes from the floor. “It looks like Maria’s room.”

Hannah has just thrown things around, not bothered to do anything else. She has used clothes on the floor, clean clothes on the bed, she has just thrown things out of her bag after being in Japan and most of it is on her bed – the whole room is a mess. It’s not like Hannah at all, but she doesn’t care. She grabs the old raglan-sleeve print t-shirt in gray and black (not the new sponsored one for Good Girl, but her old one) and pulls it on, taking off the towel underneath and turns to the wardrobe behind her while Emelia keeps putting things in piles – clothes in one pile, papers in another, one on the floor and one on the bed. They are filming the reality show tomorrow, so Hannah has been told for a few days to clean up in her room.

Emelia sighs behind Hannah’s back, doing it loudly for Hannah to hear.

“No one’s asking you to clean up, EM,” Hannah mutters, knowing Emelia gives her a glare from behind from calling her that; Hannah isn’t the nickname type.

“Someone should. This is a big mess,” Emelia mutters, grabbing some letters to throw on the paper pile. She glances through one of them though, starting to frown when quickly reading through it. She looks at the next one. “What’s this , Hannah?”

Hannah turns around with a sigh; she has thrown the wet towel on the floor. Emelia is staring at her and Hannah sees the letters.

“It’s nothing,” she says, but still walks over the mess up to Emelia, taking the letters from her.

“That’s serious, Hannah. Are they from the same person?” Emelia asks, grabbing the letters from Hannah to look at them again. Emelia quickly reads though some of them again. “. Have you told Appa about this?”

Hannah shakes her head, but she sits down on the bed with a deep sigh. Emelia looks at her.

“You’re a mess,” Emelia comments. “It’s been one and a half week, you got to pull yourself together. Clean up your room and what the is this ? Why haven’t you told us?”

“I don’t know,” Hannah whispers, lying tiredly down in her bed. She sleeps all the time, how a whole week she has managed to sleep more than she has done for two months put together. She is tired the whole time, she doesn’t want to do anything but she somehow manages to do her work professionally.

Emelia throws the letters on the bed, right in front of Hannah’s face. “This is serious. This guy is threatening your family, Hannah; he knows the details of where they work and live and writes that he has it all planned out for how to hurt them for you. Hannah, this isn’t a joke. I’m taking it to Appa.”

“Whatever,” Hannah mutters, staring at the letters before her. She want to tell Emelia that she is broken, that she do care for what could happen to her family and that she was trying to figure out a way to tell them about the letters, but truth is that she really has no care in the world at the moment, the feelings won’t reach the outside. No matter how hard she tries she can’t do it, she can’t reach out for her members and openly tell them that she isn’t feeling well, that a person is threatening her family but she can’t react to it even if her heart is screaming in fear. She doesn’t even show a reaction when Emelia almost slaps her in the face for that word, for the way she says it. Emelia grabs the letters and head downstairs, muttering some curse words for Hannah to hear before she leaves.

Emelia looks pissed when throwing the letters on the kitchen table where Maria and Manager Lim are sitting, going through some things.

“That little ignorant cry-baby is going on my nerves,” Emelia almost spits towards them.

Manager Lim smiles softly at her. “It’s her first long relationship; you expect her to be happy breaking up with him?” he asks, remembering his own first relationship. “I called to the house my first girlfriend lived in for three weeks after our break-up, just to hear her voice. What’s that?”

“Letters,” Emelia twitches a fake smile. “The baby is being threatened all the way to Sweden by some dickhead calling himself a fan.” Maria grabs a letter to look through it, and Emelia hands the latest one to their manager. “He got their address and everything.”

“She got this one yesterday,” Manager Lim comments. “Why didn’t she tell us anything?”

“Because another dickhead is making her heart ache,” Emelia mutters and walks over to the fridge to take something to eat. “I’m pissed off at this whole thing. Hannah is a freaking zombie.”

“I’ll take the letters to the agency. We’ll look it up,” Manager Lim says. He is calm, after over a week with the same behaviour with Hannah, he knows she will get over it soon. “Did she clean her room?”

“No.” Emelia comes over to take a seat, having a bowl of grapes put in front of her that she starts to eat from, looking at Maria looking through all the letters with a disturbed face-expression.

“This one came three weeks ago,” Maria says and holds up a latter, looking at them both. “Could this be what has been troubling her?”

“You think a threat would make Hannah break up with Jonghyun?” Emelia rolls her eyes.

Maria gives her a small glare before looking at the letters again. Manager Lim sighs, asking if she still hasn’t talked to them about what happened. Both girls shake their heads. “I think it’s about the whole marriage thing,” Maria answers, “Hannah freaks out whenever someone mentions marriage. We were interviewed about it once, being asked who we think would get married first or something. Hannah closed tight – she hates it.”

“When we were kids, we never talked about it either,” Emelia says. “I don’t think marriage was ever brought up for her when she was a kid. For Maria, she has even thought of what her kids will be named. Hannah and I grew up differently; I don’t think we even thought of getting married when growing up.”

“So you think she freaks out because Jonghyun is pushing her about marriage?” Manager Lim looks confused.

“Probably,” Maria shrugs her shoulder, “But I don’t know.”

“Hannah is the kind who builds things up inside her until she bursts. It is probably a bunch of things going on in her head,” Emelia says. Maria nods in agreement and their manager just sighs.

“Whatever it is, she still has to clean up her room for tomorrow’s filming,” Manager Lim mutters and stands up. “Could you ladies help her out a bit? I have to go home before my wife starts calling.”

They nods, promising they will help Hannah to clean up the mess in her room, but as soon as their manager has left, Emelia tells Maria to do it. “I can’t stand her attitude,” Emelia says as an excuse for why she won’t do it. “I’ll slap her if I’m in there.”

“Stay out of there then,” Maria rolls her eyes and gets up. “Let’s see if she even lets me touch her things.”

Hannah doesn’t react at all that Maria is cleaning up in the bedroom, which is really troubling for Maria who almost gets bitten by Hannah each time she is about to touch something belonging to the youngest. Maria is talkative when cleaning up in Hannah’s room, talking about the cleaning she is doing and about pretty much anything beside from Jonghyun, not even the letters other than saying Manager Lim is bringing them to the agency. The exciting topic Maria talks about is tomorrow when the ladies are going to Beijing in the morning for an award show performance – a writers and culture award show in China where writers/journalists/bloggers and more appear from all kind of countries if they will receive an award for something they have written or published or something that has gotten a lot of attention on SNS. 5 Pieces was asked to perform as a special artist as Hannah will receive an award for her book, the same award she got last year – which is huge for a new writer like her, to receive not just once but twice. Maria is excited for it, but Hannah is just sitting in her bed and spacing out.

Early in the morning the girl-group head to Beijing. Less than two hours on the flight, they arrive in Beijing and goes for the rehearsals where a bunch of Chinese and a bunch of famous writers (unknown for the ladies…) fascinate greeting them and wanting to take their picture. Hannah is awkward, hiding behind her members even if most people congratulates her for her book, but not doing it obviously though; she is still professional.

Because Beijing is a fan of 5 Pieces, the whole group gets to sit in front of the stage during the award show. It is in the middle of the day, the ladies are sitting formal with these people getting an award for their work. Everyone is dressed nicely; beside from the ladies wearing their street outfits for [Face Me] – only Hannah is in a black lace a-line dress, knee-long and pretty. She will change once they go backstage later as it is not very nice to walk up getting your award wearing the performance outfits.

Hannah is sitting with a knot in her stomach, applauding at each winner and showing respect, but she is deadly nervous – not even make-up can cover up her mess completely with tired eyes and pale skin. It is her first time attending an award show like this, a place with writers, where everyone knows what they write and who have done it for years. Hannah is the only one in her twenties, most of the people are over their fifties. There are a lot of media, a media that reaches a different audience than the one 5 Pieces is used to. Pop culture isn’t in this place; this is about culture and legacy, to write something so huge that the world takes notice of it. And Hannah will receive an award for doing that. She can’t believe it. These past two weeks, ever since Valentine’s, she has been a walking zombie trying to not think about Jonghyun but doing the opposite. Now she is a zombie for a different reason. All her life she has looked up to people writing books, to those putting down their own stories or writing about something they have imagined, it has sounded so amazing all her life what an author does. If she was told a few years ago that she would receive an award for her imagination, Hannah would have laughed off her chair of how funny it had sounded. Now she is sitting here, preparing herself to receive the third award for her book novels.

The best part about this place, this whole experience, is the four ladies sitting with her. They have helped her today with a lot of things, and just to have them sit next to her gives her confidence enough to not run away out of nervousness. Because in the end, Hannah don’t feel like she belongs her. She is not on the same level as all these people present, she isn’t a great author who focuses on writing with the best describing words, neither is she very good with words not even when she writes. She can’t understand why her book, out of all books in this world, has been chosen.

A hand is put on hers, holding it lightly. It is cold and the fingers are long, and though she knows it is Emelia’s hand she wishes it was Jonghyun’s, even now she can’t help but to think of him.

“Take deep breaths if you feel can’t breathe,” Emelia whispers when leaning towards Hannah.

She takes a deep breath slowly, not aware of that she had started to hold it when she drifted off in other thoughts. Emelia’s hand leaves hers when they start applauding for the next winner. Fans sitting in the back, like half a moon watching the award show, they can hear a few cheers for each winner. Hannah wonders if they will get quiet when she gets up, the fans of these people might know she isn’t worthy of being here.

It’s Hannah’s turn. She can hear it on the woman starting to present the award and the winner, and Hannah gets all tensed sitting with her ladies, knowing there are cameras taking brief moments on her as one of the nominees.

“This year’s winner of the best Young Adult Fantasy Novel has not just impressed readers with her strong capability to put fantasy into a real world, mixing it with art and culture as well as the strong emotions of humans, but she has also reached readers in a way that is rare for many people,” the woman is reading out in English. “The writer of the ‘Joe’ series has reached out to fans across the globe with her activities in the singing girl-group 5 Pieces, working as a singer, actress, writer and much more, showing a powerful passion to everything she does, a big amount of the income from the novels is also given to charity and most of all inspiring others that they can do the same. The winner of this year’s Young Adult Fantasy Novel will also receive the award Most Inspiring Celebrity Under 25, she is someone a lot of us look up to, at such young age she has reached the heart of many. Congratulations, Hannah Martens!”

It’s the only place her whole name is used. Hannah smiles when her members’ stands up cheering brightly, none of them knew about the second award; she stands up too while thinking ‘don’t cry, don’t cry’ but the thoughts vanishes in her head when a loud roar of fans starts screaming on the stands. Hannah is taken aback and after being hugged by her members, she bows to the other writers present and she waves to the roar in the back, feeling professional for not breaking apart. She can’t stop smiling a weird smile, it feels weird to smile, she can’t control her expression but she is pretty sure it is half-blank and half-smiling, which usually ends up in awkward.

She walks up on the stage, wearing her short black dress and pretty black sandals to it, feeling nervous when smiling more naturally to the woman giving her two awards. One award looks like a huge coin, bigger than her hand put in a diploma and it has the mark of the award show, it says ‘Young Adult Fantasy Novel’ under the name of her second book and the diploma also has a bunch of recommendations of the book from big magazines in the world. The other award is shaped of glass with a flat bottom to be able to stand up and goes up like a tower until a star comes over it. On the flat bottom it reads the name of the award show and ‘Special Award 2014’, ‘Most Inspiring Celebrity Under 25’ and her name, Hannah Martens. Hannah notices it all when glancing at the awards as she receives them, holding on to them tightly in her arms and awkwardly trying to shake hand with the woman and giving her a bow before she is motioned to the standing microphone.

The audience in the back, a lot of 5 Pieces’ fans, are standing up, still applauding when Hannah turns to the microphone. She smiles, her eyes goes over the audience, she looks down in front of her at all the amazing writers sitting there and applauding her and she looks at her members standing up, applauding her too. That means a lot. Her fans and members are always there for her. She smiles with teary eyes, trying to not cry when thinking of how silly her thoughts are all the time.

“Thank you,” she starts off in a low voice, speaking in English. The whole speech her members had helped her with is vanished from her mind, but she still talks as she has to say something; “I’m really honoured for these awards, it’s… it’s really a great honour for me to be able to stand here and accept these while my sisters are here with me.” She smiles at the crowd cheering and the ladies are applauding too to be mentioned right away. “Because honestly, the story about Joe would just be a hobby of mine at home if they didn’t tell me to publish it. So thank you, ladies, for not listening to me. Um… I want to thank the readers and fans, most of all for reading the books and also for making it possible for me to stand up here; this award we receive together, I thank you deeply. I would love to thank my publisher and the team that helped me to put together the details for the book, my family, my little brother Kyung Ho, Jessica, my childhood friend Emelia who always has something to say about my books, to all readers who have sent me support I want to thank too, thanks to our fan-club Puzzle who I probably should thank the most because of their endless love and support… Thank you.”

She gives a bow when stepping back, a handsomely dressed man moves his hand to show her where to get off. Hannah walks with him, blinking and focusing on her breathing to not start crying. She couldn’t say anything about the second award, not having a clue of what to say about that as she do not think she is at all inspiring. Charity and a lot of work is nothing to be awarded for, it’s part of living, but she can still remember the reactions she has received through the years, mostly for [I CRY] and ‘Joe’, fans thanking her for making them believe they can do things and saying they got confidence to live their lives because of her. 5 Pieces does that, not Hannah.

A simple smile is in her face when she stands backstage to take pictures with the awards, the whole time playing a game in her head that each thought arriving she has to punch away with an imagination punch. It’s like a baseball game in her head. The ladies come too, takes a few pictures together before they head off to prepare for their performance. The performance isn’t until the end, to finish off the award show, so the ladies can calmly get ready backstage. Emelia is looking closely at the two awards, Hannah hears how they talk about Most Inspiring Celebrity Under 25, the ladies agreeing to it and when noticing Hannah is not agreeing to it they try to make her see it from the outside; all the things the ladies do, nothing the world knows that happens backstage. Charity, they show confidence and respect, Hannah writes about staying alive when wanting to commit suicide, she writes a book that in many sentences can be heart-changing for readers, she is open and passionate about her work…

Hannah can’t see it the same way as all she thinks of is that she broke up with a great man who loves her. What inspiring is in that?

The thoughts are pushed aside when they perform. 5 Pieces performs [Face Me], looking cool and charismatic to the viewers and the ladies knows how to perform even if it is for journalists and writers. To perform at this kind of event is actually a great thing, as the journalists, bloggers and SNS users present all will share pictures and comments about 5 Pieces that will go around the whole world. 5 Pieces trend on several pages around the world as they are the highlight of the day.

Emelia helps Hannah to get a picture from a photographer to her phone, the picture is from this performance of 5 Pieces performing [Face Me] – a great picture, and Hannah takes that picture and puts a picture of her with the awards next to it to upload on instagram, just to have something to upload.

{Instagram, 5P_HANNAH: Thank you China Awards~}

To her surprise, fans get overly excited by her post, commenting ‘ur alive!’, ‘that is FACE ME, love that song, love you <3’, ‘Hannah officially back to Instagram?’, ‘omg you look lovely!’, ‘congratulations, what did you win?’, ‘y and cute’.

Without any rest, the ladies head back to Korea. Hannah gets in a car with Manager Lee, going straight to the drama filming set where Kyung Ho is; they will be joined by the camera-crew there who has been filming him during the day. Hannah gets changed into a white hooded lettering pullover dress, tugging it in lightly in her fitting contrast-trim sweatpants – stylish, comfortable and not too laid back.

Knowing they are filming Good Sister when they arrive, Hannah is mentally preparing herself to be the sister of Kyung Ho, to smile and be friendly. Everything else is put behind her, far behind, and when getting out of the van she is met by a staff outside the building they are filming in. The smiling starts right away, and not just because of the cameras but because she has her own image to keep a focus on – 5 Pieces’ Hannah is on set. She goes around greeting everyone, helping to carry in coffee for everyone that she had prepared, followed by cameras filming how polite she is towards staff, acting seniors and co-workers to Kyung Ho. Because of who she is, everyone turns to look at Hannah when she is there, the actors reaches out their hands and give her compliments.

But the highlight is when Hannah sneaks up to where Kyung Ho is filming. She is hiding with the staff, smiling automatically widely when watching him at first, and she keeps staying in the shadows while they continue to film. She is curious, watching him patiently like both a sister and senior. The older actress Yoo Hyeri is often playing the wealthy and scary mother of the main character, always glaring in her dramas, and with her acting with Kyung Ho for these scenes you can see both Hannah and Kyung Ho from their different places admire what a great woman she is.

As soon as the break starts, Hannah greets the director and those working there, thanking them in a polite phrase for taking care of Kyung Ho and says there is coffee and drinks in the cafeteria for whoever wants it. Kyung Ho gets shy at Hannah being there, quietly walking up to her talking politely with the producer, and the producer is praising Kyung Ho as if the two of them really are siblings.

“Aigo,” an older female voice says as axtress Yoo Hyeri comes up to them, smiling at Hannah who is fast to bow politely at her, shaking her hand too. “I’m a big fan of 5 Pieces.”

“Oh thank you, I’m a big fan of yours too,” Hannah bows another time at her. Yoo Hyeri looks like a powerful woman, even when talking she has this elegant way to both move and talk that it comes automatically to bow to her.

“I have a girlfriend whose children are completely in love in your songs,” Yoo Hyeri keeps saying, “they know all the songs and learns the dances too. I listen to your newest song on the radio the whole time, it is a really nice song; reminds me a lot of my younger days.”

“Thank you,” Hannah lowers her head politely again, smiling at her.

“And Kyung Ho here is a really nice boy,” she tells Hannah with a smile at Kyung Ho who is just shyly looking down. “He’s very mature for his age, isn’t he?”

“He is,” Hannah smiles.

“You’re making a lot of old women like me wishing we had a child or grandchild like you,” Yoo Hyeri says with a pat on Kyung Ho’s shoulder.

“I came to see if he is doing well,” Hannah says, knowing really well how to talk to seniors.

“Oh, he is doing really well. Very handsome. I guess you give him a lot of advice, right? He is very good in front of the camera, and he treats us well too, this little boy, he has a bright future if he continues like this.”

Being praised by such a great senior, Hannah will later in the solo-interview just smile brightly when being asked about it. She will say that she felt very proud, he is doing very well as a rookie actor, as a young actor, and she just smiles when being asked if she like it a lot when hearing Kyung Ho being praised.

Before continuing, Yoo Hyeri tells Hannah to take a picture together later, saying it lightly with a smile. Hannah stays to watch how the filming goes, giving a few tiny advices when Kyung Ho asks for it and she is nice to everyone on set as a guest there.

After finishing the filming, they grab some late snacks to bring home to the ladies (Kyung Ho’s suggestion) while it is so late that Kyung Ho has to go to bed almost right away. He is in a good mood though, happy to see the awards Hannah has come home with and running around with the puppies.

“You’re going to Japan tomorrow?” Kyung Ho jumps on the sofa when hearing the ladies talk, clapping his hands excitedly for Michin to run up with him.

“Mhm,” Hannah nods at him, patting Michin who gets up on the sofa. Kyung Ho wonders for how long they will be there, sitting down when Hannah tells him to not jump in the sofa.

“We’ll be there for a little over a week, I think,” Maria answers, laughing when seeing Kyung Ho’s face-expression.

“A week? What are you going to do for a week?”

“Promote the single, of course,” Hannah laughs and pulls in his arm for him to sit down once again. “We’ll be going to Tokyo, Fukushima, Sapporo…”

They laugh because Hannah says the names in a very Japanese sound, and Kyung Ho imitates it.

“Kyung Ho, aren’t you going to Japan soon to promote the movie?” Emelia asks when coming inside the living-room, pushing Maria to fit in the same sofa.

“Yes,” he answers with a nod, leaning over Hannah to pat Michin who had walked over to her other side. “Next week, I will be in Tokyo.”

“Hannah will take you around the city then,” Maria happily says, as they are going to film the rest of this episode in Tokyo.

Kyung Ho turns to smile widely at Hannah; just the thought of being in Tokyo together gets him excited and the ladies laughs at how adorable he is. Hannah pushes him playfully in the sofa. “Then we’ll have to go through some Japanese phrases before that,” she tells him and Kyung Ho is nodding in agreement.

“I got a text book to study,” Kyung Ho answers, and as soon as he has said that he runs out of the room.

Maria is just smiling after him. “You think he will be able to fall asleep within the hour?” she chuckles after seeing what time it is. Hannah just smiles, always feeling at peace when she is with her little brother and she lies down on her back in the sofa with Michin goes to lie next to her, looking up when Kyung Ho comes back with a learning Japanese basics text book. He shows it to them all before giving it to Emelia to look through. Emelia starts reading in Japanese right away, translating and whatnot, but in the end Kyung Ho and Hannah runs away to wash up and instead goes through lines for Kyung Ho’s drama. Even this time, Emelia shows up in the bathroom when they are brushing their teeth to annoy them by trying to help out with the learning of his lines. They laugh at her, Emelia laughs too and she gives Kyung Ho a funny hug and says goodnight to him before leaving. Kyung Ho keeps laughing so much.

Going to bed, Hannah put the script aside to continue reading Peter Pan for him, chatting a little afterwards and then says goodnight for him to sleep.

With Kyung Ho in bed, Hannah just goes downstairs to say she is going go to bed too, like a switch in her body tells her that Kyung Ho is sleeping and she has nothing else to stay up for. She goes to bed, and though she thinks of tuning in on Jonghyun’s radio, she falls asleep before that. It’s good she falls asleep because otherwise she would just lie there and listen to a voice she loves. At times it is so clear in her mind to why she had to break up with him, but most of the time everything is just a blur and she is clueless to why she is so stupid. With another sigh, she falls asleep, thinking of the only man she has loved, who she still loves – who she shouldn’t love.
