“I want you to call the organization, tell them I’ll take the job. I’ll be leaving the day after tomorrow.” She said

“Ne. got it” then her manager hanged up

The next morning, Eu-na called her friends and asked them if they can meet her at a mall. They all said yes. Eu-na and her friends will go shopping for her clothes. She’ll definitely miss them. They had been her friends since she came back to Korea from France. She was thinking how her life would be in Africa for 5 months. Just thinking about it almost made her cry. Eu-na went in a café, where she and her friends decided to meet up. She sat on a table near the counter. She remember the day when she told Gongchan, that she’ll make him like her. She smiled. She pinched her cheeks to remove Gongchan from her head. I’ll stop thinking about him, I should focus on my work, I’m gonna be leaving tomorrow. I’ll leave all the heartaches, so when I come back it’ll all be healed. She saw her friends entering the coffee shop.

She raised her hand for them to see her. “Yah! Over here.”

Dae-ya sat down first infront of Eu-na “Aigoo! Why didn’t you tell me we’ll be meeting in a coffee shop, we could have stayed at CNUs’ ”Dae-ya said while Cha-gi and Lae-mon also sat down beside her.

“I’ll be--- leaving tomorrow morning.” She said she looked down as her friends looked at her with surprise

“What? Why so soon?? Where?” asked Cha-gi and Lae-mon

“An organization offered me a job, we’ll have a photo shoot in Africa and endorsements around the world, I’ll be away for not less than a year.” She explained

“I know you Eu-na. You’re not the kind of person who would accept jobs easily without even thinking about it.” Dae-ya said “What’s the problem?”

Tears started to fall from her eyes. She hates it when her friends ask her what her problem is. “I love him..” she exclaimed “It was not part of the plan, but I did, I just did”

“Oh! Eu-na” Cha-gi and Lae-mon started to comfort her, they wanted to cry too

“Why don’t you tell him?” Dae-ya asked

“I can’t” she said. “You should tell him you love him, instead of crying here, everyone can see you.” Said Dae-ya

“Dae-ya can you not scold her, she’s already having a hard time, all of us went through this, you must understand her.” Said Cha-gi

“Dae-ya was right, I should not cry over things, when I didn’t even try to fight for it.” She said wiping her tears.

“That’s the Eu-na I knew. Come on, let’s go shopping.” Dae-ya suggested

Her true friends, she was glad they are with here with her right now. Their boyfriends deserve them. I hope to see them soon….
