I realised I was taking too long of a time to stare at him. 

I cleared my throat, 

" Thank you B.A.P. We will now proceed with the Questions. " my voice was shaky. 




Daehyun's POV. 

Everyone was quiet, for some odd reasons. 
I was noisy, for some odd reasons. 

I had a feeling something was happening.. 
But.. I had to pretend. 

" So... just now when I was winking at some random direction.. I think a fan got so excited she almost fell on the person behind. " 
Everyone attempted at entertaining me and gave a solemn nod. 

I pursed my lips and tried again. 
Please don't give me such a solemn environment. 
What ever happens later I hope I can face it happily.. 

" And just now.. do you know how selfish the coordinator noona was.. She changed Zelo's outfit but not mine even though I said it didn't fit my image.. " I was rattling off and pretended to shot a glare at Zelo. 

I was crying on the inside. 
What's with the suspense and solemn faces...? 

We stood before the door. 
They hesistated opening it. 
I gave them a weird stare, and my hands reached out to turn the knob. 





I knew it. 
I knew it. 
I knew it ... 





I closed my eyes...

My heart starts hurting yet again. 
She's before me now. 

But it feels like my heart is being into my soul...  

The first time meeting after two years, 

And.. we're meeting for business purposes. 

Is this her own will?
 

She turned around,
I could see her beautiful eyes .. 
Those beautiful eyes. 

She smiled and approached us, 

" 안녕하세요 (Hello), I am Journalist Baek Ji Yeon, It's nice to meet you, please take a seat before we proceed with the Interview. "
 
She didn't stare at any of our eyes. 
She maintain fake eye contact. 

I miss her. 

I miss you JiYeon-ah. 
Ja...ki -ah. 

Why aren't you saying informally? 
Why aren't you treating us like you've known us for nine years? 

That's right Daehyun, its her job. 
It's..her job. 

My head was spinning. 
I felt dizzy.

" Hyung! " Zelo called out. 
 
My thoughts broke. 
I gave another fake smile in his direction and walked to the last seat. 

Is it just me, or I can smell her scent?

She continued as I sat down on the rollable chair. 

" The Interview will be done in a series of questionaires, " She didn't look up from her notepad. 
She must be nervous. 
She must be. 

Ji Yeon.. Are you suffering? 
Is this your own will? 
Are you meeting us like this because you wish to or your job requested you to...? 

My heart ached. 

If this wasn't her own will.. 
It must have been so hard on her to meet us. 
She must be fighting so hard to be seated here before us. 

Does she.. still.. 
Do I dare? 
Do I dare to dream? 
Why do a part of me still wishes she loves me? 


" If you do not mind, I will be recording the interview, " She waved the recorder in the air. 
Her voice was shaky. 

" When you are ready, please start with introduction. I will begin recording now. " 
She smiled, it was fake.
I know it. 


" 안녕하세요 ( Hello ), I am Bang Yong Guk, Leader of B.A.P, Please take care of me.  " 
Hyung started off first. 

I caught that pained expression that flashed across her face. 
It.. 
It was because of Hyung's tone. 
He used it whenever he talks to strangers. 

Why.. why is my heart hurting seeing you in pain? 


" 안녕하세요, I am Him Chan, the face of B.A.P. Nice to meet you. " 

Her eyes were closed. 
Hyung.. didn't add any cheekiness. 



" 안녕하세요, I am Zelo, the maknae of B.A.P. Please take care of me.. " 

I saw her fingers that held the notebook tensed up. 
I bit my lips. 
Even Maknae Zelo caught on to the situation and reacted so formally. 


"안녕하세요, I am YoungJae, the vocal of B.A.P. Please take care of me.. " 

Young Jae too.. 

We have known each other for seven years. 
Yet in this split second, we felt like strangers to each other

" 안녕하세요, I am Moon Jong Up, the dancer of B.A.P. Nice to meet you. " 

JongUp-ie too. 

I gave a soft sigh. 

She is affected. 
I can read her face so well. 

She thought she could face this, but.. she couldn't. 

Am I suppose to be professional too? 
Am I supose to speak formally? 
I fiddled my fingers and swallowed my saliva

The next person is me, I have to hurry.. 

I stared back at her. 
Her eyes were still closed. 


"안녕... " my mouth spoke on its own

My heart.. my heart is aching. 
Please look at me, my love. 
Please.. 


" I am Daehyun. " 

She finally stared at me. 

She.. stared at me.
 
I blinked and face a temporal blurred vision. 

Please please don't cry. 

Not here, not now. 

Next line, say the next line firmly. 

" The Honey Busan Vocals of B.A.P. " 


My eyes never left her. 


And hers never left mine. 

She.. is doing the eye conversation. 
The conversation.. 
Nothing. 
I can't read anything from her eyes. 

Maybe pain. 
Somewhere hidden. 

I could see it.. 

Are you hurt to see me..? 

I bit my lips.. 
I realised I haven't finish my introduction. 
So many thoughts in my head. 



She broke off eye contact and stared back at her note pad. 
Just as when she was about to speak, 

" I am happy to see you. " 
That rolled off my mouth. 
But every word truly described my heart. 

I am.. really happy to see you. 

She stared back at me. 

Her eyes.. were getting watery. 

Don't cry darling, please don't. 

I'm not lying, I really am happy to see you. 

She looked away. 
 

She cleared , 

" Thank you B.A.P. We will now proceed with the Questions. " Her voice was shaky. 

I gave a small nod,.. 
I guess that's what we have to do.. 
Since she has chosen her path, and I've chosen mine. 

We're left with nothing but awkward spaces that claims our lo-... even our friendship. 

 

That pain was attacking my heart, my limp.. my head.. 
Stay strong Daehyun.. 




HER POV

BAEK JI YEON. 
You have to be professional. 

Don't have wavering feelings. 
You may have come back for him, but he may not be the same. 

You took a deep breath, and with a solemn heart, you faced the questions before you. 


" First Question, How does B.A.P, as a group views their current success? " 
You looked firmly in their eyes. 

Your fingers were gripping the notepad way too tightly. 
But your brain was insistent. 
Forced smiles. 

YongGuk Oppa cleared his throat as he caught the cue to answer first. 
He,.. tried looking at you, but failed many times. 
He tried. 

" Firstly, We are always thankful for Babyz that have stood by us, They play a role in our success as well.. " 

Your heart feels another familar pain. 
You aren't one of them. 
You were a coward and left. 
You didn't stood by them. 

He continued, " We are also thankful for a dedicated team that always work hard to give us new and refreshing images, and songwriters that repeated showcase our versatility perfectly. Most of all, " he smiled, that fatherly smile, as he looked at s. 
" The teamwork and team spirit that everyone has plays an important role in our success. We are always thankful for the love and support we have received.  " 

He ended with a smile. 

The others are trying to look less awkward. 
I'm sorry guys,.. I'm sorry. 

How can I convey my apologetic heart? 


I looked at them and they remained silent. 
I took the cue to continue. 

" The-" 

" And.. " Daehyun cut in. 

I looked up. 
He was looking at me. 

" I feel..  " he paused. 

He seems to be thinking. 

" thankful. " he stopped. 

The five guys gave him a weird stare. 

He looks embarrassed and signal me to continue. 

You  giggled, " Yes, Thankyou Daehyun-sshi" 


" The next question, " You chewed the insides of my cheek, 
You feel a little awkward to ask them now.. 

" Which.. " 
Your heart feels sour. 

" member do you think will be the first to get married? " 

Your thoughts drifted to the time you've asked Daehyun.. 
Your throat feels dry. 

You asked this question because you didn't find any interviews asking them this question 
( I honestly didn't research this.. let me go for this >.< ) 

You looked at your notepad glumly, why did you do this. 
All of them burst into laughters. 
You were stunned and looked at them.. 

" Urms.. " HimChan started off. 
" Funny that you'd be asking, actually we have talked about this before.. and we've all plan to get married together at the same time. " 

Everyone burst out laughing. 
You couldn't help but let a little funny urge to crept to your face as you tried to suppress a laugh. 
You know how unglam you can get when you laugh hysterically. 

You grinned, " That's a really interesting response." 

" Next, this is a voting question. " 
You glanced at them, the mood has gotten better. 

" Who in this room, can finish five bowls of ramyun under fifteen minutes? " 

All the six men look at each other. 

You were about to burst into laughters, you added that question for fun. 
Honestly, you already knew the answer. 

It's Da-
" YOU! " Everyone started to point at you. 

You were stunned, 

When the situation sinks in, you burst into laughters. 

They join you. 

Who cares about laughing so unglamly.. ? 

You wiped your tears away, and nodded approvingly. 
You were next to Daehyun. 
Second place. 

You gave a solemn smile as your brain attempted to reminisce the past. 

You grinned, " We.. can't do that for an answer can we?" 

All of them smirked,  Daehyun threw his hands up, " I.. Me.. Me.. I am the champion for that" He smirked. 

His smirk.. 
His smirk.. 
You missed so badly. 

You chewed your lips. 

And forced a smile. 

It was so difficult to maintain a happy heart when you keep going back and remember painful events. 


" Alrights.. Next. This question is specially crafted for the fans. Please answer with babyz in mind. " 
You shot them a joking face. 

" Since Christmas is coming, each member come up with a gift that they will present to their fans. It can be a situational question, or.. even better, fan service during next performance. " 

Everyone stared at YongGuk, and he grinned. 
"I will.. " 
He gave a low chuckle at his thoughts. 
Everyone peered inquistively. 

" I will take off my shirt on stage. " 

Your eyes widen and burst into laughters.

HimChan Oppa's cheekiness is back. 
You giggled in response. 
" Urms.. that isn't really specific, can you give some clues? " 

" I'll,... " his eyes were twinkling. 
" I'll kiss one of them. " 

The members all gave a disgusted face. 
He was cackling away.

You giggled, " Yesyes, I'm sure you are. " you waved your hands dismissively. 

He snarled at your comment. 
He stood up.

" Thankyou B.A.P.  I'm sure the fans will be happy to receive these gifts. The interview has come to an end. Thankyou so much. " 
You ended and pressed the record button to turn it off. 

You bowed before them. 
" Thankyou for being so fun and answering my interview. It was my pleasure to interview you guys. "
