Chapter 1/Preview
Two in the Box
So here is the first chapter or preview...I hope you like it:D
“Take me to the airport immediately!” small girl who got in taxi ordered. Usually she was polite and asked for it nicely, but in that moment, she just had to do something, quickly.
Her name was Park De-Bin but her friends and people who got to know her better called her Hyper. She was hyperactive, always managing something, helping someone, studying or just getting to know lot of people, she can “use” later.
Only one small handbag was with her and taxi driver was very surprised, when he saw that she was traveling just like that.
Car pulled over in front of the building. Many people were going in and many walking from that place.
Quickly she tossed him a banknote and didn’t even wait for the change.
As fast as she appeared, as fast she disappeared and driver stuttered “ She is so small, can she get in on time?”
Driver was referring to the flight and the mass of people heading from the airport to different directions.
He just didn’t know that to be small was sometimes a big advantage, and Hyper was decided to take every opportunity she had gotten to move faster.
Boy pulling a cart with suitcases was going in and she stopped him.
“Please, may I get on?”
It was pretty hard for her to stay calm and politely ask. But she managed it. She opened her purse and gave boy a bill.
He smiled and she got on. Pushing her all the way to the ticket check everyone looked at him suspiciously. And the truth that grown up woman sitting on the cart looked seriously angry at everyone made the whole situation even more strange.
Hyper smiled and waved at the boy thankfully. Every second was now important. Distraction was not allowed. Her heart pounding quickly to her chest, her eyes puffy and almost tearing.
She passed the control area and ran to the plane.
Luckily, she was on time, although it was close. When she fastened her seatbelt already stewardesses started to explain safety measures.
She had been through this procedure many times, that’s why she closed her eyes and didn’t pay attention. Her senses got alarmed just when the pilot announced
“ This is a captain of this plane. You have hour and half in front of you. I hope you are seated well,”
Girl shivered nervously and held the seat tightly.
Hour and half, and I would know what happened.
She was so scared and nervous, it was something she never encountered before.
What happened?
That was the same question that bothered her almost seven hours. Almost seven hours she was on the edge. Worse seven hours of her life. And strangely this problem started with simple call.
Just one simple phone talk turned that day to a hell.
Girl again “played” the record of that phone call in her head.
“Hello! Shim Changmin calling me? Are you sure, you are calling the right number?” she asked as usually with mocking tone.
“Hyper, I need your help,” Max’s voice on the other side echoed absolutely serious.
“What is it?”
“We need money, lot of money, like 5 million won at least,”
Hyper gasped for air “Why? What? Where are your hyungs?”
“ I don’t have so much time to explain everything. We just need it for the bail. I think you don’t have that amount with you,”
“No,” Hyper answered, she wasn’t so rich. She had max 1 million with her, because she had to pay lot of things lately.
“And where are you?”
“On Jeremy’s date,” she answered simply.
“Go, to my home, ask my father to move 5 million to your account, I am going to call him,”
“But, what kind of bail?”
“I don’t have the time to explain it to you! MOVE! AND BRING THE MONEY! NOW!” Max shouted and ended the call.
That was so shocking, Hyper wasn’t able to say a word. That arrogance in his voice, which was worsened with the slight fear.
Hyper looked from the small window and wished that the plane would be quicker, she held her hand together and prayed.
Lord, just make it that nothing happened. Please.
But there is lot to be said, and I don't know when I will be able to finish it because I have my finals...sorryy,,,pancakes. and I sincerelly love you.
