Baekhyun was standing right before his window. From afar, he can see two figures under a shade of tree. They were happy. They were certainly the perfect match for each other and he doesn’t know if it was right of him to be envious…to feel bad.

Because let’s face the truth: He wanted Jihyun to be his and only his.

He didn’t want her in the arms of any man other than him. He was having that internal conflict in himself. On one hand, he’s thankful that the girl he loves is happy. That she’s showing a more genuine smile and gestures than what she does when she’s with him. But still on the other hand, he’s being selfish and jealous of Luhan. Why can’t it be him?

*Why can’t you see me, Jihyun?* He felt his eyes stinging and that’s when he felt hot tears gushing out of his eyes. His heart…he only loved once yet, the girl he loves doesn’t like him back. Is the world really that cruel for him? Why is it that only Luhan can gain everything he wants? What was it with Luhan that makes Baekhyun feel little of himself?

Power.

Right. Luhan’s powerful than him. In one flick of his fingers, everyone will move to obey his commands. Unlike Baekhyun who always obey these commands from the upper man.

Baekhyun’s a greedy person but right now, he only wants one thin—one precious person. He only wants Jihyun. Is that much to ask? Luhan gets all things he wished he has. Luhan gets everything.  Why can’t he just let go of Jihyun and give it to Baekhyun? Right now, Baekhyun—

“Hey ByunBaek.” Baekhyun immediately wiped the tears on his face but didn’t looked back at the guy who intruded his privacy. “What do you want, Kris hyung?” He can hear the footsteps of the older male and felt him standing behind him. “So, you’re also watching them?” Kris asked—no, more like he stated. Baekhyun didn’t answer and just continued to stare at the two people lovingly gaze and converse at each other. “I asked you, hyung. What do you want? If you need some more lotion, I have it in—“

“Hey, I don’t only go to your room to ask for—“

“So what is it that you want?”

It took many seconds before Kris sighed and walked to his bed, to take a seat on it. “They really look good together, huh?” The younger one stayed quiet and Kris smirked, still looking at Baekhyun’s back that felt so heavy because of what he’s seeing outside. “I wonder if they’d stay as a lovely couple like that once Luhan or Jihyun knows what both of them are.”

And that’s when Baekhyun reacted. His eyes widened and he immediately spun around to look at his hyung whose smirking widely. “What do you mean, hyung?”

“Don’t play dumb with me, Baekhyun”

“H-Hyung, you know?” Kris stretched his arms and stood up, his hands in both contact with his waist. “Know what?” Baekhyun glared at the guy as if telling Kris to not play dumb with him as well. The older one darkly chuckled before saying, “Why don’t you tell me, Baekhyun?”

“Hyung, I told you to not play dumb with me!” He said, grabbing Kris’s collar. “Y-You know that Jihyun…” He rel
