Suho’s back faced Jihyun once they got home and she could feel the hint of apprehension, anger and confusion. “Jihyun, you know that Luhan…that he’s a demon am I right? You know what he is.” Her brother asked in the gentlest voice and she nodded in response. “If you do, then why…why are you with him? He can harm you. Once he knew that you’re a threat to their kind, he might just go and tell to their prince that he found you.”

“But oppa, I’m fine. He didn’t harm me and he doesn’t know that I’m an angel.”

“He doesn’t know yet.”

“Jihyun, we can’t take any risk.” Xiumin butted in. “In the past week, there has been ten cases of angels dying because they were attacked by demons. No one knew who the demon is but it’s an indication of the war. The war will start anytime soon and you, hanging out with a demon, aren’t safe at all!”

“Let’s go back to the city.” Suho sighed, his hands on his temples. How did Luhan became a demon? He was confused. Was he a demon from the start? Does Luhan know that Suho is an angel? “Let’s go back to the city and you are to stay away from Luhan.”

Jihyun didn’t know why she felt her heart crumpled in pain when his brother told her that she is to stay away from Luhan. She wanted to argue with her brother’s decision but decided against it because she knew that her brother has a point.
