Baekhyun turned to Jihyun as she catches her breath after she did a strong windblast that he really found amusing. He wondered why she would want to go out of her safe haven. He didn’t want her to leave out of the four corners of her cabin because he knew that there are four demons out there lurking around. He didn’t want to risk her safety. “Baekhyun, you can come with me if you’re that worried.”

“Okay. I’ll go with you, for safety measures.” He shrugged off and Jihyun beamed at him as he took a seat on one of the wooden chairs outside her cabin. “I’m giving you ten minutes!”

The two walked, walked, walked, and walked until they were out of the woods. Jihyun smiled as it was her first time to be in the more civilized area after her awakening. She took a step beside Baekhyun so that they’ll be walking side by side and without any notice, she hooked her arm with Baekhyun.

He wanted to smile but it will just lead for Jihyun to so he forced himself not to. The two of them started to go for another walk until there were more and more people surrounding them. Like a newborn child, Jihyun can’t help but to be amazed by the little things around her.
