The morning after     What.... " Good morning " Luhan stood up and bowed to the man who just walked in as he wondered who he was. He took a glance at Minho who was just as clueless as him " Good morning " the idol greeted and the man greeted back.   " I'm Jinyoung's manager, where is he? "   " Hyung.. " Jinyoung appeared from the kitchen holding his mug. He was stoned. There was no other reason for his manager to be there if not to pick him up and he wasn't ready. He wasn't ready to leave, to leave Chorong. She still didn't know anything about it. He didn't have the time, he didn't have the guts. He thought he had more time to spend with her.   " We have to go, prepare your things "   Luhan and Minho looked at each other before looking at Jinyoung with a questioning look. The first thought that came through their mind was that he had a schedule which was nothing new for them. It has happened before that one of them had to leave earlier than planned but that wasn't the case that day.   Jinyoung's manager glared at him telling him not to stand there but to get himself and his things ready. The idol placed his mug on the table and headed to his room. Only then his manager who was left with the others explained them what was actually happening leaving them speechless because as everyone else they knew nothing.   " Isn't there a way to.. " Luhan asked but the manager shook his head.   " What's.. " a half-awake Jiyoung appearead followed by Nicole.   " Jinyoung is leaving " Minho informed the girls but if Nicole's eyes widened in shock and disbelief, Jiyoung let out a flat " Ah " before rushing to Jinyoung's room without answering her unnie's question " Jing, did you know about it already? "     [Self-talk]   Luhan: " I.... " he looked down his lap " I got really close to him, he's like a brother for me and.. " true. Luhan and Jinyoung have been roommates from the beginning. Luhan was probably one of the most affected by his friend departure. Interviewer: " You didn't know about it.. " he shook his head. Luhan: " I knew there was something because he wasn't talking much but I didn't actually expect to be that.. "     " Oppa, why " he turned and couldn't help but curve a smile. Jiyoung looked like a puppy holding onto the frame of the door. He walked to her and patted her head " Don't leave oppa " she said but they both knew that wasn't possible. He pulled her in a hug " Take care, baby Jing "     [Self-talk]   Jiyoung: " It's sad.. " she said biting her lips. Interviewer: " You were the only one who knew that Jinyoung was leaving.. " Jiyoung nodded. She knew that he could be leaving but nothing was confirmed yet and most of all she didn't expect for him to leave so early, so suddenly. It was just sad.. Jiyoung: " I can't believe that he's leaving now that we got closer "      " Unnie.. wake up " Jiyoung shook Chorong by her shoulders. She couldn't let Jinyoung leave without him saying goodbye to her. Imagine how sad she would be if she woke up without him there.   " Wh.. whaattt " Chorong asked yawning but the maknae didn't answer. She brushed Chorong's hair and dragged her out the room where there was Jinyoung all dressed up holding his bag. Chorong blinked then rubbed her eyes.   Why was he all dressed up? She wondered but she didn't need for him to say anything because when she turned to look at the entrance and recognized his manager who she met on music shows in the past she got her answer " No " she muttered.   Jinyoung forced himself to flash her a smile but it quickly faded when he saw her tears gathering in the corner of her eyes " I'm sorry " he whispered as he wiped them with his thumb. He, Jung Jinyoung, who promised to take care of Chorong, to protect her was actually the one making her cry " I'm really sorry " he said in a tone that could melt anyone's heart. His voice was low yet so sweet and most of all sincere.     [Self-talk]   Chorong: " Now that I think about it.. I feel stupid for crying because.. " it isn't the end of the world, right? Jinyoung was leaving the show but they could still keep in touch through phone calls and messages. They could still meet, right? No, they couldn't.   It was going to be hard to meet each other out of the show. Just like it was hard for the others. Probably it was exaggerated to say that it was the end of the world but things were going to change, for sure. She looked up to hold in the tears threatening to fall again.   Interviewer: " Everything will be fine " the interviewer reached for her hands and squeezed them a little.   Caption: Stay strong, Chorong :'(     With Jinyoung's departure the day didn't start very well for the idols. What was happening? Was that the beginning of the end for the show? They knew that they weren't going to be part of it forever, they had their own lives and career but they weren't still ready to say goodbye to such a beautiful experience. "Summer time, idols!" taught them so much, it gave them the freedom and happiness they were longing for. They didn't want it to end. The risks and the consequences were all worth it for them.     [Good morning, kids! The ____ (blurred) school had a festival yesterday. Since there's no one there today you'll clean everything for them. Work hard! Have fun!] - PD     The idols rolled their eyes as they read the message. Not only they weren't in the mood but how could they have fun when there was so much work to do? It was going to be another long and tiring day. The only good thing maybe was that they could distract themselves.   cCcCc   " Let me take this " Sohee stepped aside and let Myungsoo lift the desk to move it to the other side of the room. She grinned as she watched him doing the work for her.   No one knew that behind that slight smile there was a girl thinking throughly about her future. Sohee had to make a very important decision that was going to affect her members, her fans, her career, her future.... her. She has been stressing out about it for awhile and it was only when she was with him that she could put everything aside.   " You dropped out of school when you were really young, right? " she nodded.   " Any regret? " he asked curiously as he made his way to her.   " Everyone has regrets but the best we can do is to make up for them.. " rather than sulking, crying over them....     Sohee debuted at a very young age and she had others planning things for her ever since. She was long over that. She was now a grown up young lady who wasn't going to let others decide for herself. She wanted to be selfish and put her own needs and happiness as a priority for once.   There were so many things that she could've done and there were so many things she still wanted to do and who could stop her? In that moment she was enlightened. She balled her hands into tight fist as she nodded confident of the decision she just made.   Myungsoo cupped her cheeks and looked straightly into her eyes. How could such a cute looking girl be so mature? The contrast between her looks and her personality amazed him. He was so attracted by that and he didn't realize that his face was now only an inch from hers.   When did I get this close? His eyes widened as he started to panick but then he did what his heart told him to.   He closed the gap between them careefully pressing his lips on hers and unexpectedly she didn't back out. Their lips touched for a few seconds before they regained control of themselves and recalled that there were cameras filming them.   Sohee turned away and covered her face embarrassed. Did we just.... oh my.. this wasn't supposed to....   " Please don't let this on broadcast " Myungsoo told the cameraman before reaching for her hand and make her turn to him again " But give me a copy of it " he stuck his tongue out and wrapped Sohee in his arms letting her bury her blushing cheeks on his chest.   So cute.... he grinned cheekily. His heart was fluttering. Even though he was acting calm and cool, inside of him he was jumping left and right for how happy he was. They kissed! He still couldn't believe it that he even felt stupid for wondering if everything could just be a dream.     [Self-talk]   Myungsoo: " .... " he had a smile stamped on his face which had no intention to disappear any time soon.   Of course, the interviewer knew what was the reason behind that and she also knew about Myungsoo's special request not to let their kiss air so she wasn't going to ask anything about it.   That was part of the agreement between the management and the show. The idols could make special request like that about what to broadcast and what not. In that case Myungsoo preferred to keep it for them because that's what Sohee wanted.   Their scene would've ended with him cupping her cheeks only.   Interviewer: " You look in love " the younger chuckled but he didn't deny it. Being in love was something serious, something too big and important to be defined, especially for someone as young as him but he knew that he was on the right way to fall in love with her.     " Are you going to keep on sighing? " Minho broke the silence that filled the classroom for the past hour.   He watched Nicole being immersed in her thoughts as she vented her frustration on the dirt she was trying to clean. He knew that she was acting like that because of Luhan. They haven't been talking to each other since their fight. None of them recognized their mistake and they had no intention to apologize to the other.   " You know you can tell me "   " It's all new to me "
