You woke up the next morning, opened your eyes and see Kris looking down at you with his head propped on his hand. His other hand gently your cheeks. “Morning sunshine.”

“Morning.” You replied, stretching yourself in bed. “You actually woke up earlier than me.”

You shifted yourself nearer to him, placing your hand over his waist and snuggled in his chest. He pulled you close and ruffled your hair with his other hand. “If only we could lie in bed like this the whole day.” You said.

“We can and let the rest go around exploring the place.”

“But I want to go and check out the place too. I haven’t been to Taiwan before.” You looked at him. He nodded.

“I should go shower before meeting the rest.” You said, getting down from the bed. You took off Kris’ cardigan that you were wearing and hung it in the cupboard. He walked you to the lift lobby and gave you a hug before you went up.

SJ headed back to Korea in the morning cause they had schedule later the day so only Zhoumi and Henry was left. You all shopped around Xi Men Ding, with Shimin as the tour guide bringing you all around and introducing different food for you all to try. Since you were all travelling in a big group, you were spotted by fans rather easily. They were following you around but they kept a comfortable distance so you all could still shop in peace. Time passed quickly while you were enjoying and you had to return to the hotel and set off to the airport.

After checking in at the airport, you sat at the waiting lounge to wait for your time to board the plane. You could see Shimin’s longing face, hoping she could stay longer to spend more time with her loved ones.

It was 7pm when you reached Korea. Fans knew about your arrival and they were waiting at the airport. You made it out to the van when you realise that Miko was nowhere to be seen. You went to the different vans to check if she got on the other one but she wasn’t there. You started to panic. Your manager told you to stay in the car and wait but you didn’t want to. You walked around and heard someone calling out for you.

“Enjing Unnie!” she shouted. Miko was being pulled away by a man, probably a fan. You ran towards her direction immediately.

“YAH! Let go of her!” you shouted, trying to pry the guy’s hand off her. “What are you trying to do? ” You stood in front of Miko and your grip was firm on Miko’s arm, preventing the guy from pulling her away. Miko started to cry, the young girl was shocked by what was happening.

Your managers started running over to save the both of you from the situation. They guy let go of Miko and gave you a hard push which sent you falling to the ground and ran off. Miko helped you up and you pulled her near to you. “Are you okay? Sorry unnie held on to you too tightly. I didn’t want that bastard to drag you away.” You said as you walked back to where your van was. You were still boiling over what happened.

“It’s okay unnie, I know you were trying to protect me. Thank you!”

You went boarded your van and headed back to SM.

It has been 8 months since your debut and more people knew about you than before. You had your own bunch of fans and also antis as well. You didn’t really want to care about the anti-fans because all they wanted is to bring you down.

You had a meeting with your manager earlier in the day and he told you guys that you were going to participate in this year’s SMTOWN concert. You were delighted to hear the news and was interested to know what line up you were doing. Besides your own songs, you were tasked to be part of the dance line of SMTOWN and do a dance performance alongside the other main dancers of the other groups.

You and Kris have been going rather smoothly. Even though there were arguments along the way, but it was part and parcel of a relationship. You haven’t been receiving the threat messages for a while now so you thought of it as a prank from some Exo fans.

It was another Sunday night. You met up with Kris by the river to have your usual date when both of you were free.

“Kevin?” you heard a female voice calling from afar. You lifted your head from Kris’ shoulder and looked at him with a confused expression. He too, looked at you confused.

“Kevin.. I mean Kris.. Is that you?” she said again.

“Wait here for a while.” Kris said and walked towards the girl who was also walking towards both your direction.

The girl gave Kris a hug and Kris returned the favour. ‘I guess they knew each other since she called him Kevin..’ you thought. You sat there for quite some time, looking through your social media sites. You looked at their direction once in a while and you kept seeing the girl touching Kris, like randomly hugging him, hooking her arms around his and touching his face. You could feel your anger accumulating. You weren't an overly obsessive girlfriend. You were fine with him talking to his female friend but you didn’t like the fact that she was having skinship with him. Too much for your liking.

You dialed his number and called him. He picked up his phone and looked at your direction.

“I think I’ll leave first.” You paused, trying to sound calm. “Don’t go back too late. Good night.” You hung up before he could respond. You walked to your bike and cycled off. You rode pass them and Kris was looking at you when you passed. ‘She looks familiar…’

Kris could sense that something was not right with you. “Urm, I’ve got to go…” he said. “I’ve got to go down to the company early tomorrow.” He bid his goodbye and rode off, trying to look for you. He called you several times but you didn’t answer. He left you a text and headed back to the dorm.

You were woken up by your alarm the next morning. You took your phone and off the alarm. You saw a text message from Kris.

###

Baby are you home yet? You were gone when I left. Are you mad at me? Sleep well yeah. I’ll see you around tomorrow.

You threw your phone to a side and went out for breakfast. You didn’t feel like replying. The thought of what the girl did yesterday still made you angry. You shrugged the idea off and ate breakfast with your members.

You grabbed your phone before leaving the dorm to SM and you had one unread message.

I thought I asked you to stay away from Kris? Why are you still hanging out with him? You never learn your lesson do you? you better watch out.

###

“What the .” You cursed.

“What happened?” Shimin looked over your shoulder and see what you are reading. “What the… it’s back again? I think it’s better for you to tell Junyong oppa so he can make a police report.”

“I don’t know… We’ll see how this goes.” You replied and headed out.

You reached SM and went to the practice room. You were starting your SMTOWN performance practice. There were ten people in the item. Yunho, Donghae, Eunhyuk, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Victoria, Taemin, Kai, Luhan and you.

Shim Jaewon, the resident SM choreographer, walked in and got you all to warm up and started on the choreo. The beginning of the choreo required eight of you to do a couple dance routine before the other two join you all on stage. Jaewon looked around and paired Yunho with Yuri, Eunhyuk with Hyoyeon, Donghae with Victoria and you with Luhan. You were relieved because you knew you had chemistry with Luhan and it would be easier to dance with him.

After going through for 2 hours, you were given a 15 minutes break. You and Luhan walked to the vending machine to get some isotonic drinks and also for the rest of the seniors.

“Looks like what I said came true.” Luhan said, putting coins into the vending machine. You looked at him, confused. “Remember during your debut showcase? I said we should do a dance collab together and we are actually doing it now!”

“Oh yeah! This is gonna be so fun. I was so happy that I got paired up with gege cause I know we’re gonna be an awesome team!” you said and placed your arm on his shoulder.

You walked back to the studio after getting your drinks and passed by a few other Exo boys who were resting in one of the rooms. You made eye contact with Kris. You gave him a smile and looked away. He got up and ran after you.

“Hey… can we talk?” he said holding on to your arm.

“I still have practice. After that? I’ll call you.”

Kris nodded and you walked off with Luhan. “What happened between the two of you?” Luhan asked, concerned.

“Nothing much. I just don’t like it when his female friends gets too touchy when they talk to him.” You paused. “I’m not angry or anything but I’m just... nevermind.” you sighed.

“It’s okay, you can always talk to gege yeah?”

You nodded and went back to practice.

You called Kris after your practice and decided to meet at the rooftop. You leaned against the edge, looking at the city view. You felt someone place his hand around your waist and kissed your neck. “Baby…” he said. “Are you angry at me?”

You shoke your head.

“Then why are you not talking to me?” He said, sounding a little whinny.

“I just don’t like it when girls get too touchy with you…” you said softly.

“I like it when you are possessive of me,” he said, planting a kiss on your neck. “I assure you it won’t happen again.”

You turned around and gave him a smile.

“Don’t you want to pick that up?” you asked. Pointing to his pocket. His phone has been vibrating for quite a while. “I’m fine with it. Pick it up, it might be important.”

You let out a huge sigh and walked back to the staircase, signaling to Kris that you would wait for him downstairs.

‘I need to stop over thinking…’
