“No problem. I’m Kim Himchan and I have just returned from Canada.”

“I see,” Ji-hye gave the man a smile and invited him to seat down.

“So how long have you been back in Korea?”

Himchan who was looking at Yoon-eun turned and faced Ji-hye again when he heard her question. “I have just returned for a week and decided to come visit my buddy when I heard that he had gotten married. I can’t believe that a joker like him actually managed to get a wife. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t mean that you are not good for him or anything. It’s just that Jongup was always a joker and although he might get a lot of girls attracted to his jokes but not anyone will stay with him long because of that.”

Ji-hye gave a small laugh and said, “Well, but that’s the thing which got me attracted to him. Maybe that’s the thing that made him special.”

Himchan shrugged his shoulders, “Maybe. Everyone is unique in the eyes of their special someone. I guess my news were a bit old. No one told me that his wife is pregnant.”

“Your news isn’t old. It’s just that we haven’t really told anyone about it except family and close friends.”

“So how’s the child?”

Ji-hye touched her tummy once again and the motherly smile spread across her face again. “All’s good. I have just stepped into the beginning of the second trimester and the morning sickness has slowly subsided.”

Before Himchan could continue his chat with Ji-hye, Yoon-eun returned. She gave a smile to both Himchan and Ji-hye before speaking.

“What were you guys chatting about?”

“Himchan and I were just discussing about Jongup and my pregnancy.” Ji-hye replied Yoon-eun and when she faced Himchan she caught him looking at Yoon-eun again.

“Something must be wrong,” Ji-hye thought.

This little mystery made Ji-hye curious and she was determined to solve it.

Yoon-eun and Himchan got along rather well; in fact they shared quite a fair bit of common topics and never ran out of things to talk about.

“Mummy, Mummy Ji-hye,” Jae Hwan shouted and ran over to the two ladies.

The two ladies smiled when they saw Jae Hwan running towards them but on Himchan’s face, it clearly displayed a question: Who is this little boy? How is he related to Yoon-eun? And he did hear him call Mummy right?
