“Hmm.” Yixing nodded as Sejin continued to banter away, they were beside each other in the plane’s business class space. Yixing was half asleep with his headphones on.

“Ya, you know full well I can’t sleep during flights.” She whined again, Lay chuckled and just lifted up the barrier between them then he reclined her seat.

“Try to sleep.”

“I can’t.” She made a face, then she sat up and saw Kai reading the paper.

“Just go sleep, I’ll talk to Kai.” She said as she unbuckled her seatbelt and stood up, Lay opened his eyes and watched as Sejin trudge to Kai slowly.

“Good, this seat’s empty.” Sejin grinned to herself, Kai looked up and made a face at her.

“It’s not.”

“Who’s sitting here then?” Sejin challenged.

“Someone.” Kai grinned, Sejin rolled her eyes and strapped the seatbelt around her waist.

“So you finally thought about trading company secrets?” Kai asked her playfully.

“I think I should just stay at the hotel and made Yixing attend the convention.” Sejin ignored his statement and picked up a magazine.

“Nice, LG.”

She grinned and leaned back.

“Oh! Is it true that Samsung and LG have a collaboration?” A man had walked up to them, Sejin froze. Kai smiled politely.

“But..you two sitting together, it seems-”

“They’re not. She’s with me.” Lay came up from behind him with a wary look on his face, he looked at Sejin.

“Lai.(Come.)” He said, Sejin frowned then she slapped Kai’s forearm before standing up.

“Let’s chat later.” She said before letting Lay pull her back to their seats.

“See? Rumors might start.”

“But it’s okay. After the convention, I’m going to-”

“Don’t say that.” Lay frowned.

“Yixing, it’s true. This is our last appearance as a couple, after that we’re both back to normal. Xing Xing and Sejin.”

“Normal? Aren’t we being normal now?” Lay looked at her steely.

Sejin raised her hand and showed him the single diamond ring on her finger.

“We’re engaged, not normal.” She chuckled. Lay tossed the newspaper back to the floor.

Sejin blinked at him.

“Do you want to get away from me that much?”

“Yixing, no-”

“Because if it’s like that, Sejin. I can do it right now. I can ask my secretary to-”

“Your reputation is at stake here, people at your company will talk. It’s better if I do it.” Sejin replied calmly.

“What about you? People will talk too.”

She shook her head.

“I’m okay, Yixing.”

“No it’s not, I won’t allow this.”

“Yixing-”

“I will not allow you to do this, Sejin. If you want out I’ll help you.”

“The way you put it it’s as if I’’m rejecting you, Yixing.” Sejin tried to lighten up his mood.

“Well, you are.”
