“Jeong su-ssi”

Leeteuk took a deep breath and close his eyes. ‘His Wife’ Kang sora always talk to him formally.

They have been married for 7 years now and still she calls him ‘Jeong su-ssi’.

What can he expect it’s not like they are still close or anything.

It’s been a long time since he talked to her; it’s not that he didn’t make any effort.

He tried reaching out to her. He even invites her to their concerts but she always declines

using his fans as excuse. He can’t contest that. He love his fans and most importantly he

needs to protect her.

“Wae, Sora-ya?”

“Um…”

He could hear hesitation in her voice. His brow crease.

“Do you have a problem?”

“I read some news about you…”

He lets out a sigh. He can see where this conversation is heading.

The dinner he had with Taeyeon is just a simple dinner nothing more.

She’s just a friend more of a sister to him. She just wants to talk to someone that night

The fans and the press just made a big deal out of it. It didn’t help when coincidentally

The earrings he brought have the same design as Taeyeon’s new earring.

But all of that is unintentional.

Unconsciously a smile creeps to his lips.

This is the first time ‘his wife’ calls regarding something like this.

“Don’t mind about it, it’s just rumors.  I’m a married man, Sora-ya.

And cheating while in a commitment is out of the question”

He assured her in a low voice. He’s alone in his room but still he needs to be careful.

“I know… but if you like her…”

What was she thinking?

“Yah! Mrs. Park, are you giving your husband permission to cheat?”

he said in an irritated tone. He heard her grasp from the other line.

“I don’t have the right to do that…” she murmured.

Leeteuk close his eyes trying to control himself.

“Our contract is already been 2 years overdue if ever you want to…”

“If I want anything I’ll tell you myself. What is this really about, Mrs. Park?

Did you find yourself a man? Is that why you called?” He interrupted.

“Ani! I’m not like that! And could you please stop calling me Mrs. Park?!”

“You are Mrs. Park! Mrs. Park Sora, ‘My wife’.

Lets stop this I don’t want to talk about this over the phone. If you badly

needed your freedom come to me yourself. See you soon Mrs. Park.”

“I…”

He hangs up and throws his phone on the bed. Talking to his wife can be maddening.

She’s right the contract is already 2 years overdue but being reminded about it is…

How can he describe it… disappointing? Why would he be disappointed?

It’s not like they are married with the real sense of the word.

Sora stared at her phone. Leeteuk already hangs up but she’s in daze.

She just can’t believe their conversation. She called him to help.

She wants him to be happy. To be free to go out with who ever he wants

but in the end he accuse her of seeing another man!

She’s not the one who had a private dinner with a pretty blonde.

How dare him reverse the situation!
