B.A.P Concert

*Should I call him? No,No… What if he doesn’t want to come?* Marie frowned while sitting on her bed with her phone on her hands. *Does he even like B.A.P? Ughh, Marie think, should I call him?* she ruffled her hair in desperation.
“Knock, knock.” Cathy said while poking her head inside Marie’s room, interrupting Marie’s train of thoughts. “Hey.” Marie sighed. Cathy came inside and jumped on top of Marie’s bed “Whatcha doing?”
“Well, I got this tickets for B.A-“
“WHAT?! B.A.P?! OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH! When?”
“Whoa! Hold on, calm your horses, let me finish.”
“Okay”
“Kyuhyun won me these tickets and I want to take him, but I’m scared that he won’t accept my invitation.”
Cathy looked at Marie and cooed, “Awww, you want to take Kyuhyun, That’s so adorable!”
“Will you shut up? Is just a hangout.”
“Suuuree” Cathy teased. Marie chuckled and rolled her eyes.
“You know what Marie? Call him, just be yourself and tell him that you want him to go with you.”
“But what if he doesn’t like B.A.P?”
Cathy gave her an ‘are you serious’ look and answered, “It’s YOU, of course he’ll go. It can even be war and he’ll be there with you just holding your hand and protecting you from the enemies, whispering ‘don’t worry my sunshine; I will protect you no matter what’. Aww so sweet.”
Marie gave her a weird look, “Cat, how much dramas you watch?”
Cathy chuckled and replied, “Oh come one, you know it’s true.”
“You’re exaggerating.”
Cathy rolled her eyes, “Fine! If you won’t call him, then I will.” she said while snatching the phone from Marie’s hand. “You wouldn’t!!” Marie shouted and ran after Cathy. “Oh yes I would” Cathy said running away from Marie. Cathy dialed the number making Marie’s eyes widened “Why would you do that?”
“I wouldn’t have to if you wou-“

Cathy stopped talking and threw the phone at Marie. Catching Marie by surprise, she missed “What was that for?”
“He’s on the phone!” Cathy whispered. Marie’s eyes widened, so she hurried and picked up the phone and put it on her ear.
Hello? Marie-ah? Are you there?
“Oh yeah, hey!”
Hey, is everything okay?
“Y-yes, is that umm, the thing is that, the B.A.P concert is tomorrow and umm, I was hoping to see if maybe you know, you would…like to…come, with me?”
…
“Kyuhyun, are you there?”
Y-yeah, I um… hehe I would love to go with you… to the concert.
Marie smiled and bit her lip to not shriek. She took a deep breath and spoke, “Well, thanks umm, come by tomorrow at 7 pm?”
Yeah! I’ll see you tomorrow.
“Okay, well I’ll leave you to your… well what you were doing.”
Actually, thank you for calling. You just saved me from Eunhyuk’s Tea Party.
Marie giggled, “Aww, are you wearing a beautiful sundress?” she teased.
Ha.Ha.Ha. And yes, yes I am.
“I’m calling Eunhyuk. He needs to get me a picture of this.”
That’s not funny. The dress is uncomfortable and I swear that these pantyhose are giving me wedgies.
“I’m calling Eunhyuk…~” she singed.
Marie-ah I swear…
Marie chuckled, “I’m kidding… well, maybe.”
Marie-ah!
“Oh Kyuhyun, you’re so fun to tease.”
I’m glad I amuse you.
“Oh you always do, don’t worry." She heard him chuckle over the phone and she did the same. “Well, thank you for accepting my invitation; I’ll leave you for your Tea Party. Umm… I’ll talk to you later?”
I’ll be waiting.
She hung up the phone and threw herself on the bed squealing. Cathy came running to her room, “Did he say yes?”
Marie calmed down and gave her a serious look, “Oh he said he was busy…”
“NO HE DIDN’T! You’re a terrible liar!” Cathy shouted. Marie chuckled and Cathy smiled.
The next morning, Cathy and Marie woke up early to take an outfit for Marie. “Okay, I also brought some of my outfits for you to try on if you want.” Cathy said while entering Marie’s room with a big pile of clothes.
“Some?” Marie said eyeing the clothes.
“Here, try this one on.” Cathy handed Marie a skirt, shirt and a leather jacket.
“Are you done?” Cathy asked impatiently. Marie came out with a serious expression. “Hmm, nah, to ty for this occasion.” Cathy mentioned. Marie gave Cathy a weird expression and frowned, “Well it’s your clothes.”
After many outfits, Marie was getting desperate. “I don’t know what to wear!! Seriously, I’ll just put my pajamas and go.”
“One more outfit!”
Marie sighed and grabbed the clothes. *This one better look good* she thought. “Okay, I’m coming out.” Marie came out wearing black combat boots, skinny jeans, a shirt that said ‘stachtastic’ with a mustache on it and a black leather jacket. “You look awesome!” Cathy squealed. Marie looked at herself in the mirror and smiled *I hope Kyuhyun likes it* she smiled at her thought.
“Come in Kyuhyun, Marie would be out in a minute.” Cathy said to him while stepping aside for him to coming in. “So are you staying here?” he asked Cathy
“No, Kris will pick me up soon. We’re going to grab a bite.”
Kyuhyun cooed “Uuuu have fun you two…”
Cathy giggled, “Shut up.” Kyuhyun did shut up, but not because of Cathy. Marie came out making Kyuhyun’s eyes sparkle. He reddened and slowly spoke, “Hi, you look beautiful.”
Marie blushed and replied, “Thank you”
“Awwww” Cathy cooed. Marie rolled her eyes and Kyuhyun chuckled. “Don’t blame me; you do the same with me and Kris.” Cathy teased.
“Well it is reasonable, you and Kris are a couple.” Marie reminded her. Cathy looked at her and smiled, “Don’t make me talk Marie.”
Marie reddened and Kyuhyun blushed, he cleared his throat and spoke, “Umm, so Marie-ah, ready to go?” she smiled and nodded. “Have fun…~” Cathy singed making them giggle.
After waiting an hour in the line, they finally got inside and took their seats. Kyuhyun was wearing a cap, and thank god, if not fans would recognize him and it would be the run of their lives. The seats were actually pretty close to the stage. “I’m so excited!” Marie squealed as the auditorium lights went off and the curtains opened. Marie screamed along with all the other fans. “Fan girls.” Kyuhyun mumbled, but he couldn’t help but smile at Marie’s reactions.
“HIMCHAN! I LOVE YOU!” Marie screamed while jumping. Kyuhyun looked at Marie and murmured, “I’m better looking.”
Marie smiled, “Someone’s jealous.” She poked his arm.
“Whatever.” Kyuhyun said while chuckling, making Marie smile.
She grabbed his arm and turned him to face her, “Well for me you are." He smiled at her and blushed. The lights weren’t bright, so she couldn’t see his red cheeks, but she did see his smile and she couldn’t help but smile too.
After the concert, they both decided to go and take a walk by the park. On the walk, Kyuhyun saw a playground, he grabbed Marie’s arm and pulled her towards the swing sets. “Hmm, let’s play questions.” Kyuhyun suggested while swinging.
“Sure, you start.” Marie replied.
“Umm, what’s your favorite color?”
“Black, umm what’s your favorite hobby, other than singing?”
“Play games.” they both chuckled and he continued, “What’s your ideal type?”
“I don’t believe in ideal types, I look at personalities. For example, the guy I like, like I said, he’s independent, funny, he could get on my nerves sometimes but… he makes me happy. And when I’m with him, I can’t help but smile.” Marie smiled, but Kyuhyun frowned a little. *Who the heck is he? Ughh, I want to know* he cleared his throat, “Your turn”
Marie looked straight at his eyes, “Why did you give up on the deal?”
Kyuhyun laughed nervously, “I guess it’s time for you to know. I’ve been wanting to tell you this for sometime now…” he took a deep breath and continued “Marie-ah, the truth is that I lo-“
He got cut off by Marie’s phone. She apologized and took the phone to eye the callers ID. Her eyes widened and she quickly answered, “Hey, I’ll call you later.”

She hung up the phone and looked at Kyuhyun. “Kyuhyun, it’s getting late. Maybe we should head home.”
After a moment of silence and Kyuhyun looking suspiciously at Marie, he nodded and grabbed her hand to pull her up. “Alright, let’s go back.”
They walked silently through the park and headed back in front of Marie’s apartment. They stood in front of the building and looked at each other. Marie smiled and talked, “Thank you for coming with me tonight. I had fun.”
He smiled and nodded, “Me too… see, I’m not that bad.”
Marie chuckled, “I guess you’re not, but you’re still ‘Evil Maknae’, just less ‘evil’.” Kyuhyun reddened and chuckled, “Well you should go inside. I’ll call you tomorrow?” She nodded and waved goodbye.
Marie made sure that he left before she went inside. She sneaked out through the back door from the building and stepped outside. She took out her phone and dialed Jason’s number. “Jason? Hey, is everything okay?”
Yeah, I hope I didn’t disturb you when I called you earlier.
“It’s alright. So what’s up?”
Well, it’s been long since I’ve seen you girls and I actually wanted to surprise you, but I need someone to pick me up from the airport.
“Airport? Are you in Korea?”
Not yet, I’ll be there in January.
“Oh my gosh!”
Marie, don’t tell Cat. I want to surprise her.
“Uhh… Jason, I have to tell yo-“
Oh Marie, I have to go. But I’ll call you in the week, we need to catch up.
“Okay, Jason. I’ll talk to you soon.”
Okay… miss you sis, later!
“Bye.” she hung up and sighed. She put her phone away and walked back inside the building.
Cathy and Kris were sitting on the couch watching TV, when they heard the door opened and saw Marie coming in. “So how was your date?” Kris asked.
“It wasn’t a date. It was a friendly hang out.”
“Yeah right. You should’ve seen her yesterday. She was squealing like a girl after Kyuhyun agreed on taking her to the concert.” Cathy teased. Marie gave a slight chuckle, “Well I’m going to wash up and head to bed.” She sighed and went to the bathroom.
Cathy and Kris glanced at each other and then towards where Marie left. “I thought she would be happier." Kris mentioned once Marie went inside the bathroom.
“Maybe they had a fight. You know how they are. I’ll talk to her in the morning.”
Kris nodded and kissed Cathy’s forehead, “Well I should go. I’ll call you when I get home.”
“Okay”
Kris got up, gave her a peck on the cheek and left. Cathy stood up and walked over to Marie’s room. *Should I talk to her now?* she took a moment, but then shook her head *I’ll wait until tomorrow, she’s probably tired.* She walked towards her room and stopped before going in. She glanced at Marie’s door one last time and wondered *It is because she’s tired, right?*
