You hadn`t been feeling well that day at all. You were feeling sick all the time, your head spinning, your body out of strength and the worst pain ever, the ache in your heart.

You tried your best to push those feelings to the side and look after your mother, but it was just too hard.

“Omma” You called out to her as you noticed her almost falling asleep on you again. “I`ll be right back. I just need some fresh air” You told. She was still lying in bed, not having any strength left in her body.

“Don`t be away too long” she told and you nodded as you left the room.

Heading towards your current bedroom you opened the door and grabbed your jacket. Before doing so you noticed the divorce papers on the bed. You kept staring at them before finally snapping out of your thoughts.

You left the room and soon after you left the house.

You went wherever your feet were dragging you. Your head was hanging low as your mind was all foggy and your heart sank as it felt like it had stopped beating giving up on you.

Finally you stopped your tracks after long and looked up to see your surroundings.
