""KAI!" Heeyoung screamed in horror as she witnessed Kai getting knocked down by the same red car. The red car burst into flames as Kai flew to a tree nearby.

She stared at the fire in horror, trembling. 'It's happening again.' she retreated from the scene, each step sent her heart pounding in terror.

"RING DING DONG RING DING DONG RING DIGGY DING DIGGY DING DING DING~" SHINee's song suddenly appeared.

She stopped and stayed still on tracks. 'Where did that came from?' she frowned.

"Miss? Miss?" a voice appeared out of no where. "Oh yes, I was in the hospital!" Heeyoung jolted up awake, exclaiming.

Her actions had the nurse's grip on the metal tray tightened in fright. "I'm sorry." she bowed, before grabbing her phone to answer it.

"Hello?" she turned away to answer.

"Young! Have you seen the news?!" Sol-In chirped. Her face went blank. "The news? No, what about it?" 

"SM announced that Kai is withdrawing from EXO activities!!" Sol-In exclaimed a little bit too loudly, causing Heeyoung to wince and bring the phone away from her ear.

"Yah, stop shouting!" she complained. "Hey! Aren't you shocked?!" Sol-In asked.

"Er...." her voice trailed off with uncertainty. "You knew it long ago didn't you?!" Sol-In accused. "Of course not! It's not like my uncle have to report everything happening to his artist to me right?!" Heeyoung snapped.

"Arasseo." Sol-In replied, sounding unconvinced. "I'm busy. Hanging up!" Heeyoung said, before Sol-In could continue what she wanted to say.

When Heeyoung turned back, she realised the nurse earlier was gone. 'She must've left when I was talking to Sol.' she concluded and shrugged the matter away.

Heeyoung sighed when her eyes landed on Kai. 'Kai, I'm really sorry to cause you to be in this state.' she apologised, looking at him with a sorry pair of eyes.

The doors slide open and Baekhyun entered the room. "Baek." Heeyoung went to hug him, sniffing his cologne from his cardigan. "I missed you." Baekhyun said, returning her a tight hug.

"I miss your cologne." Heeyoung playfully added, trying to loosen up the atmosphere, although it's only the two of them in the room.

"What?!" Baekhyun started poking her sides, making her yelp in surprise. Heeyoung giggled as she tried to escape from her boyfriend's pokes. "Got cha!" Baekhyun said, with arms around Heeyoung's waist. All she did was let out a little yelp when she got caught.

"I'm not gonna release you until you tell me you miss me." Baekhyun pouted his lips. Heeyoung was trying to stable down her breathing from the playing with Baekhyun earlier.

"Alright- I miss you." Heeyoung finally said, gulping a mouthful of air in the middle of the sentence before crashing her lips onto Baekhyun's.

Warm lips moved against her's as it sent a sense of delight to Heeyoung and made her plus skyrocketed once again. 

"I love you." Baekhyun whispered, after breaking the kiss. "I love you too." Heeyoung sent Baekhyun an eye-smile that made his heart flutter like butterfly trying to show off its wings.

Both of them broke the lovey-dovey moment when they were interupted by soft footsteps outside the room. Being the quick witted one, Heeyoung jumped out of Baekhyun's grasp and sat on the couch facing the window of the ward.

"Kris!" Heeyoung stood up. "Luhan told me to hand these to you." Kris informed, handling Heeyoung a pink coloured paper bag.

"Thanks, I'll go shower for now. I smell so bad." Heeyoung beamed.

"Hurry up, both of us will leave in 10 minutes time." Kris reminded as Heeyoung slide the bathroom door shut.

There was a moment of silence surrounding Baekhyun and Kris, both who are unable to start up a topic at the moment.

"Baekhyun, what brings you here?" Kris asked. "Visiting Jong-In of course, why would I be here then?" Baekhyun loosen up as he replied. "You never informed any of us." Kris replied, raising his brows.

"Well, when I woke up, nobody was up though." Baekhyun threw a playful glance back at Kris. Kris laughed, "True true."

"Heard the news?" Kris threw another question at him. Baekhyun's face went blank. He swallowed nervously before he began, "What news?" he asked.
