Chapter 2  

The next day Jiyong still being new was in awe every time he walked into the lobby all the way to his office. He is once again greeted by his amazing team of the man cave. Today they have to make a presentation of where they want to place the new shipment of their new plants. Since it will be a new species it will be a focal point for the month. Before the meeting with his team Jiyong will have to go to the director's office to get his plans approved by Director Choi. 

Holding the his usb hard drive in his hand, Jiyong walked to the other side of the main building where the Director's offices were. He walked down a beautifully landscaped hallway to two large glass doors. He opens the doors to not one but two secretaries who block another set of frosted glass doors. Jiyong notified that he was there to talk to the Director and he was quickly lead to the office. When the door opened Seunghyun looked at his watch and turned around with a smile.  

"Hello Jiyong do you have your presentation ready for me?" 

"Yes Hyung." 

Seunghyun turned around when Jiyong answered, smiling.    

"Let's get started." 

Jiyong pulled up his power point after connecting the usb to the computer and projecting unto the white screen across Seunghyun's office. And efficiently goes about showing his presentation of where the new plant will be, after the presentation he goes over some of his research results and listens carefully when Seunghyun points out some details ending their small meeting. Seunghyun is impressed with Jiyongs presentation and research.  

"I see why you graduated with high honors." Seunghyun smirked and turned to face a mirror. 

"Well I'm glad that you are happy Director...I mean Hyung." 

"Well I will see you later Jiyong-ssi" Seunghyun flashed his dreamy white smile again. Jiyong couldn't help but smile back and darted out of the room. He quickly puts his hand to his heart and thinks 'why is my heart beating so fast...?' Jiyong shruggs his shoulders and walked down the beautifully decorated hallways to his man cave once again. He is greeted by Daesung who is the only one in the office at the time.  

"Hyung we should go and get some lunch from the cafeteria." 

Jiyong nodds in agreement. Jiyong who has already packed his lunch sits at the table with the rest of his co workers. All of the boys chat and talk about work life and of course girls mainly because of Seungri. Jiyong gets thrown off when Seunghyun walks into the room. It is almost as if time is at a stand still. Jiyong watched Seunghyun interact with the other workers. He admired how he Is so warm and inviting to all of his employees and doesn’t treat them unfairly. One thing that gets Jiyong's attention is that Seunghyun always looks at his watch before he does anything. Seunghyun walked out into the gardens with his lunch and Jiyong assumed that he is going to the spot that Jiyong was at last time. Jiyong is suddenly stuck with a thought 'why do his mannerisms remind me of my Umma?...why does he always look at his watch...' 

Taeyang noticed Jiyong had been spaced out for a while and he waved his hand in Jiyong's face. Jiyong blinked out of his thoughts and bowed apologetically.  

"I'm sorry I don't know what has gotten into me today." 

"It's okay Jiyong I was just wondering what you were thinking about so hard...is work stressful already?" 

"NO...no it's fine. I'm going to take a walk" Jiyong gets up from the table. The other guys say bye and get back to their conversations. Jiyong makes his way out of the door and tried to catch up with Seunghyun. Jiyong didn't know why he wanted to follow him but he was curious. He finally caught up to Seunghyun and tapped his shoulder and the older one turned around. Jiyong smiled "Hey Hyung do you normally eat by yourself?" 

"No I normally eat inside but I saw that this plant had fallen over and I wanted to see what was wrong" Seunghyun bend down and looked at the plant once again and spoke to it softly "Awe poor baby needs some love eh?" He gently supported the plant back so that it was standing straight up . The whole time Seunghyun had been talking to the plant Jiyong couldn't help but gush over how well Seunghyun took care of the plant. Seunghyun stood turning to had back inside the building.  

"Oh I didn't know that you were still here..." 

"Oh sorry I didn't mean to impose." 

"No, no you are fine. Just make yourself known in the future Ji" Seunghyun turned around and looked at his watch and then took his phone and started texting.  

Jiyong frowned maybe Seunghyun was mad at him for laying around the other day after all, 'I guess I should apologize.'   

"Oh by the way I'm sorry for laying around by that tree yesterday I meant to.." Jiyong stopped mid sentence when Seunghyun started walking away from him. Jiyong was confused again 'aiiish he must really be angry with me.' 

"Hyung I'm really sorry" Seunghyun continued walking "I won't do it again, promise!" Jiyong stopped himself since he was yelling at his boss. People who work in the garden started to stare at Jiyong with confusion. Jiyong flustered left the garden and went back to his office. Jiyong sat at his desk and pondered what had just happened. Why did he ignore him? Why did he have to tap him to get his attention? Why did he remind him of his mother?
