SONG HYE KYO

I don't remember how I exactly managed to pull myself together for today's first filming of my drama with Song Seung Heon Oppa. It had been few days when that unexpected encounter with Song Joong Ki happened. I locked myself in my room for the days following that with absolutely no appetite for food nor energy to do anything. I only came out of the safety cocoon I had made for myself today, and honestly, if it weren't for my Manager, I would'nt have been able to get up this morning to fulfill my commitment for today's shooting. 

"Good Morning, Song Hye Kyo-ssi." The staffs greeted me as I passed by on my way to the set. 

I quickly plastered on a smile and gave them all a small bow. 

"Are you sure you're okay?" My manager whispered to me as we moved along.

I nodded. "Yes, I'm sure. Thank you, Unnie and I'm sorry for letting you see me like that. It was just a small relapse due to my surprise at seeing him, but no need to worry anymore. I'm over it." 

My manager just gave me a small smile then nodded. 

"Oh right. Your mom said that if you'd like, she can keep Ruby for a while. Since you'll be busy with the filming and all." 

"That's great. I don't think I can keep tabs on Ruby as much now that I've resumed working." I replied. "Thanks for bringing her to Mom that night."

"No worries, Hye Kyo. I just hope you really are okay. You seemed like you're lacking in nutrients. Maybe you should go eat first before doing your first scene for the day?" She asked.

"Hm. That might be a good idea." I said as we walked towards to one of the food carts situated at the set. 

To my surprise, one coffee truck and one food truck had held my name and picture on their banners. I looked closely to read one banner that had a message in it.

"What the heck?" I said, laughing at the message written on the banner. "Aish. Those kids!" 

I let out a hearty laugh, the first time in days, as I read once more the banner message on the food and drink truck. I immediately sent a message of thanks to the two men for their support. 

"Hye Kyo-ah." My manager called out. "There's another one over here." 

I walked over to where my manager was standing and saw another food truck that was sent as a support for me. I looked over at the banner message to figure out who it came from. 

Hang in there, Song Hye Kyo-ssi! Fighting~!

"Eh? It doesn't say who it's from?" I asked, looking at my manager in confusion.

She shook her head. "No, I even asked the crew but they said they have no idea." 

"Must be from a secret admirer."

We both turned our heads to see Seung Heon Oppa behind us. 

"That's impossible, Oppa." I laughed at the incredulousness of his suggestion.

"Why not? Our Hye Kyo is very pretty and admired by everyone." He grinned. 

"It must be from fans." I said.

"Maybe...maybe not?" He looked at me with his eyebrows raised.

"Ah Oppa, jinja. Stop teasing me. I'm betting it's from my fans." I said, brushing of his teasing.

"If you say so. You look a little pale today, albeit still beautiful. Nervous?" He asked.

"Yeah. A little." I said, ignoring the fact that the real reason why I looked so gaunt was probably due to my lack of sleep and restlessness the past few days that had nothing to do with filming the drama. 

"Don't be. You'll do a good job today." He said, patting my head. "Oh right. No need to worry about the Dispatch photos, my agency sorted it out."

"Thank you, Oppa. And I'm really sorry you had to be dragged into that." I said, lowering my head in shame. 

"No worries. And besides, if it were up to me I would've let them publish it." He laughed teasingly.

"Ah Oppa!" I exclaimed. 

"What? I think it's flattering to be in a dating controversy with the beautiful Song Hye Kyo." He grinned.

I laughed at his statement. "You're the only one who thinks that, Oppa." 

"I don't think so." He said meaningfully before walking away from us as he took food from the food truck.

My manager rushed to my side and whispered. "Was that considered flirting?" 

"Unnie!" I exclaimed, still laughing. 

"I'll forget everything soon. I won't know why you're with me. You'll be gone from my mind. And so will I. You understand? As my memory disappears, my soul will too. I'm scared." My tears falling endlessly as my character, Kim Ji Hyun said those words to her husband, Choi Chi Hoon. I fell to my feet in tears as I delivered the lines.

Song Seung Heon sat on my side and hugged me. "Why would your soul disappear? Get up. Leave it to me. I'm your memory. I'm your heart. Got that? No more tears."

"CUT!" The director called. "That was a good take!" 

I stood up and quickly brushed the tears out of my face. 

"That was so good, Hye Kyo-ah." Seung Heon oppa cheered.

"Thank you, Oppa." I replied to him, grinning. 

"Wah. Your tears really had me." He said in astonishment. 

"Aish. You're embarrassing me, Oppa. Your acting was also superb." I smiled sheepishly.

"All because my partner brings out the best in my acting." He smiled as he ruffled my hair and walked away.

My manager was quickly at my side in no time. "Really, Seung Heon-ssi seems to be flirting with you." 

"Unnie. Stop that, he's just being nice." I said, sitting back on my chair as I waited for the call for the next scene.

"But you know, it's not so bad to consider dating him. You look good together." My manager mused at she looked over at Song Seung Heon who was being attended by his coordinator.

I sighed. "Can you imagine what the press will say about me if ever I'm involved with another man that I had acted with?" 

 "Well, do you intend on being alone forever?" She asked. 

I gave her a teasing smile. "I have you and Ruby, why would I be alone?"

"No thanks. I would like to come home to the arms of a gorgeous man." She smirked.

I laughed at her. "Then unnie, you date Seung Heon Oppa instead of pushing him unto me." 

"I would if I could." She stuck out her tongue and walked away. 

As I read the script once more, trying to internalize the emotions of my character I felt someone sitting beside me. 

"I think it will look nice if we did a little skinship on this part. Would that be alright with you?" 

I looked up to see Seung Heon Oppa beside me as he pointed at one particular scene between our characters.

"Oh. That's a good idea, Oppa. It'll convey how loving they are as a couple." I replied. 

"By the way, want to grab a bite when we're done filming? I'm pretty sure we'll finish late today and it'll be nice to get some food before going home." He asked. 

"Will that be alright with you? I mean, we almost had a dating controversy because we had dinner last time." I said.

"It's fine. I don't really care about that." Seung Heon Oppa shrugged. "And as I've said, it would be greatly flattering and an honor." 

It took me a few seconds to consider it. "If it's alright with you, then okay."

"It's a date then!" He grinned then quickly walked away before I could say anything.

A what now?!

SONG JOONG KI

"YOU SENT A FOOD TRUCK TO REMEMBERING YOU'S SET?!" My manager bellowed.

I winced at the sound of my manager's voice raising. "Aish. Hyung. You're too loud and it's so early." 

I was currently on my way to shoot for my action-fantasy drama, Solo Leveling, which was based on a hit webtoon, in which I play Sung Jin Woo who is the main protagonist.

"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!" My manager exclaimed, his tone of voice unchanging.

"It's fine." I said as I waved my hand to calm him down. "I did it anonymously so I doubt anyone figured out it was me." 

"It is most definitely not fine! What would the press say if they found out?!" He had lowered his voice but was still obviously livid. "They would have a field day."
