Jennie held on to Chaeyoung and clutched to her arm as the ferry began to move towards their next destination before finally going back to Korea…

Waiheke Island, one of the most famous landmarks in New Zealand. Known as the island of wine, home of the very dedicated winegrowers who have successfully matched the maritime climate and soil structures for their crops to grow beautiful and delicious. 

‘’I’m sorry Chaeyoung that our daughter has been clinging to you since we boarded’’ Mrs. Kim said with an apologetic look ‘’She’s just…not used too much with sailing across the sea.’’

‘’In other words, she gets seasick sometimes’’ Mr. Kim chuckled

‘’If you don’t want lil sis,’’ Alice joined their conversation before Chaeyoung could say it was okay ‘’Jennie could always hold on to me’’

Chaeyoung gave her big sister a sharp look but talked in a sweet voice ‘’I’m perfectly fine…I don’t mind my wifey holding to me’’

Alice snickered ‘’Fine fine, stop giving me looks that could rival a knife’’ She joked making the others chuckle and Chaeyoung to blush a bit

‘’Shut up…’’ Chaeyoung mumbled

Jennie smiled at their interactions and her heart is constricting at knowing that this will be their last destination before they go home to Korea…before Chaeyoung comes back to Lisa.

‘’I’ll confess to her…on Christmas tomorrow.’’ Jennie thought with hope and a bit of panic surging through her. She looked at her hubby who smiled at her in reassurance, as if sensing her troubled thoughts. She chuckled in irony ‘’Today, I got to give her my all’’

A half an hour passed, and Jennie’s sea sickness finally subsided a bit. She decided to ask Chaeyoung to go out in the deck and enjoy the fresh air.

Chaeyoung immediately nodded ‘’Fresh air might help you with your sea sickness’’ Chaeyoung smiled at her ‘’Let’s go!’’

Jennie smiled back and grabbed her hand, intertwining them. Chaeyoung looked at their intertwined hands with a surprise look before contorting to a happy one. A silent understanding passing through their eyes as they walked outside to enjoy some fresh air.

‘’So…this is our last destination before going back to Korea’’ Jennie said before leaning closer to her, feeling the fresh serene air blowing to her face

‘’Well…’’ Chaeyoung trailed off ‘’I might continue speaking in English since I’ve been talking in it when we arrived here in New Zealand’’ She chuckled

Jennie laughed ‘’You’re probably right, Jisoo might get angry at us for getting used to speak in English even though she understands it well enough’’

‘’She’s a kid sometimes’’

‘’Yeah…and I don’t know why you got together with her in the first place’’ Jennie teased

Chaeyoung blushed a bit ‘’We just felt that connection at that time…’’ She whispered and silence entered their conversation.

‘’And whose your connection right now then?’’ Jennie whispered and unfortunately for her, Chaeyoung heard it.

Chaeyoung was about to open to say Lisa but… stopped as she glanced at her wifey who was completely relaxed at her shoulders and looking out in the ocean with a serene look.

She didn’t know why but…that look somehow made her completely relaxed as well…so relaxed that her voice died down and only silence came out of

Chaeyoung was quiet, and her heart was beating fast at how close they are. She’s been having these…strong feelings for the cat-eyed woman beside her from the past few days

’Well not days…’’ Chaeyoung hesitated ‘’I think it just came back…’’ She bit her lips in nervousness

‘’And it’s stronger than before…’’ Chaeyoung whispered softly as she tightened her grip to Jennie

‘’What’s stronger than before?’’ Jennie asked her making Chaeyoung jump in surprise.

She didn’t realize she said it out loud!

‘’I-I uhmmm’’ Chaeyoung stuttered and a full blown blush appeared on her face when Jennie looked at her in confusion with her one perfectly shaped eyebrow raised up

‘’God even her eyebrows are perfect!’’ Chaeyoung gulped and nerves are wrecking her whole being right now

‘’I uhm love you…’’ Chaeyoung mumbled making Jennie’s eyes widened

‘’W-what?!’’ She unexpectedly shouted as dropped in surprise, her eyes looking at her in shock as well as a bit of hope.

‘’Yah wifey!’’ Chaeyoung pouted as Jennie kept laughing at her and heard some whispers around them

‘’I’m so jealous! Going on a cruise with the one you love on Christmas? That’s awesome!’’

Chaeyoung and Jennie looked at each other with an adoring smile and flushed cheeks; They looked at each other like they were the only one in this cruise as whispers of support swirled around them.

‘’Nothing could be more perfect than this vacation’’ Jennie sighed in happiness before offering her hand to Chaeyoung who immediately accepted it

‘’Shall we get your monster stomach something to eat?’’ Jennie smiled teasingly

Chaeyoung rolled her eyes but a smile was playing on her lips ‘’Yes please’’

They walked off together hand in hand towards the cafeteria, unknown to them that a certain someone was looking at them with a proud smile, her hands holding a camera as she looked at the picture

‘’Honestly…’’ She chuckled ‘’They’re so stupidly perfect to each other’’

She saved the picture in a folder that says ’Chaennie’ and softly smiled at their pictures since they came here.

‘’Go to her lil sis…being in love is the best look for you’’

‘’So,’’ Jennie asked as to her relief, they finally arrived at Waiheke Island, the island of the best wines available in New Zealand.

‘’Where are we staying?’’

Mr. Kim grinned and ruffled his daughter’s hair who scowled at him ‘’We’re going to Waiheke Waterfront Lodge’’ He said proudly

‘’The best accommodation there is’’ Mr. Park said and grinned at the 3 girls whose eyes are shining in excitement and surprise ‘’For our daughters’’

‘’H-how can you afford a three days stay there dad?’’ Chaeyoung asked surprised since that is one of the best resort in this island. It must have cost a fortune considering that they are here to stay for three days.

Mrs. Park giggled ‘’We have our ways dear,’’ She said ‘’And besides, it’s not everyday we have another happy family to enjoy it with. We shared our fair of money don’t worry’’

Jennie looked at her parents and chuckled ‘’Of course they would’’ She smiled

‘’We’re the best I know honey’’ Mr. Kim smirked to his daughter while Mr. Park laughed and shook his head in amusement.

It makes Chaeyoung’s heart so full seeing them being one big and happy family that she couldn’t resist the words from .

‘’I’ll make it up to you guys soon’’ Chaeyoung smiled at them ‘’When I finally land my career job, I’ll take you all to any vacations that you want!’’

‘’Even us Chaeyoung dear?’’ Mrs. Kim asked playfully while Jennie wanted to smack herself right now.

‘’Of course Mrs. Kim! These few days, we’ve become a bigger family…and I really enjoy this vacation because of you guys’’ Chaeyoung beamed at her

‘’You got to keep her honey, it's not everyday we're being promised to have a free vacation in a few years’’ Mr. Kim joked to Jennie who glared at him with a blush on her face as both families laugh at their interaction.

‘’Let’s go, our shuttle is here!’’ Mrs. Kim said in excitement seeing the shuttle with the resort’s name at the side, as well as a polite young man waving at them.

Chaeyoung and Jennie glanced at each other with excitement written in their faces and one thought crossed their mind.

‘’This three days are going to be a blast!’’

Jennie’s mouth dropped open as they arrived at their suite ‘’What the…’’

‘’Mom…Dad’’ Chaeyoung said in shocked ‘’How the heck did you guys afford this?!’’

‘’What she said’’ Alice gasped seeing the luxurious suite in front of them as well as the beautiful plants and trees surrounding it, with the clear sight of the waves behind it.

Their parents just chuckled

‘’You girls don’t know how much we earn in a month you know’’ Mr. Kim said in amusement in which Mr. Park nodded in agreement ‘’They really have no idea’’ He chuckled

‘’I’m such a lucky girl’’ Alice sighed dreamily ‘’My sister’s girlfriend’s parents living it good in life…I’m so blessed’’

‘’Alice stop it!’’ Chaeyoung blushed

Mrs. Kim however laughed out loud ‘’I like your sense of humor Alice’’

‘’It’s the least I could do’’ Alice chuckled while sending a cheeky grin ‘’Let’s explore!’’ She exclaimed running towards the suite like a child getting her present.

Chaeyoung shook her head but with a playful grin on her face ‘’Honestly, sometimes I feel like I’m the older one between us’’

Jennie giggled and grabbed her hand, intertwining them which Chaeyoung eagerly accepted. They kind of got used to it for a while now and…they feel empty without the other’s hand so naturally, their hands are magnetized to each other now.

‘’Can’t let her have all the fun right?’’ Jennie smirked and ran towards the suite with their luggage in their other hand. Chaeyoung yelped before laughing in a carefree way as they entered the suite and marveled how beautiful the inside as well.

‘’Yah!’’

Chaeyoung and Jennie turned to Alice who has a smug smile on her face

‘’What’s wrong sis?’’ Chaeyoung raised her eyebrows seeing the mischievous look in her eyes

‘’I got a room all by myself!’’ Alice laughed evilly

Chaeyoung sweat-dropped ‘’…that’s it?’’

Alice continued laughing in an evil way ‘’we have 4 rooms with one queen sized bed, a kitchen, our very own living room, a great viewing deck, and the best part of it all’’ She then winked while rubbing her hands eagerly ‘’our very own bar full of wine’’

Both girls dropped their mouth in shock and excitement ‘’Wow…you checked all that in what?’’ Chaeyoung chuckled ‘’ 10 seconds?’’

‘’Oh I forgot another best part of this all’’ Alice smirked ‘’Looks like you two will be staying in another room together’’

Jennie smiled eagerly ‘’Now that is the best part of it all, right hubby?’’

Chaeyoung blushed and mumbled ‘’I…guess so’’

Jennie frowned and put on her puppy dog face ‘’You guess so?’’

Alice snickered seeing Chaeyoung’s panicked face and decided to again ‘’If you want, Jennie could always sleep with me’’ She said cheekily

Chaeyoung’s eyes flared at that ‘’No. I’m totally fine with my wifey sharing a bed with me’’ She said firmly while squeezing Jennie’s hand.

Jennie burst out of laughter which made Chaeyoung looked at her confusingly

Jennie and Alice subtly looked at each other and snickered

‘’Nothing hubby’’ Jennie grinned and kissed her at the cheek leaving a blush on the younger one’s face

After eating a hearty lunch, both families decided to go to Wild on Waiheke where multiple games can be found there.

‘’Let’s see here…they have clay bird shooting, giant chess, trampoline, volleyball’’ Mrs. Kim muttered with Jennie behind her also scanning the list of activities they have and her eyes brightened up spotting a certain activity that she loves to try out.

‘’Archery…’’ Jennie whispered excitedly

Chaeyoung noticed it and smiled seeing the excited look on her face ‘’You want to try archery with me wifey?’’

Jennie’s hopeful eyes melted her heart ‘’Really?!’’ Jennie said cutely

Chaeyoung let out a breath she was holding for almost 5 seconds at how cute Jennie is looking at her right now ‘’Yes, of course’’ She smiled as she watched Jennie cheer and immediately sign her and Chaeyoung’s name for the Archery.

‘’How about you Alice?’’ Chaeyoung asked ‘’Would you want to take Archery with us?’’

Alice hummed and looked at Jennie with a knowing smile ‘’I think I’ll take Clay bird shooting with the adults. Imagine me holding a shotgun, I’ll be so badass’’

Chaeyoung laughed ‘’A lawyer holding a shotgun…well that’s definitely interesting to see’’ She teased

‘’Oh whatever singer/dancer’’ Alice rolled her eyes playfully ‘’Seriously, with your looks coming from me, you could have become an idol you know, especially in Korea since being an idol seems popular there.’’

Chaeyoung looked at Alice blankly who kept talking on and on

‘’I bet in just 3-4 years, you would probably debut with some girls and take the whole world by storm. You’ll probably be the main vocalist and might as well be a lead dancer because you dance great!’’ Alice rambled excitedly ‘’Imagine me being the gorgeous sister of the main vocalist of a well-known girl group…who know maybe you’ll get in to Coachella and collab with global artists like Dua Lipa and Lady Gaga!’’

Chaeyoung rubbed her forehead in distress and amusement ‘’Alice…you’re taking your imagination way too much.’’ She chuckled while shaking her head

‘’What? It’s possible if you would just try to be an idol’’ Alice pouted

‘’And I want to graduate as a music major, not an idol’’ Chaeyoung stuck out her tongue ‘’Besides, who would accept a gay idol in Korea anyways? That’s like saying good bye to my privacy and love life, and the boss of the company might not be as good as other people sa-‘’ Chaeyoung cut herself seeing Alice laughing to herself

She sighed ‘’You sure got some way of making me go along with your stupid imagination’’ Chaeyoung said playfully

‘’What? It’s awesome to think like that’’ Alice grinned while Chaeyoung just shook her head incredulously

Chaeyoung and Jennie finished getting geared up for their archery session with an instructor teaching them how to properly hold a bow as well as their finger position in holding an arrow

‘’This is…’’ Jennie struggled a bit while holding the bow properly ‘’a bit heavy than I thought.’’

‘’You can do it wifey’’ Chaeyoung smiled at her while properly holding the bow as instructed. ‘’Look at your hubby lifting it like it’s nothing’’ She

Jennie rolled her eyes but a smile was playing on her lips. She looked on her side and frowned seeing the girl instructor rather close to her hubby…too close for her as she was teaching Chaeyoung to align her arrow to her bow while whispering it too close on her ears. She can see Chaeyoung’s face contorting to an uncomfortable one but she knew Chaeyoung is too kind, letting it be.

Jennie glared at the girl instructor who felt it and sent a smirk on her way. She gripped her bow tighter, easily lifting it and readied her arrow with the help of another instructor.

‘’She better keep her hands away from my hubby or I’ll shoot this arrow straight to her heart’’ Jennie growled angrily.

Chaeyoung shot the arrow and smiled when it hit 7 ‘’I did it!’’

The girl instructor laughed and placed a hand on Chaeyoung’s waist ‘’Yeah you did’’ She winked at Chaeyoung who just nodded and smiled politely, her eyes flashing her own discomfort from the flirty instructor.

Jennie felt a tic mark on her forehead and shot the arrow, the image of the girl instructor appearing on her target as her eyes blazed in fury.

‘’Whoa!’’ Chaeyoung shouted in amazement while running to her side to grin at Jennie fondly and in amazement ‘’Wifey that’s amazing! You almost hit the bullseye!’’

Jennie looked at the target and smirked ‘’Yeah’’ She then looked at the fuming instructor ‘’I did almost hit it, want me to teach you myself? Your instructor might not be as good as she thinks’’

‘’She won’t be needing that from a lucky shot’’ The instructor came up to them while putting her arm comfortably at Chaeyoung’s shoulders who looked at the instructor confusingly ‘’Come on Ms. Park, I’ll teach you a technique that will let you hit the bullseye, much better than your…friend is doing’’

The girl instructor smirked seeing Jennie glaring at her so hard, electricity of competition is sparking between them

‘’Oh uhm…’’ Chaeyoung said in an awkward way ‘’I guess so...’’

‘’Let’s go, wouldn’t want to miss the last 30 minutes with someone as gorgeous as you’’ The instructor flirted with Chaeyoung just laughing it off and went back to her position.

‘’I swear if that stupid girl touches my hubby one more time, I’m aiming this arrow at her’’ Jennie growled while gripping her bow tightly and shot the arrow, this time hitting a nine. A whistle was heard and she turned to her side

‘’I’m afraid that will kick you out and waste money as well as time’’ Her own instructor chuckled watching what just happened

Jennie scoffed ‘’That’s fine, I just want her off my hubby’s side.’’ She glanced at them and scowled seeing the girl twirling Chaeyoung’s hair while whispering something to her.

‘’Want me to get her off the back of your hubby?’’ He said cheekily

Jennie looked at her instructor in glee ‘’Please…or I’ll make sure she will be staying in a hospital for a couple of days’’

‘’I have to avoid having an instructor getting hurt, especially since it’s the Christmas season’’ He chuckled before walking towards the flirt

Jennie watched with a gleeful smirk as the girl instructor yelled out ‘’But I’m busy here!’’

‘’And the girl knows how to pretty much shoot an arrow by now, there are other people here who are beginners as well.’’

‘’B-but I want to teach her more!’’

‘’Uhm. It’s okay, you guys should probably focus more on other people. I got this’’ Chaeyoung smiled nervously

‘’No sweetie, I want to be here with you’’ The girl sweetly smiled at her before changing it into a glare to Jennie’s instructor

‘’Okay that’s it!’’ Jennie’s eyes burned before marching up towards them

‘’Hey you stupid ’’ Jennie snarled ‘’Keep your hands off of my hubby and do your ing job or I’ll shoot this arrow between your eye!’’ She snapped angrily

The girl instructor mouth dropped in shock at what Jennie said to her as the male one chuckled ‘’Ms. Kim here can teach Ms. Park quite well now, she’s a prodigy in this despite only starting.’’ Jennie’s instructor said while patting Jennie’s shoulder ‘’Now go or else I’ll tell our boss about this.’’ He said in a serious tone.

Chaeyoung’s instructor turned red in embarrassment and anger before huffing and getting out of their station to do her job

‘’I’ll leave you to it Ms. Kim’’ The male instructor said while giving Chaeyoung an apologetic look ‘’And I’m sorry if the instructor made you uncomfortable Ms. Park. I’ll make sure this will go to the main office.’’

‘’It’s fine’’ Chaeyoung said while feeling herself getting more comfortable now that her flirty instructor is away. She smiled at Jennie softly ‘’I got my wifey to save me from that’’

Jennie blushed and softly said ‘’Of course I’m here…I won’t let anything or anyone do something to you’’

The instructor looked at them with a soft smile ‘’You two are really good together’’

Jennie smiled seeing Chaeyoung just finally letting it be instead of denying it like before ‘’Yeah, I guess we are’’ She answered for them

‘’Well then, I’ll leave you two to it. I have a job to do’’ The male instructor said

‘’I’ll make sure to tell the receptionist about your amazing work in here’’ Jennie smiled at him in thankfulness. Her instructor chuckled and waved it off as he went away.

‘’Are you okay?’’ Jennie asked while cupping her cheek

‘’Yeah…’’ Chaeyoung looked at Jennie’s eyes which calmed her down from the earlier situation ‘’I am now’’

‘’Here, let me teach you my hubby’’ Jennie said while putting down her bow. She held Chaeyoung hand and made sure it’s in a proper position

Chaeyoung shivered feeling Jennie’s warmth near her, and her breathing apparent on her ears. ‘’Oh God…I mean we cuddle and all but…why is my heart beating so fast?’’  Not only that, she seems to like Jennie near her like this than the instructor from earlier! ''Maybe because I know Jennie more than that instructor?''

‘’Make sure you aim properly’’ Chaeyoung’s hand gripped the arrow and bow tighter as she felt Jennie’s whisper so close to her ears

‘’Relax hubby’’ Jennie said in a soothing voice which immediately did its trick. ‘’Breath in and out…and then’’ Jennie and Chaeyoung’s hand released the arrow and hits the perfect ten.

‘’There we go’’ Jennie said proudly ‘’You’re a fast learner hubby, my competition is definitely going to make me sweat’’ She winked

Chaeyoung swallowed feeling hot all under and just smiled ‘’I just have an amazing teacher’’ She winked back.

‘’Well, now that’s out of the way.’’ Jennie grinned, a competition sparking in her eyes ‘’Let’s have a bet?’’

‘’Now you really got my attention’’ Chaeyoung beamed

Jennie went to their target and pulled their arrows ‘’10 shots, the one who has the most points is the winner’’

‘’And the winner gets?’’

Jennie smiled excitedly at her

‘’A piggyback towards our next destination with our family’’

Their families waited around with Alice tapping her foot in impatience ‘’What is taking those two lovebirds so long?’’

‘’I guess they enjoyed archery too much’’ Mr. Kim chuckled

‘’With their beauty, I won’t be surprised if they got an extra thirty minutes’’ Mr. Park said cheekily

‘’Chaeyoung got her beauty from me dad, not you’’ Alice said smugly

‘’You’re totally right dear’’ Mrs. Park said in which both families laughed when Mr. Park sulked

‘’There they are!’’ Mrs. Kim said finally seeing the two girls in view…with Chaeyoung sweating like crazy as Jennie happily hummed at her back

‘’You’re really enjoying this huh’’ Chaeyoung chuckled, she could feel her legs burning from the long walk but seeing and hearing her wifey so happy when she shot that final bullseye, ultimately making her the winner, makes her want to just keep on making her this…happy and beautiful, glowing even.

‘’So this is why you took so long’’ Alice teased Chaeyoung who groaned ‘’What happened anyway?’’

Jennie climbed out of Chaeyoung’s back and wiped her sweats with her sleeves ‘’Long story short, my hubby lost the bet and she has to piggyback me here’’

‘’It’s not my fault that you’re a prodigy in archery’’ Chaeyoung pouted

‘’More like a prodigy to almost all games’’ Mr. Kim chuckled ‘’We once played rock-paper-scissors and she won it…all. Still haven’t got a lost up to this day. Look’’

Jennie and her dad played it as Jennie cheered and her dad chuckled even more, their hands revealing Jennie as paper and her dad showing a rock. ‘’Told you. She really has that extreme good luck’’

‘’That’s unfair’’ Chaeyoung pouted ''I didn't know my wifey is the queen of games!''

‘’Wipe that pout off of your face or I’ll kiss it’’ Jennie teased

Chaeyoung blushed furiously and shut completely. Alice laughed obnoxiously ‘’Well, that’s one way to shut my sister off without food.’’

Chaeyoung just groaned and hid in her mom’s neck who just patted her head while giggling ‘’What are we doing next anyways?’

‘’Since the sun is about to set, we figured to end our day up high in the skies’’ Mrs. Park answered her sulking daughter.

They walked around for a bit and stopped in front of 3 helicopters ‘’This cost quite a bit but it will be worth it. I promise’’ Mrs. Kim grinned at them

‘’Are you serious?’’ Chaeyoung asked excitedly ‘’This is going to be so fun!’’

Jennie gripped Chaeyoung’s arm as her slight fear for heights appeared ‘’I hope it’s safe though’’ She said nervously

‘’I’m sorry ma’am but only 2 people are allowed per helicopter, I believe one has to stay here’’ The pilot said in an apologetic tone.

‘’I’ll stay’’

They turned to Alice who was grinning ‘’Are you sure Alice?’’ Mrs. Park asked worried ‘’We could always get another one for you…’’

Alice giggled ‘’Stop wasting too much money mom, we might get bankrupt’’ She joked making her mom laugh a bit ‘’Besides, it’ll be boring if I’m alone…I want someone else to enjoy the scenery’’ She shot a knowing look at Jennie and Chaeyoung’s position and smiled ‘’It’s more fun and memorable if it’s with someone you love’’

Mrs. Kim noticed it and smiled ‘’I agree with her’’

‘’Just make up with me someday mom, dad’’ Alice smiled before turning to Chaeyoung with a grateful smile on her face ‘’And you better enjoy the ride with Jennie or I’ll regret giving this chance to you rather than me hanging out with her’’

Chaeyoung rolled her eyes playfully ‘’I’ll definitely enjoy it if I’m riding it with my wifey’’

‘’Let’s go?’’ Jennie said looking at her in excitement and admiration

‘’Let’s’’ Chaeyoung smiled before running towards the helicopter with Jennie yelping and laughing out loud.

Jennie glanced back at Alice who was smiling at them with a phone in her hand as she mouthed the words ‘thank you’. Alice answered with a wink and wave.

They put on safety gears and champagne was offered to them in which they glanced at their parents for approval.

The helicopter started lifting off with Jennie sitting very close to Chaeyoung. They had headphones on as they started to take off, and they can't help but be excited to see around the beautiful landscape that New Zealand can offer.

‘’Are you nervous?’’ Chaeyoung whispered in which Jennie answered with a nod. Chaeyoung wrapped her arms around Jennie, encasing her with her warmth and said in a soothing voice

They successfully lifted off and started going around Auckland, the lights of the city beginning to wink into the view as the long shadow and rich colors that the city has to offer unraveled in front of their very eyes, showing just how much beautiful their birthland is. The setting sun perfectly completing the view as the two girls watched in awe with the cool wind swaying around them

‘’It’s so…perfect, so beautiful’’ Jennie whispered as she looked around, feeling the thrill being so high up in the air, and the warmth of her hubby protecting her from the cool wind

‘’Champagne my wifey?’’ Chaeyoung offered with a cheeky grin

‘’Don’t mind if I do’’ Jennie smiled and together, their glasses filled with rich champagne clicked and they both drank and emptied its content in a few seconds.

‘’I couldn’t agree more’’ Jennie smiled softly looking out seeing the Harbour Bridge over Auckland, the scene is just absolutely breathtaking. No words could describe how amazing she feels at the moment and continued looking out outside with a joyful grin on her face while she was encased with Chaeyoung's warmth.

Unknown to her that a certain someone was looking at her like she’s the burning light the scene has to offer. An angel came from above and now seeking at the marvelous city filled with twinkling lights, and the best part of it all for Chaeyoung? How the sunset highlighted Jennie’s overall beauty, making her lungs stop functioning for a moment to admire this amazing piece of art that God has bestowed upon her.

‘’Jennie…’’ Chaeyoung whispered quietly and Jennie just hummed questioningly ‘’You’re absolutely breathtaking…’’

Jennie finally changed her view to the girl beside her, looking at her with so much love and awe. She slowly stretch her lips to a gummy smile and a slight blush covering her mandu cheeks.

The moment was so perfect right now, the slight breeze making Jennie shiver, leaning in to Chaeyoung’s warmth even more.

Jennie put her forehead to Chaeyoung’s, slowly closing her eyes and just savoring this very moment, the setting sunlight hitting their skin all around them, a slight warmth felt from that light with the pilots busy and minding their own business. This very moment of Chaeyoung breathing slowly and hitting her lips, their noses touching and lips centimeters apart, Jennie has to take advantage to this perfect moment.

‘’Chaeyoung…my hubby’’ Jennie mumbled and slowly opened her eyes to meet Chaeyoung’s, she was blown away from the intense emotions she saw through her eyes.

Jennie swallowed and cup Chaeyoung’s cheek slowly, the latter leaning to it eagerly, loving the touch.

‘’I…’’ Jennie whispered and both of their eyes are slowly closing now, as well as their lips, now only millimeters apart

One more second should finally seal the deal, but the pilot suddenly speaking broke their moment

‘’One last round trip and we’re going back to the resort now ma’am’’

They pulled away quickly, blushes covering their cheeks and their mind processing what just about to happen.

With that said, they remained in perfect silence; enjoying each other’s presence and the gorgeous view that Auckland has to offer. Needless to say, the perfect ending of Christmas Eve for both hubby and wifey.
