Tiffany's POV

English time. My favorite hihi, oh it's not because Jessi likes english too that I like this subject.. okay maybe it's one of the reasons but since I came from states this is the easiest for me and Jessi.

 

We are currently reading a novel about a son and his father. It's a beautiful story and now our teacher wants us to make an essay about our relationship with our father.

 

"urgh I hate essays." I heard Sooyoung whined.

 

Me and Sunny looked at each other and giggled at her. Tae-tae chuckled as well while she pat her back trying to comfort the giant. Taeyeon smiled at me while mouthing 'I got it.'

 

I chortled and turned to the front and grabbed my paper to start wrting. I saw Jessi who seems to be spacing out. She just stared at her paper, before reaching out for her hair as if she was hesitant over something.

 

Is Jessi alright? I couldn't help but get worried. But as soon as she started writing, I found myself biting onto my pen and started to think on how should I start my essay as well.

 

Maybe she was just thinking about what she'll write. Yes. Okay now Tiffany focus on yours.

 

I took a deep breath, cleansing my mind before starting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The following day, the Teacher congratulated us for our well-done essays.

 

"There are students who wrote their essays very well. Especially Ms. Jung's." I turn to look at Jessi, feeling proud at her but she seems unhappy.

 

Sure Jessi's all poker face and all but as I see it now, this was different. The look on her face made me uneasy.

 

"I shall read her essay for you all." Jessi looked up and I saw the grip on her paper. That's new, in times like this she just smile slightly and listen to her work.

 

Looking at her now. I feel like Jessi didn't like the idea.

 

As soon as the teacher read her essay, I couldn't take my eyes off of her. Examining her every move. Each seconds that passes, I grew worried. She didn't look quite well.

 

I found myself looking at the teacher as he caught my attention, as he told the saddest story I ever heard. Jessi was not close to her father. Jessi never felt the presence of her father.

 

Is that why you are distant to everyone Jessi? By the way you write, I know you think of yourself as someone who isn't needed. But you're wrong.

 

I wish I could do something for you, or maybe I wish that you could feel how much I love you Jessi. Someone loves you. It's not just me but I know, your family does too.

 

There's something inside of me that wants to go there, sit right next to her and give her a tight hug. I just hope you won't shut your heart to the people who wants to love you.

 

"Jessi.." I mumbled beneath my breath, while everyone was clapping their hands for you and the teacher praised you.

 

You were looking down before blinking your eyes anywhere as possible. I'm assuming all the pain came back Jessi. 

 

Despite the usual face you put on right now, I can see it differently. Jessi.. you look sad.

Free time.

Tiffany and Sunny went out to grab some food. On the way to their cafeteria Tiffany spoke.

 

"Jessi seemed to be quiet this whole day."

 

"She's always quiet fany." Sunny looked at her with disbelief. What was the difference of yesterday and today's Jessica?

 

Tiffany gave her a look and she raised her hand in defeat. She knows Tiffany's gonna be on the latter's side and it was useless to argue with her.

 

"Whaaat? She seems the same to me." Tiffany sighed. It was hopeless talking to anyone about Jessica. She should know about that in the first place.

 

Sunny shrugged to herself.

 

"Why does it feels like im at fault?" she mumbled. She blinked her eyes as she tilted her head confused. So far she knows she's innocent at the moment.

 

"Oh hey guys!" Taeyeon greeted as she came up to them. Sunny greeted back while Tiffany just smiled at her. She was busy thinking what should she do for Jessica.

 

Seeing that Tiffany was preoccupied, she thought maybe something was wrong. She glance at Sunny, only to received a shrugged from the girl.

 

"Pany-ah, you want me to buy the food for you?" she asked as she saw the line in the cafeteria is getting longer. Tiffany woke up from her thoughts and nodded her head thanking her.

 

"Hey what about me?" Sunny huffed.

 

"I'll do it bunny!" Out of nowhere, Sooyoung came with hot buns on her hands. She grinned even if was still full of her snack. Sunny rolled her eyes before giving in. She feels lazy lining up to buy right now. She might as well use Sooyoung since she insisted.

 

Taeyeon chuckled before grabbing Sooyoung's shirt. "Come on lets go." 

 

Tiffany and Sunny went and took a table for them. Gazing either side to side, Tiffany found herself looking for the latter. Isn't Jessi gonna take her snack? she thought before sighing realizing it was hopeless to find the girl.

 

Sunny kept quiet and just examined the actions of the person next to her. The girl was restless she was sure of that. Sunny couldn't help but thought how Tiffany really loves the girl. A person wouldn't go oh so worried if she doesn't. This tho
