          Day 1 - A mop of black hair bounced in your face, the widest, most cheesy grin stretched from ear to ear. A hand posed with two slightly crooked fingers spread apart in a V shape next to one very dark chocolate eye. Blinking away your surprise, you just stared blankly at the man in front of you.

          Day 3 - That same mop of black silky hair was sitting beside you, passing you a series of notes on scraps of torn paper, you didn’t write back. In the middle of class was not the time to be playing around. Sparing them a half second glance your eyes saw silly drawings of stick figures and motivational words. None of it made an actual coherent sentence.

          Day 9 - Walking into the empty classroom, you took a seat at the spot you had claimed to be yours from day one. A stuffed puppy however occupied the table top. Staring at the white puppy, you raised an eyebrow before setting it in your classmates chair. It was probably for him anyway.

          Day 12 - Kim Seokjin got to class early and placed a croissant and bottle of green tea at your desk. Writing a note that said, Eat me, and another that said Drink me. Along with a third note. He watched as you strolled into the classroom making eye contact with no one. Forever wearing the same blank stare. No one could tell what you were thinking. Setting your bag down and taking a seat, the flash of confusion crossed your brow. One of the very few expressions Seokjin saw from you. Picking up the notes, you could feel him trying not to look. You read, Eat me, Drink me, and Yes, these are for Go Eun Hee, not the person next to you or the birds. The tips of your lips quirked up into the tiniest of smiles. Grabbing the green tea, you unscrewed the top and took a small sip. “Thank you.” The words came out quiet but directed at the classmate who was very obviously staring at you in awe. “Have I entered an alternate universe or did you really just crack a smile for me?” Turning towards him you smirked, “Pretty sure that was for the food.” He laughed, long and hard, nodding his head in acceptance. “Kim Seokjin.” He held out his hand hoping this time a friendship would be borne.
