So-eun had returned late that night, she had visited her apartment again just before coming back to Yunho's apartment after work. Lucy was asleep in her bed since she would have to go to school the next day. Yunho was awake in the living room wrapping presents for Christmas. So-eun smiled seeing his god aweful wrapping skills. She took a seat next to him as she looked at the gifts.

"Awe! So cute." She stated as she admired the dolls. She even picked up the little girl doll and ran her hand over her hair.

"She will love them." She exclaimed. Yunho smiled.

"Yeah?" She nodded.

"Yes she will adore them. I am guessing this is Lucy and this is you, Appa?" So-eun called out cutely toward the doll. Yunho chuckled, seeing a cute side of So-eun as she played with the dolls for a moment. He then looked at the bags at her feet. She had been to her apartment.

"Did you pick up a few more things?" He asked. She looked at him confused then looked at her bags.

"Yes I stopped by to pick up a few more things. I even picked up my mail and bills." She explained. Yunho could tell in her voice something was wrong.

"Did something happen?" he asked. She sighed, looking at the dolls in her hands then looked up at Yunho.

"I got a letter in the mail from my ex. I didnt read it. I just tore it up and threw it away but.... I dont think it will be the last." She shared. Yunho nodded, understanding that she was feeling stressed about it.

"What do you plan to do?" He asked. She looked back down at the dolls again, feeling sorry for even talking about it.

"I think I will move else where. I am not sure where but I just dont want him finding me again. I still will keep my job and continue to work there since he never really visited ever but there is no telling if he wouldnt stop by or follow me home." She explained. Yunho could feel his heart ache at her words. He didnt want her to go but she had her own life to live. He grabbed her hand, patting it with his other as he prepared to say something.

"So-eun, I know you might feel like your burdening Lucy and I for being here but we enjoy having you here and if you need to stay longer, we would be happy to have you stay longer. And with Christmas just around the corner, I am sure Lucy would be upset if you didnt stay." He expressed. So-eun could feel her heart beat speed up with ever word he spoke. She was just happy he would ask, but it didnt help her but feel like she was still putting a burden on them.

"Are you sure? I mean, you were working a double today and I know its cause I have caused a burden on you, atleast finacially." She exclaimed. Yunho shook his head at her.

"No! No! Thats not why I was working a double today." He stated.

"It's not?" She asked. Yunho smiled at her and looked at the dolls in her hands.

"I was saving up to buy a house. A doll house to be exact for Lucy's Christmas present. But it was way to expensive, but still I was working to save up for it. Unfortunantly I wouldnt have made the money for it in time so Donghae and the guys took it upon themselves to get it for her." He shared.

"That is really nice of them!" So-eun expressed. He nodded.

"Yes they actually do it every year. They find out what I am trying to buy for Lucy that I cant afford and then they go out and buy it and say its from me." Yunho told So-eun what his friends would do every year for christmas. She smiled at Yunho, putting the dolls down and placing both her hands in his.

"You have wonderful friends who care for you and Lucy so much. Your both lucky to have such amazing people in your lives." She shared. Yunho looked So-eun in the eyes. It was then it seemed all of time had stopped. The two of them looked at one another, hearts were beating loudly and uncontrolably. Yunho raised his arm up and with his hand he brushed her hair from her face. A small light gasped escaped her. She didnt know what to do. She wanted to kiss him but she didnt want to intrud into his life and she didnt want to be hurt again. He could tell she was thinking mentaly to herself. So he broke their silence.

"So-eun!" He called her. She was trembling as his hand was on her cheek. He could feel her face was heating up.

"Would it be too soon to kiss you?" He asked. So-eun so wanted to kiss him but she was fearing the worst.

"Yunho I-..... I dont want to be hurt again!" She expressed breathlessly.

"If you dont let the people who hurt you break your heart, then how do you expect for someone to come and pick up the pieces?" He expressed. With those words she knew he was right cause without the pain of heartbreak there was no place for love. A tear fell from her eyes as she slowly closed them. Yunho then leaned in toward her. Both of them both wanting and nerveous at the same time. Their lips met, with the two of them feeling their hearts burst. Yunho held So-eun closed to him as he kissed her sweetly and gently. It was everything So-eun dreamed it would be like. She couldnt get enough of his lips. His kiss was irresistible and addicting. They finally pulled away from each other, resting their foreheads on one another as they breathlessly took in what had happened. They had both been holding back on their feelings for one another and in one kiss, they were able to tell each other how they felt. Yunho finally opened his eyes to see So-eun was still catching her breath. He sighed, happy that he could finally share his feeling to her.

"If it was too soon then I am....."

"No! It was perfect. Thank you!" So-eun had stopped his words. She didnt know why she had waited so long but she was happy to have finally let him make his move. She looked up at him, seeing that he was starring back at her. She pulled away from him, sitting up and looking at the dolls infront of her. She then realized that Lucy hadnt even come out of her room once.

"Lucy?" She asked.

"Asleep! Infact we should be too or she will wake us both up in the morning." He stated. She nodded. She stood up from the couch, grabbing her bags and heading to Yunho's room where she had been staying while he slept on the couch. She turned to face Yunho one more time.

"Goodnight Yunho!" She stated. Yunho smiled at her.

"Goodnight So-eun!" He replied. She smiled and headed back to his room with her cheeks flushed red. Her heart was bursting with butterflies after that kiss that she was afraid she wouldnt be able to sleep but she decided she would try anyways.
