Start of something new
Claudette's POV
"Oh my gosh! That was hella close! Sometimes I'm thankful that those boys are hella playful."
Claudette sighed as she closed the door behind her and locked it. She was shaking not because of embarassment but, because of the
fact that she and Sungmin nearly kissed. That wasn't called for, she just asked him to give her time to sort things out and there she was
about 5 minutes ago ready to kiss him.
"Pabo Claudette! Jjinjja!!" she face palmed herself. She felt relieved and somehow worried because as he heard the door of his
neighbor close and Sungmin say "HYUNG". She slowly made her way towards her kitchen as she felt the need to drink some warm
milk before heading to bed. She took of her coat and muffler. She was taking of her gloves and she remembered how Sungmin gave it
to her. She smiled and gently laid the gloves on the counter top. She went to her fridge and got a carton of milk and poured it in a glass.
She then put it in the microwave to heat it up and waited for a couple of minutes. She then took the milk, drank it, rinsed the cup and
then, headed to the bathroom to freshen up. Her mind was still on the events that happened just a while ago, after washing her face
and looking at herself in the mirror, she finally decided to go to bed.
"Here I am, lying on my bed and sleep isnt coming. AISH! I have rehersals tomorrow! Aish Claudette! What kind of complicated situation
have you put yourself into?!" She clutched the necklace that had her engagement ring on. "I dont see you in my dream anymore,
Topher. Is that a sign I need to move on? Are you letting me go? Because if you really are doing that, then can you also please tell my
heart to do the same thing. I want to give Sungmin a complete me and not just pieces."
She turned to her side still clutching the ring. She looked outside where the moon was shinign brightly through her window. It was cold
that she is definitely sure of but, she doesn't know if its just outside or inside of her as well. She decided to send Taeyang a message
on how it all went with Sungmin and placed the phone on her bedside table. She slowly felt her eyelids dropping and soon she fell
asleep.

"BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!"
Claudette groaned, she hit her alarm clock and then checked the time.
"5:45 am." She slowly removed her blanket and moved to the bathroom. She was going to have her rehersals today for her musical. It
seemed that there was something different today. She couldn't quite define what it was but she felt happy, She finished showering and
started preparing the things she needed for her day. She checked her phone and found 3 messages. 2 were from Youngbae

"Great! I wonder what will happen next but, I am always right beside you. I think this will be something new and right for you.

"Yeobo! Just give yourself time and don't force yourself, okay? Good night."
"Thanks, yeobo. I knew I could always count on you." She smiled as she sent her message to her best friend. She then checked who
the last message was from. She smiled seeing it came from Sungmin.

05:50 am
"Annyeong, Claudette-ssi, Are you awake? I cooked breakfast. Um, can you send me a message before you go so we can have some
quick breakfast?"
"Aw, so sweet." She smiled and sent a quick yes to him. She got her bag and was getting some water in he kitchen when her doorbell
rang. She opened it and saw Sungmin at her door holding a tray.
"Annyeong oppa."
"Annyeong."
They stood there awkwardly when, suddenly out of no where Kyuhyun came out and said, "Stop staring at each other or else the food
will get cold." This got them out of their trance and they looked at him. He smirked and went inside the dorm.
"Where'd he come from?" Claudette looked.
Sungmin just shrugged and they laughed. Claudette led him inside and he placed the tray on the counter. She sat on the seat near the
counter and Sungmin just watched nervously as he saw her take a bite from the sausage he made. He learned from Taeyang that her
favorite thing to eat was sausage with eggs and rice for breakfast. Another important thing he shouldn't forget was that Claudette should
always have rice or else.
"Well?" he nervously asked.
"Hmm.." she began. He suddenly fidgeted with his hands and then, looked up. "Oppa," Sungmin became so nervous and Claudette
saw it, and she was trying hard to keep a straight face. But, she couldn't help it anymore, she laughed out loud and Sungmin looked at
her nervous and shocked.
"Is it that bad?" he said.
"Anni." she said shaking her head. She stood up and held his hands. "Stop being so nervous. It tastes great. Komawo oppa for giving
me such a wonderful breakfast." She smiled and went back to eating. "I would love to share this with you but, it is that good that I would
be selfish right now." Sungmin chuckled and breathed out. He felt so happy that she had appreciated the efforts he made. He mentally
noted to give thanks to Donghae and Ryeowook. He walked to sit next to her and noticed her bag.
"Were you living?" he asked.
"Ne." She said as she ate the last piece of sausage and gulped down her apple juice. "Komawo. You got all my favorites. I think I will
have a good day because of this."
"I'm glad to hear that. Um, Claudette. Would it be too much if I ask to take you to your rehearsal?" he asked.
"Oh, not really. But, isn't it too much?"
"Anni." He took the tray. Claudette was about to complain but, she was silenced when Sungmin smiled and said, "Thank you for liking it. I would be back in a sec, okay?" and then, dashed out of her house. She smiled to herself and continued preparing herself. She took her bonnet and then, the gloves that Sungmin gave her last night. She took her bag and when she opened her door there was Sungmin waiting for her.
"You don't have schedules today?" she asked.
"Nope. I'm free today." He took her bag and headed to the elevator and she followed him silently. They went to the basement and Sungmin opened the door for her and then, took his place at the driver's seat. They drove silently away and to the rehearsal hall.
"Would you like to stay and watch?" she offered as soon as they had parked.
"Can I?" looking excited.
She nodded and they both went out of the car and headed to the door of the rehearsal.
