[Sungyeol's POV]

Myungsoo invited me over for a sleepover at his house, to....investigate.

"Ya, Myung."

"Hmm?"

"Found out anything yet?"

"Neh hyung, of course i did! This PI works for my dad." he smirked.

"Then tell me!"

He laughed, then passed me some papers.

The paper stated that Mr Nam Woohyun and Ms Lee Jaerin are most probably not dating, since they don't really even hang out, only when they are near us. The both of them have also been spotted going to The Yoon's company(~~~'s parents' company) a day after ~~~ got admitted to the hospital.

"Wait..why would they go to Mr Yoon's company?"

"Hyung, that's what we're going to find out."

We left his house and went towards our destination.

*Knock knock*

The door opened.

It slammed back but Myung held it before it slammed closed.

"Why? You have something hiding from us?" he said, making his way in.

[Your POV]

I felt confused. First Haneul was angry with Jaerin. Then comes infinite whom i couldn't even remember. Following was their death glares at Jaerin, stopping at the library upon seeing that guy. And Hoya's reaction, why was he staring at that guy?

Who is he?
Why does seeing him make....my heart hurt?
It felt as though a million arrows shot through it.

I didn't sleep yesterday. So i was dead tired. I walked downstairs and found out that my parents had already left for work.

I sighed, drank a glass of warm milk before going back to bed.

Within minutes, i fell asleep.

[Hoya's POV]

I went into ~~~'s house. The maids led me in and i walked towards ~~~'s room. I knocked the door and opened it when no one answered.

~~~ was sleeping in front of me. Such a beauty.

I walked towards the bed and shook her lightly. "~~~ah, illeona..."

She opened her eyes slowly, "Mmm? Hoya oppa wae?"

"Let's go out."

"Hmmm?"

"Staying in the house won't make you feel any better, right?"

She thought for awhile before nodding.

"I'll wait outside." i said, closing the door behind me.

She came out seconds later wearing a casual shirt tucked into her mini-skirt. Simple but cute.

"Oppa, gaja!" she dragged me out.

I giggled and followed along.

"Oppa.." she said when we got on the bus.

"Wae?"

"Why do i feel so confortable around you?"

I looked at her, confused.

"As in, you feel like a brother to me. But something closer."

"Oh." honestly, i was a little disappointed.

Then silence fell and so did awkwardness.

I broke the silence. "~~~ah, how are you feeling now?"

".....i'm better already. Oppa, neomu komawoyeo." she smiled for the first time today.

"You need to smile more, you look more pretty when you smile."

She smiled, "Oppa! You too!"

I smiled. I really love her smiles, they always brighten up my day.

"Let's go have fun today!" i said, dragging her off the bus.

"Oppa, wait! Where are we going?"

"You'll know when you get there."

We chatted and laughed heartedly our whole way there. I did a good job distracting her from whatever she doesn't want to tell us. I turned towards her, seeing her finally relaxing facing the calm waters.

"Thanks for bringing me here oppa."

"Welcome."

A tear fell down her cheeks. I felt something pierced through my heart.

I wiped it off her cheeks.

"Touched?" i teased.

"Mmm. Thanks oppa, how did you know i like coming to the beach?" she sniffed a little.

"Many things you've forgotten huh. We've been to one when we were at Sunggyu hyung's parents' resort."

"Y...yeah."

"The calm water is soothing right?"

"Mmm."

"~~~ah, do you want to remember what happened?"

She didn't say anything. She closed her eyes and took a deep breathe.

"Oppa, i want to leave."

"Leave?" i was shocked.

"Yes, leave."
