*A Year Later… *

Baekhyun’s POV

I open my eyes when the alarm is buzzing. I was alone on the bed. Where’s jiyeon? Maybe she’s gone somewhere. I need to bath right now, I will bring jiyeon out today. Today is our third valentines and I’m gonna celebrate it with jiyeon happily. I stretch my body and quickly get off the bed.

After I came out from the bathroom, I heard something in the living room. Is it jiyeon? I put on my clothes and went to the living room, as expected, jiyeon is sitting on the couch while watching a show. She laughs happily. I smile, glad to see jiyeon is laughing and smiling happily. I sit next to her and pinch her cheek makes she murmured.

“Ouch baek that’s hurt!”

“If not you won’t notice me here. Let’s go. I want to bring you somewhere.”

“We’ll go out? Yaayy!!!”

“Yes. First of all we’ll go to the café. I feel like drinking cookies and cream juice.”

“That’s great because I feel like drinking vanilla milk tea. Let’s go baek!”

Jiyeon pulls my hand with her and runs outside happily. She looks lively and bright, not weak and pale like a year ago. This is jiyeon that I want… jiyeon that will always smile happily and be by my side. I dream of being with you like this forever. We decide to walk to the café since the weather today is so nice. As we arrived, we choose table number four, the table where jiyeon used to spend her day at. I look around the café and saw all the staffs are new one.

Sehun, Luhan and kai decided to quit a few months ago because we are preparing for our study. Yes, we will further our study in music arts in a few weeks. So we will move to a house near the Seoul University. Kris hyung had bought the house for us to ease our study. But now. I don’t wanna think about that because I want to spend the whole day with jiyeon today, and make this valentine become the best valentine for jiyeon.

“Baek… remember the time you confess to me two years ago, on Valentine’s Day, in this café at that night. I feel so nervous that night because you’re just so sweet.”

“Really? But I think otherwise, I thought you don’t like me because you look uneasy.”

“Then you’re wrong… hahaha”

“You’re so pretty even when you’re laughing.”

“I know… don’t need to tell me that. Hehe”

“So arrogant park jiyeon.”

Jiyeon only laugh happily when I said she’s arrogant. But she really adorably pretty when she’s laughing like that. I can’t stop adoring her, what can I do… I’m so lucky to have jiyeon as a part of my life. Having her as a part of my life is the best thing ever happened in my life. I will never forget her, forever. I put my arm on her shoulders, when suddenly I saw Luhan is coming towards us.

“Luhan? You’re also here today?”

“I accompany sehun since his father asked him to check on the café for a while. And what are you doing here?”

“Can’t you see? I’m having valentines date with jiyeon.”

“But baek…”

“Nothing can get in the way between me and jiyeon today. We’ll spend the whole day together. See you later.”

I saw jiyeon nods when I said we’ll spend the whole day together. I can see she sticks out her tongue at Luhan. So cute! As we get up, jiyeon waved at Luhan before we go out from the café. I know Luhan is trying to ruin our date. Suddenly, jiyeon talks.

“Baek… I wanna go home.”

“Eh why? We still have a lot more place to go.”

“But spending time with you at home is the best. I want to hear you sing for me.”

“Are you sure you wanna go home?”

“Yes… let’s go baek let’s go.”

“Okay okay. Let’s go home my baby. You’re making me melted don’t act cute like that again.”

Jiyeon smiles. She links her arms with mine and we walk home together happily. It only takes fifteen minutes and right when we arrived, jiyeon runs into the house and leave me outside. I get in alone and I saw jiyeon is already sitting at the keyboard, waiting for me. She really loves to hear me sing. And I love to sing at her either.

“I want you to sing ‘we we’re in love’…”

“But the song is too sad. What about other song?”

“No. I only want that son
