Baekhyun

“Are we going to be sleeping in the living room on the couch?” Sulli asked me as she grabbed her backpack walking over to her dresser.

I stood against the door frame of the room watching her. “Unless you want to sleep in a one person bed with me with Chanyeol below us.”

Sulli looked up from digging in the drawer and turned to me. “Minhyuk’s going to be there and I’d rather not be in the same room as them having .”

I couldn’t help but laugh. I wonder how they even do it on that small bed anyway. “Couches it is then!”

As Sulli continued to pack, I walked around her room looking at little things. I was in the middle of looking at a photo of Sulli and Minhyuk from not too long ago when we heard the front door slam. We both looked at each other with a confused expression. Minhyuk wasn’t coming back as he already had his things at the dorm.

Who in the hell just walked in the apartment then?

 

Sulli

Baekhyun and I shared a look of confusion when the door slammed. Minhyuk has specifically told me just to grab one thing for him because he already had all of his things, so who slammed my front door?

Baekhyun and I carefully and quietly walked out of the bedroom. I stayed behind him seeing as he wouldn’t let me in front. As we turned the corner, we stuck our heads out to look in the living room and kitchen. To my surprise, Nara was sitting on my couch shaking.

Determining that it was only her, Baekhyun and I stopped being silent and sat on the couch with her. I cradled her in my arms as she continued to shake. “What’s wrong?”

Nara looked up to me as her eyes were beginning to water. “T-thunder!” she shuddered.

As if on cue, thunder rumbled and a flash of lightning struck. How did I not notice the storm start as I was packing?

Nara jumped closer to me still violently shaking. I her hair to calm her. “Can I stay here tonight? I don’t want to be alone,” she asked in a shaky voice.

I looked to Baekhyun who nodded his head. “I’m going to the EXO dorms. Why don’t you come with us?”

Nara looked up at Baekhyun who nodded his head in approval again. “You’re sleeping there?”

“Yep! We’ll be on the couches,” I said with a smile.

Nara sat up and nodded. She then stood up and I did the same. “Hey Baek, I’m going to go help Nara pack what she needs. Can you finish mine?”

He stood up and walked towards the bedroom after a nod. Before I left to Nara’s apartment, he called out. “Wait! What else do you need?”

Slipping on my shoes, I responded. “Just bed clothes.”

He laughed, walked in the room, grabbed my bag, and walked out again. He then preceded turning off all the lights.

“I just said I needed bed clothes. Why didn’t you grab them?”

He then walked over to Nara and I and slipped his shoes on too. “Screw that! Just wear something from my closet.”

I smiled and linked hands with him after he placed his shoes on his feet; we then walked to Nara’s apartment. Once there, I let go of Baek’s hand. “Go ahead down to your car. We have it from here.”

He placed a kiss on my cheek and did as told. As Nara opened the door, another flash of lightning struck causing her to jump. I placed a hand on her back as we walked in.

Her apartment was still the same. Crapy.

“What do you need for tonight?” I asked her as she sat on the bed hugging her knees. “Just some clothes, my toothbrush, and my bag of makeup. Other than that, I’m good.”

“Okay!” I said as I started grabbing what she said to throwing them into a bag. Once I finished, I helped her off of the bed and out the door.

When we got to the car, it was pouring. Baekhyun had parked right next to the entrance making it easier for us.

In the car, we had remained silent listening to the radio. Once at the dorm, I helped Baek carry the bags and led Nara in with us. She had calmed down, but she would still jump at the storm.

“Sulli!” Tao screamed as he saw me walk through the door. He then scooped me into a hug rocking me back and forth. I hugged him back tightly. “Hello Tao!” I said when he let me go.

He then walked over and hugged Nara who gladly accepted the hug. “Hi Nara!” he cheerfully said once he released.

“Hi Tao,” she said with a smile.

“I heard someone say Sulli,” Chen said walking into the living room where we were just migrated into by Tao.

I smiled at Chen as he walked in; Nara just sat on the couch not saying a word. “Hey Jongdae,” I said as I sat my bag on the floor.

Chen walked over and embraced me in a small hug. “Hey,” he said as he released. He then went over to Nara who was stiff as a board. He sat down next to her and looked at her head to toe. She still didn’t move. “Is she alright?” he asked looking to me.

I shook my head. He nodded and looked back to Nara. Blinking and breathing were the only things she was doing right now.

Chen embraced Nara gathering her into his arms. “I don’t know what’s wrong,” he said lightly petting her hair. “But hopefully you’ll feel better.”

I smiled. Chen’s really caring. Get married already.

A crash of thunder sounded throughout the house causing Nara to jump in Chen’s arms. He hugged her tighter as she began to hug him back in fear. “So is this what’s wrong?” he asked.

“She has a fear of thunder and lightning,” I said sitting on the arm of the couch.

Baekhyun went to the kitchen to get a drink probably. “Ah,” he said rocking her. He let go of her and scooted towards the arm of the couch to lean on; the one opposite of me. Nara looked to him confused until he held his arms open.

I saw a slight smile form on her face as she scooted over back into his arms. He now could lean on the couch for support while Nara lied on his chest. Too. ing. Cute.

I occupied myself with my phone for the next few moments until Baekhyun came back. He handed me a water bottle and guided me over to the smaller couch.  I took a sip of my water and placed the cap on as another crack of thunder sounded. With a big flash of lightning, the lights flickered and went off.

Even though it was now dark, I saw Nara hug Chen tighter. While Nara was scared, everyone else in the housed groaned.

“I wasn’t finished watching that you god damn lightning!” Luhan yelled from upstairs.

I couldn’t help but laugh.

“Stop yelling hyung!” Chanyeol yelled from the other room. “I was in the middle of watching Hotel King!”

“You’re only watching that because of the guy who’s going to be your roommate when you leave the dorm you !” Luhan yelled back.

I couldn’t stop laughing.

“Shut up!” Kris yelled from another room.

“Go away!” Luhan yelled back.

I heard a few stomps signaling an angry Kris. Luhan also screamed at that time. Within the next moment, Luhan was kicking Kris as he was being carried down the steps over Kris’s shoulder.

“Put me down!” Luhan yelled slamming his fist into Kris’s chest. Kris did as commanded. He dropped Luhan to the floor. “Ouch!” Luhan yelled grabbing his behind. “That hurt!”

Kris stood over Luhan triumphant crossing his arms. “You said to put you down so I did.”

I looked up to the steps and noticed that nine pairs of eyes were looking down to see the commotion. I laughed again as all of the boys went into the living room with us.

“You alright Lulu?” Sehun asked his boyfriend picking him up off of the ground.

“Sehunnie!” Luhan yelled throwing his arms around Sehun’s neck. “Save me from that monster!” Just like a little kid, Luhan jumped up wrapping his legs around Sehun’s waist.

“Ooof!” Sehun said as Luhan clung to him. Once he caught his boyfriend, he looked at him. “You’re damn lucky you’re light enough that I can pick you up.”

“Hehe,” Luhan said pecking Sehun’s lips.

Almost everyone gagged in disgust and settled down on the floor. “So Chen,” Kai said looking to him. Chen looked back as Kai flickered his eyes from Nara back to Chen.

“ off Kai,” Chen said squeezing Nara. She had her eyes closed while lying on Chen’s chest.

“Alright then,” Kai said raising his hands.

“Anyway,” Suho began. “What do we do now? The powers out and there’s nothing to do.”

“I want food,” Minhyuk said. He was sat in-between my legs on the floor while I was leaning on Baek on the couch.

“When aren’t you hungry?” I asked my best friend. He would eat a whole house if that was possible.

Minhyuk threw his head back and groaned. “I got up for nothing,” he complained. Chanyeol threw an arm around Minhyuk pulling him closer. “Thanks for waking me up Luhan,” Minhyuk grumbled.

“How did I wake you up?” Luhan asked leaning on Sehun who was looking at his phone.

“You screamed throughout the entire dorm!” Tao yelled at Luhan.

“Right…” Luhan said scratching his head.

I laughed and looked over to Chen and Nara. From the looks of it, Nara fell asleep on Chen. At least she’s not shaking anymore.

“What can we make to eat with the power out?” Kyungsoo asked sprawled on the ground.

“Steamed baozi.”

Xiumin gave Luhan the death look for his statement. He just simply hid in Sehun’s chest while Sehun slapped Lu’s head.

How do you not love these guys?

“We could play a game,” Suho said. He was leaning against the couch next to Jongin.

“What game?” Kai asked unamused. He received a slap from Suho.

“Truth or dare?”

I looked up to Xiumin. Who ever knew Baozi would suggest that game. Everyone said “sure,” or “whatever.” Minhyuk replied with “I want food still.”

“Who’s first?” Baekhyun asked next to me. He squeezed me tight before Lay spoke.

“Can I ask someone a question?”

I looked up to Lay. He was so quiet I forgot that he was here. “Sure. Who’s it going to be Yixing?”

“Hmm…” Lay said looking to all of us.

“Sulli.” Knew it. I hummed in response. “Truth or dare?”

“Truth.”

Lay had a smile on his face causing his dimples to show. “Who would you date out of all of us other than Baekhyun?”

Baekhyun’s grip tightened as I laughed. “Ironic you ask that Lay, because the answer is you. You were my bias.”

Everyone cooed as Baekhyun hugged me tighter yet again.

“She’s still mine so back off,” he hissed at Lay.

Lay only laughed and mentioned it was my turn. I have the perfect question.

“Chen!” I said with an evil smile. “Truth or dare?”

I laugh every time I hear Chen sing "Girl, I can't explain what I feel."
