Baekhyun

"Yes!" I protested back grinning.

"No!" she yelled once again.

"Fully ?" Xiumin asked out of curiosity. I guess they only heard the word ‘.’ 

My grin widened as I saw her face get flustered. She’s cute.

“No!” she yelled again. She pried her hand from mine and stood up. “Minhyuk,” she said looking to him. “Switch seats with me.”

"Why?" Minhyuk whined.

I smiled to Minhyuk. I want her to stay.

She looked at him with pure anger. I guess me embarrassing her wasn’t the best idea…

Minhyuk got up and Sulli began to move to his seat. Before she went too far from me, I grabbed her hand. “Stay,” I pleaded to her. She didn’t look at me once and just shook her hand away. A few seconds later, Minhyuk was now seated next to me. He looked at me for a few seconds before I got annoyed. “What?” I asked looking to him.

"Did she really see you ?" he asked concerned.

"Half way," I muttered. His worried express turned to relief.

The table was now awkwardly silent. The waiter came with our food saving us quickly and everyone began to dig in. I looked at my food and picked up a small piece of meat with my chopsticks. Placing it in my mouth, I chewed for a while. I wasn’t really in the mood for eating now.

"Is it alright Minhyuk?" Chanyeol asked with food in his mouth. I looked up to Chanyeol who was smiling like the idiot he was.

I then looked to Minhyuk and found him smiling like an idiot too. "It's great!" he replied.

"Can I have a bite?" Chanyeol asked.

Minhyuk picked up a piece with his chopsticks to transfer to Chanyeol's, but instead, Chanyeol leaned over the table and ate it off the chopsticks.

Bold move Chanie.

Everyone laughed at him while Minhyuk blushed furiously.

"Get a room," Kai said causing a laughter bomb.

It was nice hearing everyone laugh, but I couldn’t find it in me to laugh along. I was upset and I honestly had no clue why. Maybe it was because Sulli was angry at me?

It seems crazy, but I think she’s starting to affect my emotions in just a short amount of time.

I continued to eat little by little in silence.

Once dinner finished, Suho decided to pay for it all; he was so kind hearted. While Suho was paying, we all walked outside to the cars we came in. Throughout dinner, I had a nice conversation with all of them about upcoming events and schedules, but I was bothered the entire time.

Baekhyun looked depressed and didn't talk. Was I the only one who noticed? Giving up my anger towards him, I found myself in the back of the crowd where Baekhyun was sulking behind. I threw my arm over his shoulder and gave him a heartwarming smile. He smiled back now seeming happy. “What are you depressed about?” I asked.

Baekhyun’s smile faded and he hung his head down again. "Something..." he muttered. 

We reached the cars and everyone started piling in. Baekhyun walked over to his car with me still on his shoulder. He then opened the passenger’s seat for me. I accepted the gesture and got in. He went in the driver’s seat and started the ignition. I looked outside to find all of the boys in separate cars. "Is no one else riding with us?" I asked.

Baekhyun shifted the gear. "Seems so." With that, he started backing up to leave. The first few minutes of the car ride were dead silent. "Where do you live?" he asked.

Startled, I looked over to him. He glanced back at me. "Why?" I asked.

"Aren't I driving you home?"

I shook my head back and forth. "Minhyuk and I's car is still at S.M."

Baekhyun smiled and placed his hand on the storage compartment that also served as an armrest between us.  "Minhyuk's got it right? He can handle driving by himself."

I laughed at the thought of Minhyuk driving by himself; hopefully he doesn't get lost on the way home considering he doesn't know too much of the area yet.

To Minhyuk: Baekhyun’s driving me home. You got the car right?

From Minhyuk: Let it stay the night at S.M. I’m staying the night at their dorm. Chanyeol said I could stay.

I looked to Baekhyun and then to his hand. In one bold move, I slipped mine in his. I have no idea where this courage suddenly came from. “He’s staying at your dorm tonight.”

Baekhyun’s smile was from ear to ear and I couldn’t help but find myself smiling too. “Alright,” he said continuing to drive. After a moment of silence, he removed his hand from mine. I looked to him startled and confused.

Guess I was too bold.

He the radio. He then surprised me by placing his hand back into mine and gave it a squeeze. “Smile. You look better being happy.”

I blushed and smiled at the same time. I feel bad for being mad at him earlier.

Goodbye Summer began to play on the radio. This was one of my favorite songs.

I began to sing as Krystal of F(x)’s part.

Baekhyun apparently knew D.O.'s part and started singing along too.

Singing the duet, we both had fun. I must admit that even though I’m not the best at singing, we sounded pretty well together. I squeezed Baekhyun’s hand once it was over. “You sounded fantastic,” I said looking at him.

"You aren't bad yourself," Baekhyun stated. My cheeks had a warming sensation. 

"So back at dinner, what was wrong?" I asked with a concerned voice. It was still bothering me. I tried not to think about it but I feel bad.

"You got mad at me," Baekhyun said with full attention on the road now. His smile was gone.

I already knew that part…

"Well you said I saw you ."

"You did!" he protested.

"Half did!" I reminded him.

Baekhyun paused for a moment lifting an eyebrow. His smile danced its way onto his lips again. "Did you like it?"

My cheeks became red again for god knows how many times tonight. "It was alright," I said in a serious matter. It was my turn to tease. 

"Just alright?" he said with a pout.

I laughed. "I've seen better."

I lied on that one. I really have only ever seen Minhyuk's body and he wasn't as fit as Baekhyun. 

"You're lying!" he protested looking at me.

"I'm not!" Yes I am.

Baekhyun made a 'hmph' sound as he pulled up to my apartment building. I began to exit the car door when his hand pulled me back. I tried to let go, but his hand was content on holding mine. “Stay.” I did as told. He instead got out and then went to my door opening it for me.

"Thanks," I said getting out. He then shut the door and followed me inside the building. "What are you doing?" I asked.

"What? I can't see your apartment?" He gave me puppy eyes.

 I sighed and led him to my apartment and opened the door. Everything was just as I left it. I sat my bag in the bedroom and found that Baekhyun was still following me like a lost puppy.

"Yes?" I asked trying to walk past him out of the bedroom.

"Why is there only one bed?"

I sighed. "Minhyuk and I share."

Baekhyun’s eyes widened. "Why?" he said in a squeak. Cute.

"I like cuddling!" I said.

It was true; cuddling was nice. And plus, he's gay so it didn't matter. Baekhyun nodded and shut up. He then let me past him into the living room. "Don't you have to get back to the dorm?" I asked. 

"Uh yeah," Baekhyun said. He then said goodbye and left my apartment.

I fell onto the couth and grabbed my laptop. Time to check Facebook and work on a script that I've been writing. I had only just pulled up the page when there was a knock on my door. I was reluctant to get up but did so. I opened the door to find Baekhyun standing in front of me once again.

"My car won't start."

When I found out that S.M. The Ballad Vol. 2 was a thing and that Chen was in it, I went and annoyed my friend Jazmin about it for about a week.
