Jin Young P.O.V

I hold the door as Mi Sun walks in.

“Thanks for accompanying me today.” She said.

“You’re welcome. Are you sure you’ll be fine?”

She nodded.

Mi Sun didn’t tell me what happen to her, even Juri refuse to tell me when I asked her secretly. I hope it’s nothing bad.

“I’ll be going up.” she said, pressing the elevator button.

“Should I come up with you?”

“It’s okay. I’ll be fine. I guess.”

“Text me when you’re in your house okay?” I said.

“Okay. Thank you, Jin Young oppa.” she bows and enters the elevator.

Mi Sun P.O.V

It took me 5minutes just to get into my house. I was just walking around the corridor.

He wants me to go to his wedding? Is he kidding me? How can he decide these things himself? Isn’t that a bit too selfish? And why didn’t my mom tell him to stop?

“Mi Sun, you’re standing there for a while now.” I heard my mom said.

I realized I was still wearing my shoe, staring at the wall.

“Oh.”

I walked in and went straight into my room.

“Mi Sun dear.” My mom followed behind. “Where did you go?”

“Juri’s.”

She nodded and sat on my bed while I open the windows.

“Come here.” She patted my bed. I walked over and sat down.

“I know you’re upset.”

Duh.

“I knew you’ll be like this, that’s why I didn’t tell you his coming.”

“Wow wait, you knew he was coming?”

My mom looked at me and nodded.

“Since when we had secrets.” I pouted. She laughed and patted my head.

“It’s not like that.”

I bring my legs up to my chest and rested my chin on my knees.

“So…he’s really getting married?”

My mom nodded.

“Why…”

“Well, looks like he found someone he loved.”

“What about you, mama? Does this mean he never loved you?”

“It’s not that honey.”

“So why did he left you? Left us?”

“Thing…just don’t work out sometimes.”

“He doesn’t love us anymore right?”

My mom shook her head and patted my back. “Are you hungry? Have you eaten?”

“Don’t change the topic mama.”

She sighed. “Let’s talk about it later. Take a nap dear.”

She stood up and left.

ARGH!

I leaned on my back, staring at the ceiling.

Why are things so complicated?

Baro P.O.V

“Monday blues?” I asked.

Mi Sun turned her head from the window towards me. She gave me a weak smile.

 “You alright? You’re really quiet this morning.”

“I’m fine. Do you have practice later?”

I nodded. “I have practice every day till 6pm. You don’t have to wait for me.”

She sighed. “Okay.”

I looked up at her. “Hey.” I poke her arm with my pencil. “Shall we grab ice cream later?”

“But you have practice.”

“We have half an hour to spare. Let's run across the streets for one.”

This time she smiles, happily. Oh gosh I love her smile.

“Can we?”

Before I could answer, the bell rings.

“Alright class, remember to finish up the remaining questions. We’ll discuss tomorrow.” The teacher said after we greeted her.

Mi Sun stood up and started packing. I followed.

She pokes my sides when I stood up.

“Race you there!”

She laughs and skips out the class from the back door.

How adorable.

“Oh? Where is she going?” Gong Chan asked.

“Ice cream.”

“Eh? I want too!” Juri whines.

I slung my bag over my shoulder and went to the back door.

“Then hurry. Last one to arrive has to pay!”

Juri P.O.V

“Not fair! Why am I the one paying?”

“You said the last one pays!” Gong Chan said.

“I said the last one who reached not the last one who orders!” Baro sighs.

I chuckled as I my ice cream.

“Can I try?” Mi Sun asked. We switch ice creams and continue eating.

“Come on let’s go before we’re late.” Gong Chan said and stood up.

Baro open the door for us as we walked out the convenient store.

“Thank you.” I said. He nodded.

Mi Sun continues walking while eating her ice cream.

“Yah! Car!”

Gong Chan grab Mi Sun’s arm and pull her back.

“Don’t simply cross the road!” he yelled.

“Sorry.” she said.

“Aish, what is wrong with you today.” He said and took her hands in his.

Mi Sun P.O.V

Gong Chan held my hand as we cross the road.

So everyone realized I have been acting weird eh?

“Sorry.” I said again.

“It’s okay. Sorry for yelling at you.”

I shook my head and continue walking.

Gong Chan stop and looked back. “Oh they’re stuck.” He laughed.

Baro and Juri are still across the street waiting for the cars to stop.

“Yah your ice cream is dripping. Do you have tissue?”

“It’s in my bag.”

He opens my bag and took it.

“Aish, look at you.” he wipe my hands and then my mouth.

"Be gentle!"

He laughed and patted my head. “Is something wrong?”

“N-no.”

“Don’t lie.”

“I’m just tired.”

He nodded and looked up. “Ah, the tortoises are here.”

“Yah.” Juri slap his back.

“Ow!”

Gong Chan P.O.V

Mi Sun decided to stay in the library and Juri accompany her.

“I’ll go to the washroom.” Mi Sun said.

“I’ll be here.” Juri said.

“We’ll be going for practice now.” Baro said.

“Okay. Fighting!” she throw her fist in the air. We laughed.

“Hey.” I tell Baro. “I need to ask Juri something.”

“Alright, I’ll see you there.”

I turned back to Juri and tap her shoulder

“Oh?”

“Juri, do you know why Mi Sun is acting weird?”

She blink at me and shook her head.

“So you know.”

“No i-”

“I know that look. Spill.”

She sighs. “Maybe you should ask her.”

“She won’t tell me. You know her.”

She nodded and drags me to the corner of the corridor.

“Don’t be mad okay?”

I raise my eyebrows and looked at her. “Is it about me?”

“What? No.” she said. “It’s erm, someone else.”

I nodded. “Who is it?”

She took a deep breath before saying two words that made me cringe.

“Her father.”
