“Who are you texting?”

Kyuhyun was surprised by Changmin who suddenly appeared next to him.

“Ah, Changmin! I’m texting Sungmin” Kyuhyun smiled

Changmin looked at Kyuhyun who smiled innocently, “I wonder why Sungmin is texting Kyu at this hour…”

“Oh, ok! Sorry I came back for my razor…I need to shave…”

“Alrighty Mr. Hairy! Go shave and shower to your heart’s content!” Kyuhyun giggled and kissed Changmin.

Changmin skipped happily back to the restroom and turned the shower on.

“That was so sweet! You two are just so adorable!” Jiyong/GD appeared and walked into his room.

“Ah, Jiyong” Kyuhyun bowed

“Oh, don’t be formal Kyuhyun! You can call me GD if you want. Usually Council members and purebloods such as the Jungs call me Jiyong…it makes me sound old”

“Ok…GD….”

Jiyong looked at Kyuhyun with sad eyes, “I am so sorry”

“Eh? Why are you apologizing?”

GD stared at him with empty eyes, “Because….I didn’t do anything to stop him…”

Kyuhyun looked at GD confused, “Eh? Stop who?”

“Seunghyun…” GD reached inside his pant pockets

“Seunghyun…I’ve heard that somewhere…”

“Who is Seunghyun?”

“He was a Council member...and my lover….” GD took out his walled and showed him the picture of a familiar man.

“His lover? Wait what does that have to do with anything? I don’t understand?”

“Miahne GD…I don’t think I understand…”

“He used to also be known as TOP…but this year…he lost control. He wanted to become powerful…and he wanted the pendant you have hidden under your shirt…”

Kyuhyun’s eyes widened and he placed his hand to his chest, “How does he know I have the pendant?”

“Don’t worry Kyuhyun. We won’t take it. Besides…vampires who aren’t of the Queen’s lineage can’t touch it…”

Suddenly, the picture that GD showed him and the memory of the night his Umma died clicked together.

Kyuhyun gasped with the realization he made, “Wait! That Seunghyun…is he the one who…?”

GD looked down, “Deh…”

“Seunghyun…my baby….he…he became a monster…”

Kyuhyun was speechless. A member from the Council, Jiyong’s lover was the one who murdered his Umma.

GD looked up with teary eyes; he reached out to Kyuhyun “I’m so sorry Kyuhyun. I wish I could make it up to you. Its understandable if you hate us for not doing anything…”

Kyuhyun stared at Jiyong for a while. Despite his “vampiristic flawlessness,” he seemed miserable; he smiled gently at him and grabbed his hand.

“Do you miss him?”

GD’s eyes widened in shock; he did not expect that reaction, much less, question.

“I…I….I want to make myself and others think I don’t…but I…I do…I loved him dearly…I just don’t know what happened to him….” He began to cry softly.

“Shhh. It’s fine. We both lost someone dear to us. We must stay strong…I…thank you…thank you for telling me…and for apologizing in his behalf…” Kyuhyun smiled warmly and hugged him. After a while, once GD had gotten what he needed to out of his chest, they broke the hug.

GD smiled and walked out of the room, “Aish! No wonder Changmin chose you! You are a great guy! I pray that you won’t change. And remember, if you ever need anything, you know you can count on us to help you.”

“Deh, Ghamsamnida” Kyuhyun smiled and bowed.

The Council waited in the living room anxiously for GD to return. They all held their breath as GD walked with his ever usual apathetic face.

“Ah, Jiyong! How did it go?!” CL asked with worry.

GD stared at each Council member briefly and then smiled, “He took it pretty well. That kid is strong…he surely is one of the Queen’s descendants. You can just feel Her presence with him….”

“Chincha? That’s great!” Daesung said

Bom closed her eyes and placed a heart on her chest, “Deh…I felt Her too…he even has the same eyes as her…”

“Do you think he understands how he’s a descendant?” Taeyang asked

GD glared at them “No. And it’s not our place to tell him. If he wasn’t told before…there must be a reason”

Kyuhyun sat in bed staring at his hands while he was thinking about what GD told him. His chest hurt remembering his Umma and he felt anger towards Seunghyun. But after looking at GD in that miserable state, he felt worse.

“What’s wrong Kyu?” Changmin’s arms circled his waist.

“Did you know about him?”

“Who?”

“Seunghyun…”

Changmin remained silent for a while, “Deh…”

“Who killed him?”

“Eh?”

“The day you told me you were a vampire. You also told me that he was killed for what he did. Who...who killed him?”

Kyuhyun stared at Changmin curiously.

Changmin frowned with confusion, “It was Appa and Yoochun…”

Kyuhyun nodded and stared at the empty space again.

“Kyu?”

“Mmmm?”

“You ok?”

“Eh? Oh! Deh” Kyuhyun smiled sheepishly, “I just…I couldn’t imagine living without you. Seeing Jiyong today…I wouldn’t want to ever be like that. I wouldn’t be able to bear the pain…”

Changmin placed his hand on Kyuhyun’s chin and lifted it, “Shhh. Don’t worry. I promise that will never happen. I will never leave you arasso?”

Kyuhyun nodded and Changmin smiled and kissed him.

“Alright big man, I got to shower now. Don’t wanna go to sleep all stinky” Kyuhyun got up and walked towards the restroom, but before that, Changmin spanked him.

Kyuhyun looked at Changmin with a red face, “What was that?”

Changmin froze, “Eh…your …its squishy…you should exercise”

Kyuhyun pouted and walked inside the restroom and turned the shower on.

He looked at his reflection in the mirror and turned to his side. He stared at his . “Is it really that squishy?”

Kyuhyun smiled and shook his head, “I guess I should head to the gym more often…”

After showering, Kyuhyun changed into his pajamas and carefully snuggled in bed with Changmin who was ‘asleep’

“Goodnight Minnie” Kyuhyun whispered and placed a soft kiss on his hand. Changmin pried one eye open and then hugged Kyuhyun, startling him.

“Goodnight my love!”

Next day, Kyuhyun was really tired at work. “Aish! Why the hell does my body feel so heavy?!”

“Kyu! What’s wrong? Are you ok? You look pale” Sungmin appeared and placed his hand on Kyuhyun’s forehead.

Kyuhyun politely removed the hand away, “Ani! I’m fine. Just sleepy”

“Arasso. You know, you can rest during our break. We can go eat out some other time” Sungmin smiled

“Ani! I’m fine. I’m fine. Just tired, arasso?” Kyuhyun bowed and walked towards Ryeowook.

“You sure you’re ok Kyu? You do look pale…” Ryeowook said worried.

“Ani. Seriously. I’m just sleepy” Kyuhyun smiled

Ryeowook squinted his eyes and stared at him for a while. Suddenly, a huge smile came across his face, “Yah! Tell Changmin to at least let you sleep!”

Kyuhyun gasped, “Ani! Ani! Its not what you…!”

“Aish! You shush it! I know how that feels! Trust me…my Yeye and I would go up to eight rounds in one night and that left me sore and exhausted! Just make sure to rest a little! Here, just go check on these patients in room 39” Ryeowook handed him the files.

Kyuhyun sighed and took the files and walked towards the patient’s room.

Inside the room were two men were bickering.

“Annyeonghaseo. I am Cho Kyuhyun, and I will be assisting you today. Who here is the patient?”

“Key, I told you that I’m fine! There is nothing wrong! I swear!” the blonde started to say out loud.

“Shut it Jong! You freaking fell down a five-story building!” the man named with black hair shouted.

Kyuhyun frowned and looked at the men. They both gasped and looked at Kyuhyun.

“See what you did Key?!?! Way to go! I’m sorry sir! He is kidding. I didn’t fall from a building…I!”

“You’re vampires, right?” Kyuhyun asked. They both froze.

“It’s fine. I’m a vampire too. I guess I can smell you guys…”

The two men sniffed and then nodded. “Ah!”

“See Jong!? I did nothing wrong!” Key smiled

“All right then. What is the issue?” Kyuhyun asked

“Well….I kind of broke my ribs and I think my spine is messed up…” Jong bit his lip in anxiety.

“May I see?” Kyuhyun asked

“But I don’t think you will be able to do anything about it. I can wait ‘till it heals” Jong said

“That will take months! Why do you think I brought you here?!” Key shouted

Jong took his shirt off and Kyuhyun could see the bruising from the ruptured vessels and the bones out of place.

“Please don’t be scared. I’m just going to touch you. I have the power to heal” Kyuhyun placed his hands on Jong and closed his eyes.

“OHMYGAWD!” Key shouted as the black suddenly disappeared and the bones moved to place.

“Wow! Thank you!” Jong smiled

“You’re welcome” Kyuhyun smiled and bowed

“We are Key and Jonghyun from the SHINee clan. If you ever need anything…um…you can contact us with this!” Key handed Kyuhyun a business card.

“Deh. Ghamsamnida. Feel free to come if you need any healing” Kyuhyun bowed.

“See?! I told you it wasn’t a bad idea to come to the hospital!!!” Key clapped

“Key! Can you stop shouting for everything?!?!” Jonghyun shouted

“Aigoo! Why do you always assume I’m shouting? I just talk very loud!!!”

Kyuhyun’s ears suddenly began to ring. “Aish! What the heck?!” he looked at the files in his hands and suddenly everything got blurry. The room began to move and he felt like gravity was pulling him down.

“Kyuhyun?”

“Kyuhyun?”

“Can you hear me?”

“Kyuhyun?”

Kyuhyun suddenly woke up in Sungmin’s arms.

“Eh? What happened?”

“I walk in and found you on the floor…are you alright?”

“deh…I have no idea why that happened…”

“Chincha? Aigoo…I think I should do some blood tests to see what might be wrong”

“If he does the blood tests he will know I’m not human!”

“Ani! I’m fine! Really. I guess I just need to eat…”

“Well…it’s already lunch time. Wanna go eat?”

“Deh…”

Annyeong!!!OMG....please dont hate me! Its been like ages since I updated...Aish...life has been hectic with band and school...and life ks sometimes^^ Hehehe, but I didnt forget about you guys! I'm on vacations right now, so i would be able to update daily for this week (and maybe almost everyday?) aish...i dont know. I just hope you guys havent forgotten about this fic! Also, dont think I have forgotten about the words in my foreword...they will come up soon.
