Chapter Eight

EXO – Part 1

Luhan quickly recovered from his actions and moved back a space from you, detaching you from his lap so that you were sitting on the floor; disregarding the thoughts of how cute you looked when you blushed with a curt shake of his head.

You, on the other hand, were less than impressed. “Yah! You can’t just kiss a girl then flop her on the ground!” You whined as you got to your feet, dusting yourself off . Luhan's actions had startled you a bit, but you weren’t particularly thrilled to be dumbed on the ground as an aftereffect.  

Luhan snorted then rolled his eyes at your dramatic statement. “You’re a girl? I wouldn’t notice with those A-cups of yours.”

Gasping in disgust and somewhat offence, you folded your arms over your chest. “Are you trying to say I look like a boy?!” The amount of annoyance this boy caused for you was really quite astonishing, you really started asking yourself why you even talked to him, let alone actually have feelings for him.

Luhan merely shrugged, ignoring the signs clearly stating you were getting angrier by every passing second. “Yeah… I mean, you’re as flat as a board.”

“Then why would you kiss me if I look like a boy?!”

Luhan couldn’t see why you were getting so worked up over such a small thing; a kiss on the cheek barely means anything to him. To your absolute annoyance, Luhan shrugged again. “Well I guess because… you like me?” Once he saw your expression hadn’t changed, he tried a different approach, “It’s sort of like fan service… if I were famous and you were my fan, then it would be fan service?” He explained, more of a question than an actual statement.

You rolled your eyes and huffed, walking, or more like storming, away from Luhan as you couldn’t take any more of his ignorance. You like me already, stupid . 

Luhan watched in confusion as you stormed off without him. “Hey… Hey! Where are you going?!” He called after you, walking to the doorway to watch you walk away.

“To eat something!” You called back with an angry huff.

“Remember to come and sit with us at lunch!” He shouted back just as you rounded a corner. Once Luhan saw you were gone, his lips formed a small smile. “She sure is interesting…”

“Who’s interesting?” A tall figure had suddenly appeared behind Luhan.

Luhan flinched at the sudden appearance of Kris; Luhan never quite understood how someone so tall could easily creep up on him. Luhan sighed, rubbing the back of his head. “No one in particular.”

Kris chuckled and placed his hand down on Luhan’s shoulder. “Don’t give me that, you can trust me you know. I’ve known you for like, how long? Since birth?”

Luhan chuckled at Kris. Luhan never understood how everyone thought Kris was a bad guy; he’s a generous and kind hearted person. Maybe it’s his height and dark eyes that scare people off… They should give him a chance, though.

Kris nudged Luhan’s head with his elbow, interrupting his thoughts. “Are you going to tell me or what?”

Luhan swatted his hands away playfully. He was thinking if he should really tell Kris about you, knowing that even though Kris is a nice guy, his teasing can be a pain in the . With some more deliberation, Luhan decided to trust Kris. “Well, this girl, Saerom-”

“Saerom?!” Kris’s eyes went wide with realisation, “The one who watches Lay dance in her free time?”

Luhan’s ears reddened. How the hell did everyone know about Saerom watching Lay except me? “Yeah, that one.”

“The girl with the blue eye-shadow?” Kris asked again, his eyebrows knitted together in what could only be described as ‘serious thought’.

Luhan sighed. “Yes, that one.”

“The girl in my senior art class?” He asked again.

Luhan pinched the bridge of his nose, getting slightly annoyed. “Yes, that one- Wait a second. You do art?”

Kris shrugged, “I like to express myself inner feelings through drawing.”

Luhan had a worried expression forming on his face. “Kris… You’re horrible at art, especially drawing.”
