Chen's Party
Ignorance Is A Luhan
Chapter Twenty Four
Chen's Party
Saerom
You looked around yourself nervously, uncomfortable with the unfamiliar atmosphere and faces of people you've never seen before. Chen's party was on the brink of out of control; The music was blaring and you could hardly hear yourself think let alone hear what Eunhee was trying to tell you. People were running around half-, shamelessly making out in obvious places and getting absolutely drunk. You were completely out of your comfort zone in this environment.
As if all that wasn't enough, Luhan and Chen were talking to a group of girls in the corner of the room, looking like they were having the time of their lives. You looked down at your drink dejectedly, it wasn't like you to sit back and watch your boyfriend flirt with other girls. You were beginning to doubt yourself and doubt the feelings Luhan supposedly had for you. You had warned him about the girls before and now it appeared he needed a second warning, all in less than 4 hours. You were starting to wonder if all this work the two of you were putting into this relationship was really worth it.
Eunhee had noticed your gloomy mood and followed your gaze to where Luhan and Chen were talking with the girls. She frowned in disgust. "You deserve so much better Saerom." She muttered to herself and shook her head in disappointment. She turned to you and pointed at your drink, you could barely make out what she said. " Luhan. I'm getting us some more drinks."
Despite your mood you chuckled and nodded your head, watching her walk away with a smile. Well. You thought to yourself; at least if it doesn't work out with Luhan I'm pretty confident I'll still have Eunhee and Mina.
At least. You repeated, frowning with dissatisfaction. Why should it be at least? Why should I be the one sitting over here in the corner alone? I love Luhan. I shouldn't be giving up so easily. This wasn't who you were, you weren't the type to sit idly by and watch a bunch of girls shamelessly flirt with your boyfriend, you were a confident girl and why should a few girls stand in your way? With a knew found confidence, you downed your alcoholic beverage in one go, took a deep breath in and stormed your way to where Luhan, Chen and the few girls were.
One. You were making your way through the crowd, everyone's faces a blur as your attention was solely on Luhan. I can do this.
Two. You were almost there, Luhan caught your eye and smiled at you. He's your boyfriend, Saerom.
Three. You returned the smile brightly, entering his circle of friends with determination and confidence. Let everyone know what you're all about.
You walked straight up to him as he raised his eyebrow in curiosity, an amused smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "And what are you do-"
He didn't get the chance to finish his sentence when your lips pressed against his, going on your tippy toes and placing your arms around his neck.
Luhan was surprised to say the least, but was impressed and excited with your straightforwardness. He eagerly adjusted to the situation and kissed you back passionately, nibbling on your bottom lip playfully while his hands grabbed your waist.
You smirked against his lips and gently ran your tongue across his bottom lip, teasing him. An action which both excited and frustrated him at the same time.
Next to you, Chen cleared his throat awkwardly.
You held back your smile as you took that as a sign to pull back. "Mind introducing me?" You asked breathlessly, your eyes wild with your new behaviour.
Luhan chuckled and his lips, finally looking away to meet the disappointed and annoyed faces of the three girls who stood in front of him. "Girls, this is Saerom; My girlfriend." He slung his arm over your shoulder proudly and you smiled victoriously.
"Nice to meet you." One of them said stiffly, her eyes roaming over every feature of your face and body, looking clearly unimpressed.
"Well!" Chen clasped his hands together, "Now that you girls have met Saerom, we should probably just get a move on." He said this partly because he didn't want to endure another make out session from you and Luhan and because he could sense that the girls' mood had taken a turn for the worst upon your recent arrival. He guided them towards the door to where you could see more party people and a big pool, "I think it's time to get the Jacuzzi going, anyway."
You watched them walk away with a satisfied look on your face.
Luhan ruffled your hair, "I bet you're feeling pretty good about yourself right now."
Being reminded about your boyfriend's flirty ways you smacked his hand away. "I wouldn't have had to do that if you were being faithful."
He laughed lightly and hugged you from behind. "I wasn't being unfaithful. I was helping Chen get some girls." He clarified, his breath tickling your neck, "I told you before that you're the only one I want." He whispered huskily as he started to plant kisses down your neck, making you flustered as your anger started to melt at his touch.
You sighed and turned around in his arms, meeting his gaze. "Are you sure?"
He nodded, serious. "I'm sure."
You smiled at him before you pecked his lips. "Dance with me?" You held both of his hands in yours and were slowly dragging him to where the music was louder and the people were dancing.
Luhan pulled you close and lead the way. "I was hoping you would ask that."

Lay took another big gulp of his drink and slammed it down against the table, his eyes glaring holes into the back of Luhan. He had been watching you for a while now, and he had seen how disappointed you were when you had caught Luhan talking with the other girls.
"I would never make her feel lonely." Lay muttered, taking another sip of his drink.
From the seat next to him Xiumin sighed and took Lay's drink away from him. "I think you've had enough for one night, yeah?"
"What's so good about him?" Lay grumbled, ignoring what Xiumin had just done, "What does she see in him?"
To tell the truth, Xiumin couldn't help but agree with Lay. In his eyes, despite your straightforwardness, you were too innocent- too naïve for Luhan's devious ways. As much as a friend Luhan was to him, he couldn't help but feel the relationship the two of you had was going to end badly, with you having the broken heart. "I really don't know, man." He shook his head. "But I do know you shouldn't go messing around with other people's relationships, even if they are having problems."
Lay sighed again, watching you smile up at Luhan as the
