Fear gripped you as the man in front of you slowly came closer to you and Hyunwoo. Each step was painfully slow to you and you wanted to bawl right then and there, but you couldn't let yourself. You had to stay strong.

"Yah. Hyunwoo. Go call Baekhyun and tell him where we are and that we have this beauty with us." the man smirked as he slid your hair through his fingers. You felt disgusted. Hyunwoo wordlessly stepped out with your phone, head hanging.

"Who the hell are you to be doing this?!" you spat.

"Me? You don't know who I am?" you continued to glare at him. "Ha. That's a first. Kang Jun at your service, just call me Jun for short." (not an idol; just an imaginary character) "It's a pity we couldn't get to know each other more because soon, you'll be..." he slid his finger across his throat and cackled as if he had said something funny.

"Okay. Look. Kang Jun." you calmly smiled. "Don't you think we could talk this out? There's no reason for us to jump to conclusions and get violent--"

"I have every reason to do this." he snarled.

Jun turned away from you and walked to the wall. "Do you know the anger when your friend betrays you?" his voice was cold, and you were stunned by what he had said. "There was a time when I could proudly say that that jerk was like my own brother." Even before you asked who, you immediately knew that he was referring to Baekhyun. "I can't even bare to say his name anymore." he whispered.

"What... happened?" you softened. No matter how bad he seemed to be, someone with a painful past couldn't be all that bad.

Jun seemed to be lost in his own memories as he droned on. "We were young then. He was the son of one of the richest man in the world. I was.. the son of loan shark." you gasped in realization of who had taken away Hyunwoo many years ago. "Everyone looked down on me and cursed me, but he was different. He actually cared for me ever since we met." he softly chuckled before muttering, 'That dork.'

"His parents didn't like the fact that he was close with me and prevented him from seeing me, but we always got together secretly. That was when we promised each other that when we grew up, we would both become the wealthiest men in Korea and live in luxury. Together." you silently listened.

"Of course, eventually, he inherited his dad's company and my dad went to prison, so his job automatically passed down to me. I wanted to be as good as him, so I tried hard. I eventually got enough money to make my own company, and I expected him to help me cuz I believed we were in this together."

Your stomach quelched as you sensed the bad that was coming. "Until he made my company fail and I lost everything; even everything I had even before I started this all. So, of course, I've been planning to get an apology ever since, and luckily you're gonna help me." his evil grin returned.

Hyunwoo quietly shut the door and hastily looked to your phone. He fumbled with the buttons because of the dark night that had come quickly while you had been unconscious. Luckily, you didn't have a password because you were still getting used to these smart phones. He looked through your contacts and clicked Baekhyun's ID before pressing the 'call' button.

After a few rings, he finally picked up. "Yah, Han Nana why didn't you answer my--"

"Look. I don't want this call to get any longer than it has to." Hyunwoo cut him off.

"W-who are you?" Baekhyun was shocked momentarily, unable to think. This wasn't what he thought it was, right?

"Eh. That's not what's important to you right now, but listen. If y-you don't want H-han N-nana to be d-dead by tonig-ht," Hyunwoo took a deep breath, "you better come to the warehouse by midnight alone. " he felt terrible just of the thought of what Boss was planning, but he couldn't do anything about it.

"Warehouse? Don't tell me Jun sent you..." Baekhyun trailed off.

"Ah, so you seem to know where. Now hurry, before it's too late." Hyunwoo hung up. When he said hurry before it was too late, he meant it. He didn't want anything to happen to her, but Baekhyun was the only one who could help right now.
