"So, after the 1960s the economy declined tragically and many were left in desperate need of survival necessities." The bell rang, punctuating Chanyeol's sentence. "Don’t forget to read the next chapter and I'll give you guys a break with no homework for the weekend." The whole class hollered and erupted in cheers. Chanyeol quickly became everyone's favorite teacher. "Sehun vanished," Yixing stated, wondering where the boy was for the past few hours. "I wonder what Mr. Park did to him," Jongin wondered, Sehun never came back since Chanyeol excused him earlier. Kyungsoo rubbed his neck, in thought. Their younger friend never ditched class alone. "Is it possible that he was caught after doing something bad?" Kyungsoo asked and everyone worried. "Guys don't worry, freaky hair over there would never hurt hi-" "Baekhyun can you stay after class?" the said person interrupted him. "uh-oh, is going down," Jongin said and patted Baekhyun on the back before leaving. "I can't," Baekhyun quickly said, "I have to-" "It'll only be a few minutes." Baekhyun sighed and got comfortable in his seat, for the second time this month his friends gave him quick looks that showed that they weren't able to help. Since when did Baekhyun listen to others? It boggled him that he stayed seated instead of flipping out on him. "I'll text you about Sehun later," Junmyeon said to him before leaving, knowing that Baekhyun would worry about their maknae as well. When everyone left, Chanyeol quickly joined Baekhyun at the back of the classroom. "Baek," he started and Baekhyun was already feeling uncomfortable with the nickname. "I know it seems like your friends are slackers, but they are all passing very class..." Baekhyun wondered where Chanyeol was going with this but he did not interrupt him. After a long pause here it seemed like Chanyeol was choosing his words carefully, he began again, "you're the only one struggling through a few classes right now, one of them being business. Is there an external reason I should know about?" Chanyeol pressed on. "No." Baekhyun saw the dejected look on Chanyeol's face but he was not about to share his life's miseries with him just because of that. "Do you not like having me as a teacher?" he blurted leaving Baekhyun, yet again, with no possible response. “Maybe I'm bad, and you don't understand anything. I could see if they could get you another-" "No!" Baekhyun quickly blurted. Chanyeol stared at him. "You don't want another teacher?" Baekhyun hoped that Chanyeol couldn't see the blush that he knew was slowly creeping into his cheeks. Chanyeol then grinned like he usually did, "Okay! Then how about this, I'll tutor you every day after school. You need help on business and math and English, and I'm pretty good at all. We can start one by one and if you want you don't have to tell anyone about this." Baekhyun just stared at him the whole time he rambled, his cute eye twitching that occurred when he was excited, his big toothy grin, what he saw as beautiful hair, at one point Chanyeol even clapped like a seal and Baekhyun laughed. This caused the other to stop rambling and to look at him. "You're laughing," he said amused and Baekhyun quieted down. "I've never seen you laugh before. You should always smile instead of scowling, you're pr
