"oppa! I can't.. Oppa, I was hidden away since I don't know when. Why now? You know I'm not interested in the business. You can make it yourself." Lee Shin was arguing with her brother. She was  to attend and represent the Shin in an opening of a building in Shanghai. "Oppa, nobody knows me."

"Exactly. Nobody knows you so go there as a Shin representative." her brother answered. "Just go and attend the ceremony and come back."

Lee Shin pouted all the way on her trip to Shanghai. She did not like the idea of sending out to represent the family. Lee Shin was feeling uncomfortable. She never attends parties or any business related event. But she can't defy her brother. Sure they made it appear that she's a rep from the company. She's  still feeling uneasy with the crowd.

Lee Shin walked to her suite. As  always, her brother booked her in an expensive hotel no matter how she protested and asked for normal suite.

"Baby girl, have you settled in?" her brother was on the phone as soon as she stepped in the suite.

"Oh... I need a quick nap before the event." Lee Shin checked her watch and noted she have 4 hours to go before the said time.

"I'll call you in 2 hours. That should be enough time. Have a good sleep." her brother hang up.

She cleaned up and hit the bed. She was awaken by the ringing of her phone. "Thanks oppa," she groggily answered the phone and hang up.  Her mom picked up the dress she is going to wear. It's a long sleeve, knee length , mock neckline, straight skirt, floral-lace scalloped sheath dress designed by Dolce and Gabbana.

"Miss Lee, you'll  be escorted out to a party after the ribbon cutting." one of the organizer informed her.

"okay. Hmmm how long will it take? Can I leave early?"

"Yeah sure. You're  presence  is need  to represent the Shin. You can leave the party after meeting with the VIPs."

Thank you very much." Lee Shin bowed.

"I am going to meet your first love." Jun Seong was boasting. He finally managed to get an appointment with Song Chae Won.

"I wish I  can come. I have lots of question for her." Jong Hyun was trying  to sound normal but he's  jealous that his bestfriend's  getting to meet  his first love. "I'll  come over as soon as we're  done."

"no regrets if she'll  fell inlove with me," Jun Seong teased.

"no worries." JongHyun  assured him. "Take a commemorative  photo. That will be epic" JongHyun  said. and hang up.

JongHyun  was at the mall preparing for a fanmeet and an interview in Shanghai. He was walking out to the designated  area when his eyes caught something. "Lee Shin? What is Lee Shin doing in shanghai? "He wanted to follow her but his manager was already eying him.

"How long will the fan signing be?" he asked his manager.

"an hour nd a half max"

JongHyun  nodded and walked towards the stage. He waved and smiled to the crowd. He started by singing Undefined and Maze and Magic.

"The whole album sounds like a love life. What inspired you the most?"

"You can't write song just because  you want to. You have to put a feeling on it. A story. All of my songs have their own story. Why I wrote  them. My inspiration? People around me. My fans. I read and  browse my followers in my SNS. It's  amazing how these people lives. Instagram alone is a story. It's  amazing how you can piece story just by their photos.

"Is there any specific person that inspired you with this album? It's  not too long ago that you mentioned you like Red Velvet's Seulgi."

Jong Hyun  turned red. "The question that time was, if we want to collaborate with other artist. Its not like who I like." JongHyun  corrected the statement.

The Mc nodded. "So is there a particular inspiration of this album?"

"My fans. They've  been always there supporting me. I can't  imagine myself today without them."

"Give it to Lee JongHyun " the MC gestured Jong Hyun to take the floor.

He sang  his album carrier and few of his own composition that was released by CNBLUE .

After the fansigning. He was whisked back to the hotel to prepare for the concert.

'That was  Lee Shin.  I wasn't  hallucinating. What is he doing in Shanghai? Is she stalking me?' Jong Hyun wondered. He was debating to call her or not.. "Shin-ah, I was wondering if  we could meet. Please call me back. I want to ask you something." he left a message and hit the bed. He needs the sleep for the next day concert.

In a five star hotel? Okay that's  not surprising. She can afford it or maybe her sponsor booked it but why in Shanghai when he was in Shanghai. He shook off the thought. The concert was a success. It was a full house. He can see how the fans enjoyed the concert.

"Jong Hyun-ah,  were off for that dinner party in an hour. The management accepted an invitation to attend a party. It's  one of Shanghai's  biggest corporation. It will do good for the agency. It's  just a dinner."

Jong Hyun just nodded. He can't  say no. It his agency after all.

Jong Hyun just stepped into the hall when his eyes caught something. He turned around and followed the girl. She was leaving the hall. "I'll be back," he made his way towards the exit. The girl stopped to chat with someone. "What's Lee Shin doing here? Maybe that was really Lee Shin that I saw back in the mall." He didn't took his eyes of Lee Shin who looks magnificent with the gown she wore.  After chatting with the man she met on her way to the exit, she was guided towards the exit.

"What is she doing here? And in a high class dinner?"

He walked back to his designated table.

"Did something happened?" his manager asked.

"Oh.. I thought I saw someone." He answered.

"Lee Shin?"

Jong Hyun turned to his manager. "Right? You saw her too? That's  her right? I thought I'm  hallucinating.""

"I thought that was her when we came in. She looks exactly like her. But in this gathering? I don't think so."

"Hyung, that was definitely her." Jong Hyun insisted.

"But... Never mind. I asked the organizer if we can leave early. Our flight is at 11 and we have to leave at 9."

"Jun seong-ah, any progress with?"

Jong Hyun called his best friend as soon as he arrived in his suite.

"Joo Woon  confirmed the meeting tomorrow morning." Jun Seong answered.

"Great. What time and where?" Jong Hyun  was excited.

"Glass cafe. Around 10."

"Glass cafe?" Jong Hyun repeated. 'of course its owned by Lee Shin.' he thought. "I'll be home tomorrow night. Can we meet up?"

"I have a quick meeting with my team in the afternoon and I'll head to your apartment after that." Jun Seong confirmed.

"Alright I'll see you tomorrow." Jong Hyun hang up and started browsing the internet. He typed Lee Shin but nothing about  the Lee Shin he knew. It's all about Yong Hwa who appeared as Lee Shin in a drama. 'wait.' he scrolled one more page. Lee Shin came up with Kim Hee Chul's name. It's a write up about Kim Hee Chul's book. There's another one about an English writer and another with an American writer. The succeeding articles were about her as an illustrator but nothing about her personal life. Sure he met her mother, grandmother, and brother but she never talk about them. What do they do. He was starting to think she is from a  rich family since she studied abroad and her brother own a Bentley. He shook the thought and got into shower. He need to get up early in the morning.

Jong Hyun just got off the shower.  He browsed for news. He wanted to check feedbacks on his concert. His eyes caught something. 'Shinee's Lee Tae Min dating,' He clicked on the link and started reading. His eyes went wide when he saw the photos. "Lee Shin?" he murmured. "so she's dating Tae Min? No wonder." he laid back on the bed and stared at the ceiling. 'I guess it's over between us.' he laughed. "Lee Jong Hyun, check yourself. There's nothing really between you and Lee Shin." he was talking to himself.  He sighed. "I'm such a loser."
