Even though he still wasn’t sure of that 100%, but he wanted to update Mino about the progress.

Seungyoon dialled up his best friend’s number and waited patiently.

The caller ringtone of Twice’s song, ‘Cheer Up’ kept playing.

“Come on, man. Pick it up!”

After a while, someone picked up the phone.

Thank God!

He started blurted out all the things about that boy.

Taehyun this, Taehyun that.

Then, he stopped talking when he realized it was the operator’s voice.

“Please leave a message after this tone. Beep!”

He then threw his iPhone onto the bed and lied down.

“Gosh, I have such an important thing to tell him. But, he didn’t even pick up my call.”

Seungyoon kept blabbering before someone knocked on the door.

It was his father.

“Seungyoon-ah, are you in there?”

“Nae, appa. Waeyo?”

His father’s face can be seen from behind the door.

“I have a meeting with my client now, and can you be home alone for a while?”

Sangim looked at his watch before continued.

“Maybe I’ll be back in like, 2 hours later?”

Seungyoon let out a heavy sigh and nodded.

“Nae, dad. But…”

Before he could say anything, his father had walked away and his voice can be heard from afar.

“Why don’t I ask Jinwoo hyung to go out and hang out with me?”

He gave himself a pat on the back as he felt proud of his brilliant idea.

Seungyoon reached for his phone and went down the stairs hurriedly.

“Jinwoo hyung! Are you home?”

He kept screaming for Jinwoo’s name at the moment he got out from his house compound.

Then, the usual face appeared from behind the door.

“Oh, Aunty Kim! I just about to ring the bell…”

“Yeah, I know that, Seungyoonie.”

Aunty Kim was smiling from ear to ear before continued her words.

“I can hear you from miles, Yoonie.”

“Jeongmal?”

Seungyoon could feel his cheeks turning red, feeling embarrassed.

He then peeped inside the house and looked around.

“Are you looking for Jinwoo? You’re only 5 minutes late.”

Aunty Kim smiled and walked towards her garden.

“He’s already gone.”

“He’s gone? What do you mean by he's…gone?”

“Yoonie, what I meant is that Jinwoo went out to see his friend.”

She reached for the water hose before started watering the plants.

“Do you know where did he go? Maybe Jinwoo hyung did tell you where…”

“Oh, Yoonie. Mianhe. Jinwoo didn’t inform me specifically where he’s heading to.”

Seungyoon gave Aunty Kim a smile before walked back to his house.

Great.

Now, what am I going to do?

Seungyoon sat in front of the main door and watched people passing by.

I’m so bored right now.

Suddenly, an idea popped out in his mind.

“I think I know where I can find Jinwoo hyung.”

After he paid the fare and thanked the driver, Seungyoon stepped out from the taxi.

He had told the taxi’s driver to drop him in front of White Cottage.

Jinwoo’s café.

That’s it.

I might find him here.

Just a moment before he stepped inside the café, something came up to him.

It was like a déjà vu for him.

As if he has been through this moment before.

Seungyoon took a few steps back and looked up.

The blurred sign of the café that he had dreamt before in the plane.

I might meet him again today.

When he peeped inside the café, he saw Taehyun was standing behind the counter.

But, Jinwoo was nowhere to be seen.

Maybe he went to another place, though.

Feeling strange and awkward, Seungyoon hesitated to get into the café.

He was standing for quite a time when a car honked him.

How can I end up in the middle of the road?

Thank God it was a one-lane road.

“Watch out, kid! Don’t get too immersed in your thought!”

Seungyoon quickly went back to the roadside and bowed to the driver, apologising.

Moments later, he decided to go into the café and approached Taehyun.

He really wanted to know whether that Taehyun is the same boy who kept appearing in his dream.

The bell hanging at the door rang when he entered the café.

“Annyeonghaseyo. Welcome.”

A waitress in a uniform greeted him before she helped with the door.

Seungyoon was walking towards the counter when someone called his name.

It was Seunghoon.

They already knew each other as Seunghoon was the senior barista there.

He had worked with Jinwoo for about 3 years.

And, Taehyun was the newest to work here.

“Are you here for Jinwoo?”

Seungyoon nodded.

Seunghoon flashed him the sweetest smile that he ever saw.

“Oh, I see. So, who is it? But before that, can I make you your favourite? Iced Caramel Macchiato?”

“O..okay then. I will go and sit there…”

Seungyoon walked towards a two-seater table at the corner of the café.

It was his favourite spot from then until now.

While walking past the counter, he could see Taehyun was so immersed in making iced Americano for the customers.

Totally unaware of his surroundings.

Should I talk to him or not?

His mind came back to reality when Seunghoon arrived with his drink.
