Unexpected Kiss
OVERDOSE: Midnight MemoriesI get up from the bed when Myungsoo drags the woman whose name is Soohee who has introduced herself as Minseok’s nuna which makes me confused right after I opened my eyes earlier. She waves her hands to me while Myungsoo drags her out from the room. I jump from the bed and jolt realizing that my toes have been buried in the soft and white snow.
The ice has become… snow.
I turn my head towards Minseok who still sleeps so soundly. It seems like no matter how bright the sun shines he won’t even wake up. Once again I see my feet that have been buried in the snow. Did I make this happen? Did I help Minseok changing the ice to become snow? Isn’t this quite amazing? Well, yes, it is… cool.
“You are talking pretty excited and loud in your mind, Sarang…,” I jolt in my place when hearing Minseok’s lazy groan. “I wake up because of that…,” He moans. “I feel better…, thank you.” I look at him while nodding.
“You know…,” I whisper, he looks at me through his sleepy eyes, “when will you plan to get up from my bed? I think you don’t need to sleep here anymore…,” I roll my eyes, “… since you have felt better after all…,” I fidget my fingers, “… right?”
Minseok gets up from his laying position before coughing so hard. I take a look at him in an instant. He glances at me before coughing even louder with both palms covering his mouth. “I think I am still sick…,” He speaks, lowly, “… Can I stay here for another night?”
I hiss while crossing my hands in front of my chest. “Whatever, Minseok…,”
“Thanks.” He smiles. “It’s better with the snow… than ice.” He mutters.
“For your information…,” I say, “there is someone here who calls herself your nuna.”
“Nuna?” He widens his eyes. “Soohee nuna?” He asks in confusion. “Is she here?”
I nod. “Yes.” I reply. “She was here just a moment ago and Myungsoo dragged her out.”
“Gaaaaah…,” Minseok jumps from the bed before even looking at me, running to the door and gone from my sight. I sigh before following him.
Ken and N play with my hair, saying that I should comb it before going down to the common room. They try to comb it with their fingers while Ravi is busy trying to find a real comb. I bet no one has a comb here. They are men after all. Minseok whose hair still messy from waking up doesn’t even get the attention I get. No one cares about hair, if you are a man. And… he is still breathtakingly handsome… my Minseok.
