An Earthquake!?
Broken Promise(Dara POV)
I fell to the floor, trembling with fear. All around me, nothing seems to sit still.
The building shook furiously, causing my things to fall from the desk.
“Help!” I screamed out in English.
No way was this happening whilst I was alone!
We were in Japan for our debut promotions, but this was interrupted by what seemed to be… an earthquake?! “Help!” I screamed out again.
I have a son! A family! I cannot perish like this! My Inbok cannot grow up without me, I want to see him grow up!
Looking around for anything to help me, my eyes landed on the hotel phone. Praying that the line hadn’t been affected, I crawled over to it. “Help!” I yelled once more before focusing my trembling hands on the keypad. “Chaerin’s number, Chaerin’s number.” I whispered to myself trying to focus on the task at hand.

Taking a deep breath, I grabbed the bed behind me and tried getting up. My legs, the building, the bed, everything was still shaking. I couldn’t stand alone like this. Again, I fell to my knees. Looking back at the door, I decided to crawl to it. As I lifted up my shaking hand to start crawling, I took another deep breath. “Hana, dul, set! Fighting!” I encouraged myself to take the first step.
Crawling like baby Inbok, I went at my pace, slow and steady as the world seemed to tumble around me. “Sarang han gieok-e nareul butjapgo.” I started singing BIGBANG’s a fool of tears chorus to ease my mind on my travels. “Cho-atdeon mal-deuli nareul ulligo, kajimala-neun mal jocha hagido jeon-ae. beol-sseo neon doraseo peoryeot-go.”
I finally reached the room door and put my arm up to open it. As the handle went down, I pulled the do
