The people all stopped and turned their attention towards you.

"I love her dress"
Comments flooded around the room. The girls stared In awe and jealousy. The guys on the other hand couldn't believe that that was you.
"Hyung Haejinnie Is so pretty" 
Tao admiringly let out.

Suho smiled.
"Hey Kai"
Kai turned his direction towards a dazed Kris.
"What?"
Kai blankly said.
"Look"
Baekhyun pointed.
Kai turned his direction towards where baekhyun was pointing and felt his heart race. 

Your cheeks couldn't help but burn. You weren't use to all the attention towards you. Finally reaching towards the stairs you found Luhan waiting there smiling.
"You made it"
He smiled.
"Thank you so much luhan"
You couldn't help but hug him.
Kai on the other hand was burning with jealousy. He didn't like the way you could easily show public affection towards luhan nor did he like the fact that you were even touching luhan. He wanted to walk over and yank you out of LuHan's hold and kiss you. Claim you his.
"Hey no problem didn't I tell you, you would look amazing"
Moved away and playfully hit his arm.
"Thank you" you mumbled. 
"Come on let's go to the gang"
You held onto LuHan's hand and made your way through the many people.
"Your so pretty HaeJin!"
Some girls yelped.
"Unni I'm so jealous"
You bowed as thank you. 
To be honest you didn't know anyone here besides your parents and EXO.

Returning back to reality you saw the gang. 
Xiumin walked up to you smiling his adorable smile.
"Must I say you look ravishing tonight" you couldn't help but giggle.

Xiumin let out chuckle when he was suddenly pushed to the side by no other than Baekhyun.
"HaeJin don't i look good aswell?"
You let out a chuckle and pretend to analyse baekhyun. 
"not bad"
"Yah come on! It was hard to find a really nice suit"
Baekhyun pouted and frowned.
"I'm joking oppa you look handsome"
His pout turned into a smile.
"Yea I know"
"Aish you little..."
You pretended to punch baekhyun but all you did was laugh.
"HaeJin...."
Your eyes left baekhyun and found the person you were nervous to see. 
"Kai"
You sternly said. You wanted to act like nothing was wrong. You wanted to be strong and not break down. Even though it was killing you inside you fought the urge to burst out in tears, to let everyone see the weak you. 
"Can I talk to you?"
Tightening your grip on luhan, he realised that you didn't want to be alone with Kai. 
"Hey look the parents are up on stage.."
You sighed in relief and mouthed a thank you to luhan.
"Ah-ah testing one, two, three. Can everyone here me?"
"Neh!" Everyone respond.
"Great could you all please take your seat"
Making your way over, you sat on a table with EXO. Unfortunately you were forced to sit next Kai. His gaze was on you the whole time.

"Good. Now welcome everyone to the lovely couples anniversary. Kai and HaeJin"
Everyone's attention turned towards you. Plastering a smile you bowed to everyone.
"Well as their Parents we would like to sincerely thank everyone for attending the party"
Your mother smiled widely. You couldn't help but let your heart twist in pain. She was so happy and you just didn't want to disappoint her.
Mrs Kim was now speaking, smiling sweetly she talked.
"Now we would like to call the lovely couple on stage"
Your heart almost jumped out of your chest. You were scared and nervous. 
"Come now you two"
You saw Kai stand up and walked in front of you. He placed out his hand and smiled.
It's just an act HaeJin. He doesn't mean any of this. Slowly you placed your hand is his and stood up. Plastering a fake smile you both made your way up onto the stage.
Everyone was clapping and cheering, boys whistled and girls watched in envy.
"Thank you mum"
Kai hugged his mum.
Walking up to the mike he cleared his throat.
"Hello everybody, friends, my buddies"
Everyone in the room cheered loudly. All you could do was fidget around awkwardly.
"I'm am happy that all of you could attend our anniversary party"
Kai's gaze drifted towards you. You couldn't help but look down. You were to nervous.
"I remember the first day me and HaeJin met. It was at school"
Your ears perked up and your gaze left the floor and stared at Kai in confusion.
