Jiyong’s POV

I took a deep breath as I entered the house. I haven’t really talked to my hyung recently because of that weird fight that happened when Bom was here.

Not that I don’t like them to be together but… well I don’t really think it’s something I should be meddling with but… I don’t want to see Dara’s face filled with sadness anymore.

I need to make sure that they get back together. Her happiness matters more than me anyway. So as long as she’s happy… I’m happier.

I sighed again, but just as I entered the house I saw Seunghyun-hyung sitting on the couch. He seems to be immersed in deep thought that he didn’t even notice me.

Jiyong: hyung…

Seunghyun: oh Jiyong-ah… Come here. I… I need to talk to you about something.

Jiyong: (sighs) sure hyung. (Sits beside Seunghyun) What is it?

Seunghyun: Jiyong… what do you think of this ring?

I was astonished to see a ring from hyung.

Jiyong: h-hyung… what… who…

Seunghyun: Do you think she’ll like it? I was thinking of surprising her. But I want you to know about it first. Since you’re my brother, I thought I’d let you know about this first.

My heart seemed to have shattered in a million pieces. I don’t know why but my mind suddenly became blank. The only thing I heard from my hyung was that he wanted to marry her.

He probably fought to Dara on purpose so he can plan out everything and propose to her. Maybe this was his plan all along.

How stupid can I get?

Jiyong: that’s great hyung… I’m sure she’ll like it. (Smiles bitterly)
