Black Paradise
A little light sneaked through the curtains of the blue colored room.
L.Joe knitted his brows together as the light hit his face. Then his eyes snapped opened remembering what was happening.
He sat up in bed and ran a hand through his bed hair. A smile was plastered on his face. Quickly and quietly getting out of bed, L.Joe made his way to the bathroom to wash up. After freshening up, L.Joe opened his balcony doors.
L.Joe tilted his head upward to feel the warmth of the sun. He spread his sparkling white wings and flapped them a little. Then he flew off to the meadow where he and Hwayoung had promised to meet again.

“Did she forget or did she purposely not come?” He wondered out loud. “I didn’t know you thought of me so.” A melodic voice replied.
L.Joe looked up and saw the angel he was yearning for, “Hwayoung.” Hwayoung smiled and gently set herself on the grass.
“Good morning Byunghun.” She greeted. “Good morning Hwayoung.” L.Joe greeted back, his eyes trailing over her dark black wings.
Hwayoung noticed what he was looking at and she touched her black wings. “They’re black, unlike yours that are white.” L.Joe softened and shook his head. “Your wings are beautiful just the way they are, Hwayoung.”
“Thanks Byunghun, but they’re not all that.” Hwayoung fluttered her wings. “I like them b
