Alien Bunnies... Totally Normal!
'What the...' I stare wide eyed at the green masked bunny, a.k.a Dadamato, sleeping sweetly and soundly on my chest.
Again, cute.
To my right, Totomato barely stirs in his sleep. I try to turn my head fully, but something grazes either side. I gently pick up Dadamato, holding him in my arms, and sit up. It was Kekemato and Jokomato who were sleeping on either side of my neck.
Dadamato turns in his sleep and yawns. He stretches and goes limp again. His eyes flutter open. He looks at me and scrambles out of my hands like a frightened bunny.
The others began to wake up, and Shishimato and Tatsmato exit their spaceship.
"So that's where you guys have been sleeping. With this, this thing!!" Shishimato snaps, pointing at me.
"Well, excuse me. This 'thing' was minding her own business when you barged into her home!" I yell. "Besides, you should be happy I let YOU in. If I had known better, I would have let the others in and left you outside."
"YOU should be happy that I even spoke to you!"
"Are you stupid?" I put my index finger on my chin, as if I was thinking of something. "Nah. Calling you stupid would be an insult to stupid people."
I hear snickering from the others and smile innocently. I hop out of bed. Casey immediately comes to me and snuggles by my feet. She holds her ears down, making her face seem smaller and so much cuter. Her tail wags in swift, but quick swings, making the rest of her body follow along with it. And to top it off, Casey uses her absolute aegyo.
Barely sticking her tongue out.
"I JUST CAN'T RESIST THIS FACE!!" I screamed, picking her up in my arms and spinning her around, only to land on my bed. She seems to smile as I laugh at her 'Do it again' face.
Totomato climbs on my body and hugs Casey's right paw. Casey responds by touching him ever so slightly with the tip of her nose.
"I think she likes you!" I flash him a smile. With their masks on, I could never see their mouths, so any smiling or frowning or even forming words were hidden behind the matokis' various masks. Nonetheless, Totomato looks as thought he's smiling when he looks at Casey.
"I like her tooo...." Totomato started saying when his voice trailed off in a robotic way. He stops moving completely, and I start panicking.
"What happened? Totomato?" I nudge him gently, but he doesn't move. Casey got off as I scoope the blue masked bunny in my arms and lay him down in front of Shishimato.
"Out of juice." He simply says.
'Wait... What?'
Shishimato looks up at me. "Do you have a power outlet?"
I nod and point in it's direction. Tatsmato hoists the blue masked bunny over his shoulders, walks to the outlet, pulls out a plug from Totomato's back and plugs him in.
"Noona! Can I play with Casey?" Totomato asks as he sat up.
"Wait... What?"
"Toto is a robot that we built. Everybody else is and actual living being." Answers Jokomato.
"Huh?" I lift an eyebrow.
"Don't think too much. It might sprain your brain." Shishimato wave his hands and goes back to his ship.
I roll up my (imaginary) sleeves and dive right after him. I send my hand inside his ship and search until I'm able to grab him in my hand. I pull him out and walk downstairs.
"Yah!! Lemme go!" The deep voice bunny yells as he tries to squirm away.
"Yeeeaaaahhhh no." I press the foot peddle and my garbage lid sprung open.
An awful odour meets our noses. The smell itself made your skin crawl, your face scrunch up and could easily chase you away. Any stronger, and the smell could have caused your hair to fall out, your eyeballs to crust over and probably even cause you to shrivel up and die.
It is just that bad.
I swear you can see the stench itself rising in a brownish-green gas.
And I'm dangling the deep voiced bunny right over it.
"AH! WHAT IS THAT- WHY WOULD YOU HAVE SUCH AN APPALLING SMELL IN YOUR HOME!?" He screams, frantically waving his arms to latch onto my wrist.
I'm pretty much used to it, so I hold my nose and things were fine.
"It's a beautiful mixture of fish, cooked with garlic and vinegar and the present Casey gave me yesterday when her tummy wasn't feeling so good." I lower him a little bit. "From now on, I'm the boss."
"No way!!"
I lower him more.
"You will treat ME with respect and follow MY rules."
"Are you kidding me?!"
A little more.
"You will learn to be nice."
"What-"
I lower him until he was just a centimetre away from death (basically).
"OKAY!! I'LL DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT!!" He screams. He wiggles a little more before going completely limp.
