TO THE FUN PARK!!

Alien Bunnies... Totally Normal!

"Your house is so clean!" Minji exclaims, following me into the backyard.

"I have more than one person staying in my house, so I get them all to pitch in." I snicker evilly. Oh He-Jin, you are evil!

"Noona!" Inhyung yells from the front foyer.

"I'm in the kitchen!"

There's a pitter patter of feet before Inhyung appears in my line of sight, a glass bowl covered in tin foil in his hands.

"Noona-"

"Since when have you been calling me noona?" I interrupt.

"What? Oh, I dunno. Is it okay?" I nod and he continues, "I'm sorry I'm late, but my mother wanted to cook something extra special." Inhyung places the dish on the counter.

"Yummy," my mouth waters from the delicious small emanating from the bowl. "Oh, I almost forgot. Minji, this is my newish neighbour, Inhyung. Inhyung, this is Minji, my-"

"Old boyfriend." Minji cuts in and shakes my dongsae's hand. "Nice to meet you!"

I grab Minji by the arm and push him outside, closing the door behind him. He gives me the 'what?' look, but I send him a glare of sparks, hoping his body would burst into flames and then quickly die down, leaving nothing but his ashes. Sadly, looks can't kill...

"He's an old classmate, that's all." I answer, giving Inhyung the typical He-Jin eye roll.

Today is the most perfect Saturday picked to have an outdoor get together. I kinda wish you could join us, but sadly, you can't (because of numerous reason). I'll paint the picture for you, so you can be with us in heart.

It's hot, but not humid. The kind off hot you could sit outside and just relax in. The grass is especially green and full, making the cold hard ground soft and smell fresh. Butterflies flutter around in an awe-inspiring dance upon the ethereal winds. Birds sing the song of the merry, happily flying about, coming as close as they dare to us. A red ed robin in particular seems to be attracted to another robin near the tree, casually eating worms from the ground. The robin on the fence watches intently as the potential mate makes eating look seductive (to birds, because it looks kinda gross to me). My flowers, previously watered, hold tiny drops of remaining water that shimmer in the sunlight, giving the perennials an extra glow. The bird bath filled with rainwater reflects the sky like a mirror, recapturing the refinement of the cloudless sky. Although there is chattering, it's as if it has been purposely shushed by the owners, hoping to experience the sounds of the earth. A few lady bugs crawl on the exposed tree root near my hand, their vibrant colours adding beauty to the dull tone of the foundation.

The area I'm sitting in faces the house; a sight I see often. But in this Saturday's sun, the house gives off an aura of safety and welcome. None of the grey bricks look exactly the same, but the uniqueness of each provides a mysterious unity. The windows, spotless from cleaning, reproduce the yard, allowing me, and anyone watching, to view twice the yard's elegance. The house altogether is simple architecture, but it's inviting and calm as well, contrasting to the liveliness of the garden and it's brilliant colours.

I hope tomorrow is just like this.

"Is Jaexing the one you're stalking?" I ask Minji in a whisper. We're just sitting on the grass beneath my big tree, enjoying the afternoon sun. Minji and I watch as Jaexing and Zelo just sit around and talk, as is Youngjae and HyoJae. Inhyung is busy having some AWESOME conversation with Himchan and Yongguk while petting Caseey, and Daehyun and Jongup remain forever alone... Together.

"Huh? What?! NO!" Minji almost screams.

"So, you two are just friends?" I eye suspiciously.

"Yep."

"Then who's the unfortunate girl?"

"It's- unfortunate?!" I shrug in response. He sighs and pulls out his phone. "This is her."

The girl on his phone is definitely beautiful. Her eyes are a gorgeous light brown, but there's something about them that just draws you in, like the way a spiral draws your eyes to it's centre. Her smile is bright, a welcomed contagion that hypnotized you to smile as well. Her hair is just like an average person's hair; well kept. But something about the bangs that hang loosely over her eyes, the way her hair just barely curls at the ends, resting gently on her shoulders that puts everything together. It's almost...

Enchanting.

"Wow... How many boys does she have chasing after her?" I ask, looking up from the picture to Minji.

"Almost the entire population of boys at our school." Minji tsks and put his phone away.

"And what makes you so different from the rest?"

"I don't try to take advantage of the fact that she's blind. I try to be with her for her wonderful company, not try and manipulate her."

"How long did it take you to start liking her?"

"Surprisingly, I only started last week."

Blah blah blah. Useless talk. Let me sum it up. He appreciates her brain. He's. A. ZOMBIE. That kind explains his creepiness when we still went to school...

"He-Jin," Jongup walks up to Minji and I and sits beside me on the grass, "That dinner was delicious!" He looks at me and smiles, making the air just a little bit warmer with his kindness.

"Dude, you are the best!" I gently push him and he chuckles, making me laugh as well.

Someone's phone rings.

"Ah, He-Jin, may I please take this?" Minji asks, poking me in the shoulder to get my attention.

"Yes, of course! I'm not your mother."

"Great, thanks." Minji springs up from his seat and dashes into the house with speed I never thought a human had.

After the quick show Minji put on, the backyard chatter returns to normal after a few seconds. I let out an over exasperated sigh and lay my back down on my tree. I yawn excessively, trying to imagine the tree as the most comfortable bed and pillow. Sadly, my overly bony spine doesn't mesh well with the tree trunk's rough surface. Probably the most uncomfortable bed IN THE WORLD! And I don't think you need to try to believe me. I continue to squirm and groan, attempting to make the impossible possible!

"What are you doing?" Jongup asks, placing a hand on my shoulder.

"I'm trying to make this tree a bed," I grunt. "But it's not working!"

"Are you tired or something?"

"Yeah," I turn to him, resting on my right shoulder. "I was deeply contemplating something last night, making it hard to sleep..."

"If you're tired, go to your room and rest."

"It's easier to breathe out here." I turn 180 degrees, resting on my left shoulder. No change in discomfort.

"Sit up."

I look back over at Jongup, who's not sitting beside me, but standing over me, stretching his limbs and back. I furrow my eyebrows, confused by his command. He rolls his eyes and shoos me with his hands, a sign to hurry up. I scurry to sit up, and watch 'n wait to see what the green matoki has planned. Jongup shoos me again, but this time, forward. He sits behind me, between the tree and I. He gently grabs my waist and pulls me towards him until my back rests on his chest.

This may sound awkward, but here I am, sitting between Jongup's legs and using him as a bed. Do I ever get any say in anything?

NEVER.

"Um, Jongup-"

"I'm tired as well, but I needed a blanket more than a pillow." He cuts me off and answers bluntly.

I turn around to look at him, but his breathing has already slowed and his eyes are closed. I mentally shrug and just go along with it. He is, without a doubt, more comfortable than the tree.

I start to close my eyes, but something I caught in my line of sight forces me to snap my eyes back open and look for it.

Yongguk. That guys is literally just staring at me. Not Jongup and I as a whole, but me. His expression is blank, but there's something there. It's in trace amounts, but it's there.

Is it... Hurt?

No no no. Stingy leader Yongguk doesn't own that facial expression. He's my insult rival, just as merciless as me. It can't be hurt in his eyes...

We rest a little more before Inhyung decides to jump up and yell 'Fun Park', to which everybody had to scream 'YEAH', jump up and run to the front yard. So yeah. We all walk in the direction of the Fun Park.

"So, fun parks are fun?" Yongguk randomly asks, breaking the nice silence we had between us.

"No, it's not fun. They just put 'fun' in the title to lure poor, little idiots like yourself." I roll my eyes and keep walking.

"Whatever..." He tsks and looks a different way.

After half an hour of walking, chatting, insult throwing, squealing and panicking (I personally hate busy streets, so I always throw my hands in the air and run frantically across) we finally make it to the fun park.

"Tickets for... 3 teens and 8 adults, please." Himchan says to the lady at the ticket booth. The young woman smiles flirtatiously at him before she takes his money and passes him the tickets.

Takes his money.

"Where'd you get that money?!" I ask as soon as we leave the ticket booth.

"We all have a job and cash on hand." Himchan replies.

"While I'm here paying for your damage costs." I mumble under my breath.

Although it's been a few years since I last visited this glorious place, it has changed drastically. As soon as we got through the front gates, a whole new world opened to us. A hug man-made mountain stands before us, the home of a perfectly blue water fall and clear as day water. A few trees live on this mountain, adding a bit of colours to the bland rocks. Rides upon rides are scattered everywhere, with line ups that would take forever to get through. Food stands filled with fattening, delicious goodies as far as the eye can see. Signs carefully at every third booth provide clear and easy to read instructions on a destination of your choice throughout the park, indicating just where you are and colour coding the specific areas of the park. Screams of controlled fear, laughter and enjoyment can be heard coming from all directions. Kids crying they didn't win the prize while others jump for joy with their selected bounty in hand.

I look to my left, and gape in horror.

A huge, arc-like structure is maybe 100 feet from the entrance, the home to the daredevils who love to bungee jump. The free fall area hovers over half the garden and part of the visitor walkway, a black iron fence, four feet high separates the two, being the peak of the free fall area. To large metal towers stand as tall as the arc, one on the other side of the garden and the other on the other side of the walkway. People willing to do such a heart stopping ride climb up the one in the garden, strap on the safety gear and harness, and on the supervisor's signal, jump the death simulating dive down, swinging over an arrangement of flowers and visitors to the other tower.

My group and I stop to watch a pair of victims. A whistle is blown and the couple jumps. The cables keeping them from falling swing them under the arc. I squeal and hold tightly onto Yongguk as the couple flies over the iron fence, scared that they'll get caught and just die. Fortunately, the cable length had been carefully calculated, allowing a safe passage to the other side. The couple swing back and forth under the arc, slowly letting my heart calm down.

We walk around as a group a few minutes longer, admiring the prizes, games and rides. Eventually, our group breaks apart, leaving Jongup and Yongguk with me.

"Today, I'm going to win as many stuffed animals as I possible can." I say to myself, rubbing my hands maniacally as more and more awesome stuffed animals appear before me.

"May I help?" Jongup asks, raising his hand into the air like a school kid.

"Of course! The more the merrier!" I turn my head to the other side. "You wanna help out too, or are you too cool for little bunnies?"

"It's not nice to taunt, He-Jin." Jongup says and puts his hand on my shoulder. "Big men hate to be reminded of their weak side." The two of us break out into laughter at his words.

"JOOONNGGUUUUPPP!!" Yongguk screams.

"Oh, cool down! He's just having a little fun." I slap the big oaf in the arm. "Besides, we've got some more important things to do..." My eyes stop on this gigantic panda that reaches up to my height.

GOTTA GET IT!!

Okay. So, where do I start?

HELLO, PEOPLE OF EARTH! I AM THE AWESOME PSYCHOTIC PANDA FROM PANDA PLANET THAT HAS COME DOWN TO TAKE ONE OF YOUR MOST FAMOUS PANDAS.

Huang Zitao shall be OURS! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I'm glad I got that out of my system....

Anyway, moving on to matters at hand. This seems to be frequent in my 'end of chapter author's notes', so why stop now. Here goes:

I'm sorry for the lack of actually fanfiction, I'm sorry for the horrible spelling and grammar, and I'm sorry you have to put up with these excessively long author's notes....

Guess who had to freestyle dance across an entire dance studio to a song never heard of before?
Guess who only thought of Kpop moves?
Guess who can't dance?....

COMMENTARIES!!:
Hahaha, Minji. You kidder, you...
Oh look! The elusive descriptive paragraphs!! DAYUM!
Yes, she is definitely the one you're stalking...
Her smile is a contagion... That's SO AWKWARD!! WHY'D I EVEN PUT-
Your problems won't matter when zombies take over.
Wow, He-Jin. You are one stupid OC.... Really. A tree into a bed?
That's it. YOU'VE CROSSED THE LINE! I WANNA USE JONGUP AS A PILLOW, DAMMIT!! I'm so freaking jealous....
You got caught by Yongguk! How dare you hurt him!
Can I come with you to the fun park? PWEASE?!
NO WAY! The descriptive paragraphs are back?!
Nice one, Jongup! High five!
He-Jin, I saw that panda first! GIMME!!

Okay, so enough of that weird rant I tend to do....

The fun park mountain and arc are sort of based upon the one in Canada's wonderland. So, yeah. And my strong desire for a panda stuffed animal has also caused me to put that in as well...

I have a special surprise! I'm happy to announce my dongsae, Snowflake (yes, I am older) wrote a part of this chapter (with a bit of my help as well, hence why it's like my writing style). The part about He-Jin's backyard was (mostly) her doing, so she'd ove to know how she did. I personally think she did great, especially for someone who gets 50's in English...

ANYWAY!

I've unbiasedly decided the Caribbean trip will be to Trinidad and Tobago

. . .

Okay, so I lied. That was totally biased.

Riddle time!!!: (message me if you know the answer and found the phrase)
I never was, am always to be,
No one ever saw me, nor ever will,
And yet I am the confidence of all,
To live and breathe on this terrestrial ball.
Who am I?

SUPER RANDOM LEARN... Um... Psychotic panda TIME!!!:
Um... If I say 'I respect you more now', take it seriously, because I don't genuinely respect a lot of people

Thanks again for continuing to read my chapters.

ARIGATOGOZAIMASU!!

hanma_: thanks! And Snowflake says thank you as well! I know. Poor Yongguk... I really do hate doing this to him....
NOT!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Kris is cute. And Tao. And everyone else.

EXOticYummyPanda: Good, 'cause she has a tendency to do evil...
It was really fun. I got to shoot some of my friends with laser guns during laser tag. Of course, this panda is horrible at shooting and excellent at running, so I never died. We sat around and talked and ate food, then went on go-karts. I thought I was going to die... No joke...

kitchi: so many more ZeXing (I'm totally stealing that) moments will be ruined, including Youngjae and HyoJae moments (I can't come up with one for them). That sad moment when... You know this would never happen to you.

MaruraM: I'm sincerely glad! The ious one was short, but I hope to get them back up to pace in the future. I now have a minimum of 2000 words per chapter, so hopefully they won't be short anymore.
Oh there will definitely be more 'Yongguk getting jealous' moments. The longer he doesn't get something, the more his desire takes over. I hope this one was good.
Hopefully my ideas keep up with it's original interests...
I just realized your username is a palindrome... FREAKING AWESOME!

pretty_rania: .... I MISSED YOU GUYS SO MUCH!! I still blame myself for my inability to write anything good during that week...
They're always surprising me!

BBVIPBaby: I completely agree with you! And knowing my cousins (the females), they'd love Kpop almost as much as I do.
It's great to be back!

haerangy: you're making me blush.... Not joking. Thank you very much for the heartfelt compliment! To be completely honest, I only write when I'm bored, so my brain (if I really have one) only works when I have nothing else to do. My personality and humour is always put into my writing just cause I can.
It took me a while to figure out what you were talking about. I'm like 'ChangMin, what- oh gosh no! FREAKING ERTED PANDA!!'
That annoying moment when your best friend puts up a picture you drew... Without your permission. I'm not too angry, because she picked the only good one...

Speaking of dinosaurs......
