Jonghyun’s POV

I’ve been writing her a song for some days already. It’s called ‘Romantic’, the song is quite ready already, just need a few changes here and there. I hope with this, I would be able to get Sica back, I really hope she would be touched.

“Jjong! I’ve think of a perfect time to sing this song for her!” Key suddenly burst into the room and shouted.

“Huh?” I asked, confused.

“You know, her birthday is coming so let’s hold a party for her! I think this would be the best present for her!” Key said excitedly.

“I guess this is a great idea.” I smiled.

“Alright, mind letting me hear a bit of your song? Huh huh huh? Please?” He cutely blinked at me.

“Key, your aegyo doesn’t work on me, stop before I puke.” I joked.

“You are so mean!” Key pouted.

“Alright alright, come on, I will let you hear just a small part.” I said as I started singing.

Key clapped after I finish. “Woah Jjong, it’s nice, really. Sica would be so touched!”

“Thank you. I really hope she does.”

Sica’s POV

After school, I went home. I saw a parcel right in front of my door, I picked it up and walked in to the house wondering who is it from. I opened the parcel and read the letter.

Dear Sica,

Your birthday is coming right? We are really sorry that we won’t be able to go to Seoul and celebrate it with you. We are really busy here and we hope you would understand. Here is your birthday present, we hope you would like it! We chose this for a very long time. Once again, we are really sorry, you know we love you right? We will find time to visit you soon.

Appa and Umma

I opened the box and saw a really pretty necklace. They must have spent a lot of money on it. Appa, umma, I miss you… I guess this year, it would just be a lonely birthday then.
