Mei Ji walked outside of the warehouse. Jongup managed to sneak her outside without any of the members noticing. She stretched into the darkness and yawned.

"Ah~ fresh air!" she smiled then turned back to Jongup.

"What" she glared.

"Why are you so mean?" he joked.

"Not!" she shouted.

There was a long pause through the late night.

"Shhhhh. Gosh its like past midnight" Jongup said.

"Sorry" she apologized.

"...so did you want to tell me about, your hardships?" he asked.

She looked at him and then sat on the floor.

"Yeah. If you say you had it as hard as me, I want to know your story as well" she said.

"...fair enough" he said turning and sitting next to her.

"So..." he said.

"I'm actually a Southern Korean" she spoke weakly. He glanced at her.

"..." he was speechless.

"I was kidnapped when I was five. I couldn't quite recall what exactly happened that day, but I remember the face of Lee Jin" she said.

"Lee Jin?" Jongup asked.

She nodded. "He was the leader at the time. His brother was his right hand man, Lee Nam. I lived with them and they trained me for several years. I felt as if they were brain washing me" she drifted in her words.

Jongup didn't answer for he didn't want to interrupt her.

"As a matter of fact they were. At the age of 13 they even sent me on assasin missions to target and kill Northerners who dare cross the 38th parallel".

"Were you alone?" he asked.

She took a deep breath. "No...I wasn't alone. There was a girl there too. She was the same age as me, and they found her starving on the streets when I was 16. They took me back into South Korea for the first time ever since I was five, and they found her in Gangnam." she fell silient and looked to Jongup to see if he was still listening.

"They said she was drunk and homeless at the time. An abandoned girl who no one seemed to want or miss, so they kidnapped her as well...At first she was scared and didn't want to talk to anyone...she even faught back sometimes with Lee Nam's henchmen. She finally stopped when I talked to her" she trailed off.

"What happened?" Jongup answered.

FLASHBACK

"NOOO!" the girls screams were loud and filled with terror.

"Hey shutup and just eat your food!" one of the henchmen spat back at her.

"Take me back! Where am I!" she shouted. The celler door opened and a guard came inside. She looked happy to see a soldier, someone who could stop this madness. But instead the guard took out a whip and slashed it against her thigh. She screamed in agony and couldn't help but cry.

"Shut up and eat the damn food!" the guard shouted then left the room.

She didn't flinched and then the guard became upset and turned away.

"Commander" the henchmen saluted to the guard, and he saluted back.

"Make sure this girl doesn't eat. If she doesn't wanna eat her damn food, let her starve!" the guard shouted with teeth gritting.

Both of the men left leaving the poor girl crying and covering her wound of the whip. Suddently a voice came through the darkness of the cell.

"hey" a female voice said. She began to stop crying and looked around.

"Who said that?" she asked searching the room.

"Hey" a female voice tapped against her shouler. She could now see the figure.

"Don't be afraid...please don't cry" the mysterious voice said.

"Why am I here?" the crying girl asked as she continued to cry.

"Shhhh...it'll be okay" she said.

"Who are you" the girl asked terrified.

"My name is Mei Ji" she smiled making her words light to calm the girl.

"I'm-i'm Hara" she spoked stuttering.

"Are you okay?" she asked.

"No....where am I!!!" she shouted.

"Sh....they'll come back and they'll hurt you again" she whispered.

Hara cringed at the pain in her thigh.

"You must not upset the men" Mei Ji said. "Don't fight them"

"Are you a prisoner like me?" she asked.

"No. Not the way I see it" Mei Ji''s words fell silient.

"What do you mean?" she asked.

"They're different people. They will not hurt you unless you give them a reason to" Mei Ji said with open arms.

"You're....you're just like them" Hara whispered. "Get away from me!" she shouted.

"Shhh." Mei Ji repeated.

"Is that brat screaming again?!" they could here the guard from outside the cell.

"Please stop. They'll come back and hurt you more. Please stop" Mei Ji pleaded.

The girl was terrified and could not think straight.

END OF FLASHBACK

"So she was difficult the whole time?" Jongup asked.

"No...she was just scared. I would have been at that age if I was her" she said.

"Did she ever change...I mean like how you did?" he asked.

"Yes. And she even became my friend"

FLASHBACK

"Hara! Did you go through training already?" Mei Ji called running to her friend.

"Yeah. Lee Nam passed me today" she smiled.

"That's fantastic! Now you can go on missions with me" she said jumping up and down.

"Yep."

"What section did you pass from?" she asked.

"I ranked number 1 in weaponry" she shouted loudly.

"Wow. You surpassed me" Mei Ji said.

"I can't wait for the mission" Hara said. "C'mon the general wants us to get on the helicopter. He said were heading to Singapore next month and I need to train extra hard if we want to defeat the Southerners" Hara bragged as she walked out of the central building with Mei Ji.

END OF FLASHBACK

"So...she went against the South as well" Jongup said looking to the ground.

"Aish. She did. She even passed my ranking in the military. Lee Jin our leader at the time was going to send us to Singapore, the reason I am here right now, for the nuclear mission" she said. "It was the last time I saw her" she said fading into her own words.

FLASHBACK

The helicopter flew over Japan heading down by Singapore. As they reached the tip of Hiroshima a crack filled the air.

BOOM!

"What was that?" Hara said with fear.

"Were going down" the pilot shouted through the whole helicopter. Quickly the men and women packed their supplies and jumped out parachuting.

When they all reached the floor they quickly ran into the forest area and hid.

"Commander there's an issue. My section was on our way to Singapore and was hit. We landed in Hiroshima, Japan. I think the Japanese are attacking. Call for back up please help us!" the general shouted through his walkie talkie. Instantly gun fire broke loose and shot across the forrest like a wild fire.

"Run!" multiple people shouted. Mei Ji began running holding her gun tight to her. She didn't look back she just kept running. As she reached the end of the forrest into a streamed area she paused and looked back.

There was no one who followed her. She heard the gun shot end, no screams, no fire, nothing.

She sprinted back into the forrest. Her section, her general, her friend. They were all back there.

As she went against the green covered area she searched along the area and couldn't help but panic.

"Hara? Hara!" Mei Ji shouted for her friend. There was no answer. "Hara!!!" she screamed.

The forrest was quiet. Then in the silience of it all a russling of the bushes were heard. She turned and heared . She jumped over the plants and roots sprouting on the floor. When she ran through the bush she saw her bloodied friend lying on the floor.

"Hara" she said nearing the girl. She only looked up.

"Mei Ji is that you?"

"yes. It's me. What happened?! We need to get you away from here" she said.

"no".

"No?"

"It's my time to die" she said. Mei Ji panicked and looked at her wound in her stomach. A gash was sliced right into her, it continued bleeding.

"C'mon Hara, we gotta take you back to the stream, its up ahead and we can wash out your wound" she said as she tried picking her up. But Haras hand stopped her.

"No. Mei Ji get out of here. Leave me" she said.

The sirens came about through the whole forrest. Mei Ji looked up.

"Go. Thats the backup. You gotta leave me" she said.

"NO!" she shouted picking up Hara. She ran to the stream where she once was. The other survivors were there and so was the general.

The helicopter was waiting for them as they hurried on.

"Get out of here!" the general shouted to the pilot.

By the time they reached it back to the North half of the section was killed.

END OF FLASHBACK

"When we got back to the North, they rushed Hara to the hospital immidiantly. But it was too late. She died later on that day...I was depressed the whole time". She got sad lowering her head, not looking at Jongup.

"So you continued the mission alone?" he asked.

She nodded. "She was actually supposed to be my partner in all this. She would have protected me through it all"

Jongup stood up yawning. "I'm sorry for your friend"

"It's okay. It's just. She'd always talk about her family that she wished to see. She never saw them since she was kidnapped"

"What a tragic story. I don't think my story could compare anymore" Jongup said.

"Eh? I want to here it"

"Really?"

She nodded sitiing down like a little child.

"Well lets see...I guess it started when I joined this group. My father was a agent in the South Korean force. He was one of the leaders before he retired. When I was  a boy he didn't really seem to care what I did. But I knew that he loved me as his son. He taught me how to survive on my own and train so that when I grew up he'd send me into the force. I was beat and harmed when I'd screw up or fail a mission at the academy, It brought shame to him, my family and his name as a leader. For that I have scars myself..." he said lifting his leather jacket. Scars were covering his arms.

"Have you ever seen him?"

"Ever since I joined the force, I havn't visited him since...maybe about 5 years" he said laughing.

"Ah...well you should visit him before you never get to see him again" she said standing up.

"What does that mean?" he asked.

"Nevermind. I'm ready to go inside and sleep" she said changing the subject.

She left him speechless, but he followed her anyways.
