Running and running. Taking one foot in front of the other one, I couldn`t think of anything else. Breathe heavy, forming clouds of longing around me. Vanishing into thin air one second later. Surroundings only a blurry mess. Salty tears adding to its misery. The stars now only a straight line. A straight line I followed. Taking me to you in my desperate state.

Are you still thinking about me? Because I`m thinking of you every day. I`m thinking of you with every heartbeat pounding in my chest. Pumping red blood into my veins, keeping me running and running to you. Exhaustion visible for a long time now.

Limbs hurting, but they didn`t stop. Couldn`t stop from carrying heavy bones. Lungs burning with fire as they gasp desperately much needed oxygen. But they kept trying, kept trying so hard. Wanting to reach the end as much as the rest of my body, mind, soul.

My soul… it’s screaming again, screaming so loud. I will get deaf. I can`t hear it anymore, these frustrated screams. I`m going crazy, so crazy. Such painful screams, even nature seemed to make place for my running feet. Not wanting to get in my way, not wanting to endure my sight any longer. Only the stars singing alongside frantic gasps and pitiful whines.
