1+1000I got off the car and looked at the huge school standing before my eyes. I was supposed to get my last files before going to Korea. After what was an excessively boring conversation with the school counselor I was free to go. Go where? Go home and pack for my flight which was only in a few hours. I still couldn’t believe it was time to leave. I was walking in the corridor when I heard someone calling my name. Since it was the weekend I didn’t expect anyone to be at school but there was Shizuka standing right behind me. I didn’t even want to look at her since I was sure she was the one responsible for spreading our pictures.
"Kai, please don’t just walk away and listen to me."
"What do you want huh?" I said through gritted teeth and sent her a glare. She started walking towards me and looked at me right in the eyes.
"I know you hate me for what happened but you have to believe m-"
"Believe what?! Believe who?! You?! Do you have any idea why I'm leaving?! 'cause of you!" I started yelling in her face, "Your life must be really boring that you separate two people who are attached to each other like that for entertainment!" I really lost it and said whatever was on my mind without thinking twice.
"Fine, think however you want. If you had given me the chance I wanted to tell you that I didn’t do it, neither did any of my friends."
"You expect me to believe that?" I said and snickered, "What you think I was born yesterday?"
"Kai use your brain! Didn’t you even think why the pictures didn’t end up on the internet?" She said and that was when it hit me.
Why would someone take pictures of me and Kim but not post it on the internet when they can make loads of money from them. That really got me thinking.
"Kai! Kai!" she yelled as I walked away slowly. All I could think of was who. Who could be the reason of this separation, who is that bastard?
This question kept popping in my head as I walked down the street. I had to go home no matter what but there was one thing I was planning to do before leaving Japan.
Kim has gone through a lot lately and with me leaving will make her worse so I have to do something that makes her life better for good. I have to do something for her.
And there was it. I decided to talk to her father; a man to man talk. I wanted to face him no matter how much courage was needed to do so.
"Good morning sir. Do you have a meeting with Mr. Park?" asked the guard by the gate.
"Yes I do." I said confidently.
"Ok wait a minute please." He said and contacted Mr. Park.
"Mr. Park do you have an appointment with…Kim Jongin?" the guard asked him.
"No but let him in." he said and I was finally inside the mansion.
I took a deep breath and knocked on the door.
"Come in." he said and I did as told.
He was sitting at his desk writing some things. When I went in he didn’t even bother looking at me which I found very disrespectful. I bowed which was when he finally lifted his head.
"Look who's here." He said and raised a brow.
"Good morning Mr. Park." I said respectfully and bowed again even though I was stepping on my own pride.
"So what do you want?" he said and took off his glasses.
"Nothing." I replied and gulped to wet my throat which was burning.
"Then why are you here?"
"I want you to do me a f-favor." I started stuttering for no reason.
"Haha! Son you don’t even know what you're saying. First you tell me you don’t want anything and now you say you want me to do you a favor?" he said and began laughing. I endured his laughs and began talking again.
"To be frank it's something that even if I don’t ask you, you are obliged to do. It's your duty."
"Oh so I hav
