I got into my room and slapped my coat on my bed. I took off my bow tie harshly and lied down, staring at the ceiling blankly.

What happened if I asked her on a date? Huh? What happened if she said yes? Then we would be a couple and that means getting expelled from school IF anyone finds out. If I wanna be next to her that means staying as friends and if I wanna be more than a friend that means ba-bye Japan forever.

I dunno whether I should take the risk or not?

It has been a few days since Exo M arrived to Japan and all Kim talks about is how handsome is Kris and blah blah blah. I feel like she's fan girling.

"Kai" she called as we walked down the street "Do you wanna go shopping with me?"

"W-what?" I stuttered "Sure!"

"Good, I need your opinion on what to wear for my date with Kris"

My face fell the moment she said his name but I didn’t want to lose the chance to hang out with her and maybe convince her-indirectly- not to go out with Kris.  The next day we went to the mall so she could shop for her 'date'. Ugh!

"Um, you know I was wondering what is better than spending Christmas Eve with your family and ' friends' " I said and emphasized on the word friends "Think about it Kim isn’t it more fun?"

"My mom is already going somewhere and my dad is on a business trip as you know. The maids are going to be celebrating Christmas Eve with their families so I'll be totally alone" she continued" besides, here in Japan Christmas Eve is like Valentine's day. It's the perfect day for going on a date"

"Oh"

"Kai, What do you think about this dress? Huh? Isn’t it nice?!" she said excitedly.

"It's very ugly" her face fell at my harsh statement "but you don’t have wear whatever I like. You should choose something your dear Kris likes"

"What do you mean by that?" she said and crossed her arms.

"Nothing"

She scoffed and started looking at some other dress.

"What about this one?" She said as she held a dress in front herself.

"No"

"This?"

"No"

"What about this?"

"Double no"

I said no to every dress or accessory she put her finger on to drag the time.

"Ugh! I'll just try this one" she said annoyed and went inside the fitting room. When she came out she was wearing the black dress she picked which was open at the back.

"How do I look?".

Breathtaking but hell no! Too revealing!

"It doesn’t look good on you" I said and she pouted as she looked at herself in the mirror.

! I just took her confidence away!

"No! I meant it looks great on you but you might wanna pick something less revealing. You know? Something warmer"

"Hmm…yeah"

Hours passed and she couldn’t find the perfect dress.

"Maybe you should delay your date and come here again to find the perfect dress"

"No way! Kris is leaving soon" she said as we walked around the store.

For the next hours all Kim talked about was how she should look stunning in front of him and how he's a great guy and etc. I was getting a headache. She emphasized greatly on the fact that he's so good looking and whether she should wear high heels or not so that she won't look short compared to him. I didn’t even want to hear the word ' Christmas' since it started with 'Chris'. I was just getting sick of the name 'Kris' because of Kim mentioning it so many times She just couldn’t control her excitement over her date.

 "Did you know Kris and I-" she wanted to give me one of those Kim-Kris facts when I cut her off.

"Okay, stop it!" I thundered and she looked at me bewildered "Stop blabbering about your date! I'm sick of you talking about Kris all the time! It's nice to consider the fact that maybe not everyone is interested in your 'lil date! Just stop blabbering!"

She looked at me blankly with tears in her eyes.
