I walked into the corridor just to see the same glares I receive everyday. I saw Kai standing next to his locker all alone………..well not entirely alone.
"Ayooooo!!!! Wuzzup?!" I said and jumped on his back.
"Oh god! Kim! you scared me" he said and laughed.
I got off his back and we did our handshake. The glares, again.
"It's okay" Kai said and patted my back.
"Hehe, got used to it" I said and smiled awkwardly.

"Oh! See ya later" I waved and started walking towards my class.
 Kai seemed weird the whole day. He was all quite and seemed traumatized. Throughout the day he seemed pissed and kept avoiding his fan girls, usually he gave them autographs but that day he was ignoring all of them. Finally it was time for P.E. I changed fast and ran to the football court. I found Kai sitting on the grass while playing with a ball in his hands. He was so into himself and seemed to be deeply in his thoughts. But I wouldn’t let that Kind of mood continue so I jumped on his head and started wrestling with him.
"Kim! stop that! We're alone, people will think we're doing something!"
"Ewwww! You're so sick minded!" I said and pretended to gag.
He sighed and kept quite.
"Say something" I elbowed him but he didn’t say anything "Say something!" I yelled and punched his arm.
"Owwwww!!!! Say what!?" he said while holding his arm.
"You look weird today, What's wrong?" I said and poked his cheek.
"Nothing" he said and I poked his cheek again.
"I'm waiting" I said and he suddenly spilled everything out. It was so easy to make him talk.
"Okay fine, I'm sick of this school" he said with a poker face "I mean every day I come here and all I see is girls. Not that I don’t like girls, I do, I'm a guy after all but sometimes I feel out of place. I just …..cant fit in" he said in a depressed tone.
Wow! did I just hear that?!
"You fit in the music industry but not here?!how weird!" I said and realized I'm not comforting anyone here.
"Whoa! Alright don’t think I'm weak"
"It's okay, I understand. You want to communicate with your own gender as well, I mean even I can't stand these people!"I said and he laughed.
"Well, I'm happy I made you laugh. Now c'mon don’t be grumpy" I said and poked his cheek. At that moment a brilliant idea popped into my head.
The day after

I was walking towards my class and heard the usual whispers and giggles. I ignored whatever was going on around me and just headed towards the class.
I didn’t see Kim this morning

with that thought something caught my attention. There was standing a boy in front of the class with his back facing me. He was wearing a cap and our school uniform.
Eh?   I mentally questioned what I was seeing and placed my hand on his shoulder.
"Hey ma-" I couldn’t finish my sentence because I dropped my jaw on the floor.
"K-Kim…." I said and she just stared at me with that innocent look of hers. Yup, it was Kim. She was wearing the boys' uniform and had her hair boy style. Weirdly, she looked really good!
"Kim, what have you done to yourself?!" I asked shocked.
"Heheh, nothing" she said as she took her cap off and ruffled her hair.
"You have a lot to explain, why are you wearing the boys' uniform?!"I asked more surprised than ever.
