Not part of the story but I just want to share:

I just happened to watch Begin Again 3 Taeyeon episodes and I just realized how much Taeyeon's presence as an artist is really really so impactful. I felt the Adele vibe in her during the street busking (it's not because she sang "when we were young", okay lols. I felt it during the trot song she sang). She really did shine on that show. And that show would also actually make you realize she'll really make it big in the international scene, just freaking release an English album, please!

Oh. It's my anniversary day of switching soshi bias from Yuri to Taeyeon, by the way. hahah. But, hey, I still love Yuri-yah (and Fany-yah). It's just that, Taengoo is king. hahaha

Anyway, enjoy! This is like one of my favorite taengsic scene in RSDTD. I think you RSDTD readers remember this too. ;)

Yeah. It is a brand new day, Miss TV Ad model.

I don't know if it would be a good day for me, though. Well… at least, everything is back to the happily-ever-after lane for my best friend, Kwon Yuri. The chaos between him and Tiffany is now finally over. They're now back together again. I'm pretty sure it would be such a great day for the rest of my friends. Except for Sooyoung, though. That guy is out of the country right now. Probably, he's avoiding this kind of gathering throughout the summer break.

I went out of my room, headed down and did not bother to socialize with my family again. I just headed straight to the main door. "I'm just going to Yuri's place!" I shouted before I go.

"Taeyeon, wait." My older sister, Dambi, said as she went out of the kitchen to chase after me.

"What is it, noona?"
 
"Can we talk before you go?"

"I am actually in a hurry."

"Then, would you be kind enough to give me a ride to Just Beans coffee shop, first?"

I sighed, "Alright."

"How's Yuri and his girl? Are they good for real now?" she asked. We're currently on our way to the coffee shop she told she'll be going.

I answered, "I think so. The break up could have made their relationship stronger now."

"That's good to hear. And it's good to finally see Yuri grow up as a man now too. I never actually thought he'll date a girl, you know."

"Yeah. See? There's another guy worse than me, noona. It's not only me who couldn't secure a date."

"He was like that by choice."

"Are you saying I am not?"

"Sort of?" She chuckled. "I was just messing with you, Taeng."

"Thanks for helping out yesterday, noona. You're quite powerful in Incheon Airport, huh? How could you freely give us all passes?"

"That's how being Miss Congeniality can get you to. So, if you try to socialize more---"

"Yah, noona! Don't you think I don't have connections too? Over the past three years, I gained lots of colleagues, friends, acquaintances… even subordinates, I don't know what to call them. Oh. Right. My legion of fanboys willing to do everything for me."

"Fine. I am now convinced. But see what I mean? More connections, the easier life is."

"Whatever, noona. Why do you wanna talk, by the way?"

"It seemed you remained friends with that Jessica."

Great. Jessica, again.

I sighed deeply, "Are you against me being friends with her?"

"Not really."

"What about it, then?"

"I am just worried about you."

"What's there to worry about?"

"Taeyeon. You know what I mean."

"I honestly don't."

"It looks to me she has already fallen in love with Yoong now. I could see anytime soon, she would want to settle down with him."

"Why are you telling me this, noona?"

"I am worried you're just going to get hurt every time you hang out with them."

"Jessica is nothing to me now, okay. I am already with Sunny." It's a lie of course, Sunny and I already broke up and we have not spilled it to Dambi-noona yet.

"Is that for real?"

"Yes. It is. I am perfectly happy now, noona."

"That's good to hear then."

"..."

"Taeyeon?"

"Yeah?"

"Always... Always remember that I am here to listen."

"..."

"I know I've always been a terrible sister to you bu--"

I chuckled, "You're not a terrible sister, alright. In fact, you're actually awesome. You participating in my Mission heists already proved you are cool.”

"Silly. I didn't mean it that way. What I meant is..." She sighed deeply. "I should have supported you on your happiness too."

"It's okay, noona."

"No. It's not. Jongin-oppa's rage and hatred towards our father's killer just got into my head. I felt like he was kind of-- I don't know-- controlling me? But now that slowly he's been less frequently communicating to us, I am beginning to realize I took you for granted."

I forced a laugh, "What's with this conversation, noona? Why are you weird?"

"I actually... I actually just spied on her a bit at the airport. Then, I realized I am being so much of a fool. Jessica's very innocent and a good person. She's nice to her friends. She's even very nice to you even if you told me before you broke her heart just to end your relationship. I just... I just had a thought that why should I punish a girl for the sins of her father?"

"So.. you're good with Jessica now?"

She sighed again, "I don't know... I am still mad, yes. I think you cannot take that away from me fully because it's our dad. He died because of her dad."

"..."

She then smiled at me, "But enough of that. I just want you to know that... you can talk to me. And also, I know I am not very supportive of you and Jessica but if she would really make you happy then--"

"Wait. Are you giving me your blessing?"

"Not exactly a blessing. Just... Just try once again. I could help you hide it from mom. But, only one try, Taeyeon. Only one try. If it would fail again, I swear I would be the one dragging you out of Se Kyung and throw you somewhere else to finish your study. You understand me?"

I faked a chuckle, "Have you forgotten I am still with Sunny?"

"Idiot. Do you think I wouldn't know? Even if you and Sunny tried to hide it from me, I have connections. I see and know everything, Taeyeon."

"Th-thanks, noona."

"Just one try, Taeyeon. One try. If it didn't work out again, it just means you two are not really meant to be."

"Okay..."

One try... Just one try...

Yeah. It sure is a brand new day, Miss TV Ad model. This could be the day.

Tiffany sent a message at the earliest morning, she’s now back living at the Kwon residence again and asked the whole gang to join their family breakfast. The food treat their gonna give us turned out to be for the whole day, which is cool since it's been really a while since our gang last hang out together. I picked up Taecyeon and Hyoyeon as well as bought pizzas along the way.

We then arrived at the Kwon residence. Yoong and Jessica arrived earlier than the three of us. Tiffany and Jessica prepared lots of food. Oh. And Yoong gave me a heads up that they started hinting on Yuri and Tiffany about the Mission, particularly on the fake plane ticket thingy.

"Maybe we can just save the pizza for a movie marathon later." Hyoyeon said. The three of us took the vacant seats at the table.

Taecyeon asked, "Aren't Yuri and Tiffany's going to treat us later?"

"I doubt they will. Tiffany was defrauded, remember?" Hyoyeon said and grabbed a bite of a chicken.

Tiffany then "How did you know I was defrauded?!"

"I uhhhh- Jessica told me..."

"I just told her that a second ago!"

"Oh, my bad." She then acted innocent and devoured over her food.

Yuri asked Yoong, "So, Yoong. Where were yours and Taeyeon's income came from again?"

"Oh, that." I answered proudly, "We tricked a stupid girl from buying a fake plane ticket."

"WHAT THE HELL?!?! You guys are freaking too much! Don't you know how much I was so humiliated at the airport?!" Tiffany shouted and was about to cry.
