Poor Tiffany
Love In A Hopeless Place
It's been a couple of months passed after she left for London. Tiffany was so busy with her new activity as she worked for one of the reputable model agencies in London. She spent her time mostly doing her works. This night, she promised Taeyeon to have a video call with her. Taeyeon grumbled as Tiffany was so out of reach lately that she didn't answer the call, or replied the chat so late. Tiffany was and still run away and trying to forget that shadow.
"Miyoungie! Look at you. You're getting skinnier. Are you sick?" Taeyeon spot the difference right away. "Did you even eat???" She looked unhappy to see Tiffany recently as this miss little sunshine became a different person since that: she became more secretive and drowning herself to her job, making her more and more unreachable.
"Wow. Too much, Jummataeng. I'm fine here. And I eat a lot!" She winked. Jessica came and joined the video call. "Hi, Jess! Near to Christmas already! Will you guys spend time in Paris?"
"Hey, Tiff. Yes. We do. Just arrived this morning. When will you be back?"
"I'm not sure... Probably I will spend my Christmas time here."
"What? You'll be there? Alone?" Taeyeon interrupted. "What's wrong with you? You can't do this. At least, be with us. We're your friends." Taeyeon looked sad at Tiffany. She still feels some kind of guilty feelings towards her after everything. Been a couple of months she couldn't do anything as Tiffany made her promise too. Plus, Sooyoung is nowhere she don't know about. She's a famous celebrity, how could that be easy to meet Sooyoung? Taeyeon just leave it cold like that, but wishing she could do something. Somebody rang a bell and Jessica welcomed her to come. It's Krystal.
"I don't think I want to be in Paris tho..."
"Heyyyy... Tiffany. How are you? How's London?" Krystal suddenly joined the conversation.
"Hi, Krystal. London is good, but cold. I'm freezing." Tiffany smiled at her, while Taeyeon looked at Tiffany, full of intentions. "How's Versailles?"
"Versailles good. But I'm so busy handle things." She gazed at her sister. "Also I haven't met you for a while since you left to Marseille that day."
"Ah, I see. I hope you have a good time there!" Tiffany replied. "I really don't want to end it but I have to work on my campaign plan. I have a meeting tomorrow morning so I better prepare for it now." Taeyeon looked angry but let her go.
"I'll call you again after this. Lemme know when's the right time."
"I'm sure you do, Tae." Tiffany smiled at her best friend. She was really happy to see that changes Jessica made in Taeyeon as now she became a happier and better person.
That's what she sees in her eyes, at least for a moment.
