MONSANT CAFÉ

GD arrive at Jeju and go straight to the café. He smiling on the way to the café because he wants to surprise Taeyeon his arrival. When he arrived, he saw the around and smile. He walks to the café and Hyoyeon saw him.

“Boss! What are you doing here?” Hyoyeon asked surprise. Yoona and Yuri also saw GD and surprise with his existence.

“Hey, his not our boss anymore!” Yoona said correcting Hyoyeon words. GD just smile at them and said

“It’s okay. I’m used to be your boss”

“What are you doing here? To monitor the café huh?” Yuri asked while wiping the cup.

“Not really. I want to see Taeyeon. Is she here?” GD asked while looks around.

“She’s at the kitchen” Hyoyeon replied and pointing to the kitchen door. GD nodded and walks to the kitchen while smiling. When he opened the door, he saw Taeyeon with Seungri and she is laughing.

“So someone is laughing brightly here” GD said while staring at her and Seungri. Taeyeon turns her head and saw GD is standing at the door while looking at her and Seungri.

“Jiyong! What are you doing here?” Taeyeon said excitedly and run toward him.

“To meet you of course!” GD replied and then both of them embrace.

“What pleasure surprise!” Taeyeon said smiling and release the hug and looks at GD.

“What are you doing?” GD asked while looks at Seungri. Taeyeon noticed his eyes and she explains

“Oh, nothing. We just talked.”

“Hello, boss. long time no see you” Seungri said while handing out his hand for a handshake. GD shake hand with him before said

“Yeah. Back to you”. Daesung comes from the store and surprises with GD present. He went to him and said

“Boss! Nice to meet you” then he hugs him. GD just chuckle with Daesung reaction and reply his hugs.

“Yah, Daesung! What are you doing?” Sunny sudden appear and said after she saw Daesung hug GD.

“What? Can I hug him?” Daesung asked confusedly.

“Of course you can” Taeyeon said while laughing. Sunny just shake her head and smiling.

“So can I meet you tonight?” GD said while looks at Taeyeon.

“Why tonight?” Taeyeon asked

“I have meeting at Kensington Hotel after this. So I meet you after that” GD explain while smiling to Taeyeon. Meanwhile, Taeyeon pouting and said

“Okay. Also, I have something to tell you”

“What it is?” GD asked curiously.

“I’ll tell you tonight” Taeyeon said and smile.

“Okay. I have to go now. I take you tonight at the accommodation.” GD said then he hugs her and leave the kitchen.

AT NIGHT

That night GD bring Taeyeon to the restaurant nearby the beach to have a dinner with her.

“So…how’s the food?” GD asked while taking some fries on his plate.

“Delicious and I like their fish and chips” Taeyeon compliment the foods.

“Yeah, we can taste the crispy of the fish” GD replied and smiling at her.

“That’s the best part” Taeyeon said before she sips her soda. GD smile and stare at Taeyeon lovely.

“You looks stunning tonight” GD blurt out of sudden. Taeyeon stunned with his words for a while before said

“Enough for the compliment”. GD laughing and he asks

“So, what are you want to tell me before?”

“Oh, I have some offer from the publisher ask me to make an appearance on their show!” Taeyeon said excitedly.

“What show?” GD asked curiously.

“Asian Tour show with Anna Olson. They want me to be as a guest chef!” Taeyeon said while smiling.

“Do you accept it?” GD asked again

“Not yet. I say to them that I need to consider it first” Taeyeon replied then she drinks her soda.

“What do you think?” Taeyeon asked after she drinks the soda. GD stare at Taeyeon and saw her excited when she told him about the offer. Out of nowhere, suddenly he feels unpleasant.

“It’s huge news!” GD said while chuckling awkwardly.

“Yeah…that’s what I think at first” Taeyeon agreed with GD statement.

“But it’s a great opportunity, right?” Taeyeon continues asked. GD looks at her and nodded slowly.

“Do you think I should accept the offer?” Taeyeon continues asked when GD didn’t say a word. GD stare at Taeyeon for a while then he said

“I have to go to the washroom. I’ll be back” then he leaves Taeyeon and walks to the washroom. Taeyeon nodded and looks at GD blankly.

GD stare himself reflection on the washroom mirror.

“What I’m doing?” GD mumble alone. GD take out something from his pocket. He opens the velvet box and saw the ring in there. At first, he went to the Jeju to propose Taeyeon. He thinks by proposing her, he can plan the future with her and they don’t have to be apart anymore. However, when he decided to propose to her, he didn’t think about Taeyeon planning. After Taeyeon told him about the offer, he saw Taeyeon really excited about that. He saw that she is someone with high ambition for her future. He doesn’t want to be a barrier and give burden to her with the proposal. GD take a really deep breath and then mumble

“Just go for it, Jiyong!”. GD keep the velvet box back in his pocket and walks out from the washroom.

“Are you done?” GD asked Taeyeon after he arrives at the table. Taeyeon stares at him and nodded.

“Good. Let’s go” GD said and grab Taeyeon hand to leave the restaurant.

“Where are we going?” Taeyeon asked curiously. GD didn’t replied Taeyeon question and just holding her hand and walks toward the car.

“We going to the beach” GD answer after they inside the car.

“I miss the beach” GD continue said while he starts the engine and leaves the car park.

AT THE BEACH

GD and Taeyeon walk by the beach. They holding each other hand and walks without say any words. GD stare at Taeyeon for a while then he takes a deep breath. Meanwhile, Taeyeon feels confused toward GD reaction at the café after she talks about the offer. She noticed GD expressions when she told him but she didn’t want to ask the future. After a walk, suddenly GD stop and said

“Let we seat there” GD point to the placed nearby the tree. Taeyeon just follows him without saying anything. They casually take a seat on the sand. Both of them keep silent and just stare at the night view of the beach. After few minutes doing that, Taeyeon suddenly said

“It’s beautiful” while looking at the crescent. GD looks at Taeyeon and sees where her eyes are focusing. He looks up and saw the crescent.

“It looks like the moon is smiling to us” Taeyeon continues said while still staring at the crescent. GD nodded before he turns his head and stares at Taeyeon.

“Taeyeon, I have something to ask you” GD suddenly said after he takes a deep breath.

“What it is?” Taeyeon asked while turning her head to see GD.

“Okay, before that” GD said then he grabs Taeyeon hands and holding it.

“I’m doing a lot of thinking for this. Really deep thinking” GD said while staring at Taeyeon.

“Well, I hope this is the best decision that came to me” GD continues said. After that, GD take out the velvet box in his pocket and open it in front of Taeyeon.

“What are you doing?” Taeyeon asked confusedly while looking at the ring.

“Kim Taeyeon, will you marry me?”
